usually such children choirs are led by an adult, especially when hand motions are involved. So somewhere off camera is an adult, leading this.

we're in serious trouble. I know, from working in the schools here in California, that children are being told that Obama is "the One".
And, have you been reading the latest columns about "what happens if He loses"? Are we supposed to just give up because some racists out there are claiming there'll be a revolution if BHO loses?
This video is sickening.

Or is that the double speak of which they speak? i.e. use the words freedom when you actually mean 'freedom from having to make those choices on how to live your life?'
Man -- I am getting SOOOOO worried about our country that this kind of shit can go on and NO ONE in the MSM will bat an eye at it.

Children are not political propaganda tools. It's one thing to stick them in a t-shirt and take them to a rally, but this.... This is brainwashing.
And they would claim that sending them to church every Sunday or to synagogue every Shabbat against their will is also brainwashing.
Let's be truthful: we do choose what our children will believe. We view what our political opposites do as horrid indoctrination. But while their indoctrination causes their children to believe in fairies, ours prepares our children to deal with the real world and its consequences.

Make your lungs hold breath inside!
Lovers break caresses for me
Love enhanced when I've gone by.
You'll feel me coming,
A new vibration
From afar you'll see me
I'm a sensation, I'm a sensation.
They worship me and all I touch
Hazy eyed they catch my glance,
Pleasant shudders shake their senses
My warm momentum throws their stance.
You'll feel me coming
A new vibration
From afar you'll see me
I'm a sensation, I'm a sensation.
Soon you'll see me, can't you feel me
I'm coming …
Send your troubles dancing I know the answer
I'm coming … I'm coming …
I'm a sensation.
I leave a trail of rooted people
Mesmerized by just the sight,
The few I touched now are disciples
Love as One I Am the Light …

I think I know why there is liberal indoctrination of the youth. It is because if the students were taught to think critically and come to their own conclusions, there would be a lot fewer liberals. So, the libs have to resort to brainwashing instead.

Good evening, and it's time for me to vent.
I am starting to suspect this economic crisis, regardless of whether it is all the horrific the media makes it out to be, may give Obama that boost to help him edge out McCain. CNN International just now pointing out conservatives criticizing Palin.
That's exactly what's going on. If this were a depression threat crisis, Congress wouldn't have gone on vacation for two days. Nor would the stock market have hit an upswing today compared to yesterday. Obama is having a field day here in Ohio with his ads on the economy. And I'm about sick of the Republican pundits who are blaming both sides equally. This is absolutely the result of Democrats and their minority pandering.

Let's be truthful: we do choose what our children will believe. We view what our political opposites do as horrid indoctrination. But while their indoctrination causes their children to believe in fairies, ours prepares our children to deal with the real world and its consequences.
True- they have a right to teach their children what they want. And for the sake of these children's future, it is incumbent upon us to teach them the value of the real world. We must defeat 0bama if these children are ever going to stand a chance. ;p

Tommy: Welcome to the Camp,
I guess you all know why we're here.
My name is Tommy
And I became aware this year
If you want to follow me,
You've got to play pinball.
And put in your earplugs
Put on your eyeshades
You know where to put the caulk
Hey you getting drunk, so sorry!
I've got you sussed.
Hey you smoking Mother Nature!
This is a bust!
Hey hung up old Mr. Normal,
Don't try to gain my trust!
'Cause you ain't gonna follow me any of those ways
Although you think you must
Guests:
We're not gonna take it

We're not gonna take it
We're not gonna take it
We're not gonna take it
Never did and never will
We're not gonna take it
Gonna break it, gonna shake it,
let's forget it better still
Tommy: Now you can't hear me,
your ears are truly sealed.
You can't speak either,
your mouth is filled.
You can't see nothing,
and pinball completes the scene.
Here comes Uncle Ernie to guide you to
Your very own machine.
Guests:
We're not gonna take it
We're not gonna take it
We're not gonna take it
We're not gonna take it
We're not gonna take it
Never did and never will
Don't want no religion
And as far as we can tell
We ain't gonna take you
Never did and never will
We're not gonna take you
We forsake you
Gonna rape you
Let's forget you better still.
Tommy:
See me.
Feel me.
Touch me.
Heal me.
Listening to you,
I get the music.
Gazing at you,
I get the heat.
Following you,
I climb the mountains.
I get excitement at your feet.
Right behind you,
I see the millions.
On you,
I see the glory.
From you,
I get opinions.
From you,
I get the story.

The Campaign needs to pull women back in the fold, singing kids led by little white girl attempts to do this. Or polls show urban moms find her an attractive figure and make them think of their own children. This is reinforced by the strategic placement of non threatening black children into the group, where they stand out but are all singing her tune.

My comments from an earlier posting of this vid (with slight updates)...
A couple of observations. First the equipment was high end and the location looks pretty pricey too. Given Venice CA - I'm guessing the "freind's house" was connected to the entertainment industry somehow.
Second, don't assume the parents or kids all agree to this drivel. Some of them may just think its "really neat" their kids were asked to be in the video.
When I was in high school our band director was called in the middle of the night by the Superintendant who was informed that the band was needed for a Mondale appearance at a local political rally. We went and dutifly played "Happy days are here again" and a couple of other crowd rousing songs. My director was a staunch Republican and so were many of the kids families. You should have seen the look on his face when a volunteer pinned a Mondale/Ferraro button on his jacket.
Having said that this does remind me of a granola twist on the creepy Hamas kindergaten videos. Lots of aged hippies and their offspring.

I think a lot of liberals have a simple view of life. They think by evoking emotions and wishing for things they will happen. They don't realize the importance of ideas, so they short circuit the process and go right to some dream they have.
I think they believe Obama is for freedom, but the reality is quite the reverse. This is what happens when people are driven by emotions.
Well, you can dream all you want, but it's not going to build a sky scraper or cure a disease. Dreams are all good to inspire and push you along, but you have to actually discover how things work before you can change things for the better. That takes enormous serious effort usually over years and decades, depending upon the size of the challenge.
I know that this isn't true of all liberals. Some modern liberals are just corrupt nihilists.

No beating was required.
They simply asked if the Obama kids wanted to trade their old, ugly, wrinkled twenty dollar bills for some twice as many shiny, new, pretty pennies. Given the economic understanding of an average Obama supporter, even their parents were telling them, "Take it! That's two for one!"
Now, having realized their error, they've begged the McCain Kids to sit down with them, without preconditions.

Thank you. The kids in Barry's camp have already have a logo (on the wall in back of them; remember, the swastika was a pretty benign symbol when Hitler adopted it) and uniforms (T-shirts for now, what later?). And Barry has announced his intention to attack a current ally (Pakistan) once he's in office.
They'll soon be reporting their parents to the sheriffs in Missouri.
An old playbook, but a change for America.

I think the Lyrics are translated from the german. Here is the original:
Die Fahne hoch! Die Reihen fest geschlossen!
S. A. marschiert mit mutig-festem Schritt.

I've worked with children's choirs--mostly African children. Never had to ask them to smile--they couldn't help it. These children have no joy inside them. They are trying too fearfully to please the overly enthusiastic director and are under pressure to perform well. And yes, this is "praise and worship" style music. And yes, are singing it to "One" who is unworthy of worship--not to mention votes! Between this and the other post about the MSM's outrageous biases and dirty tricks, considering the kind of ideologues O is hooked up with, and considering the voter fraud that's being promoted, by ACORN I think America is in serious trouble.

The media already got the only Republican candidate that was acceptable to them. There's no way the wobbly old guy can win.
Obama will be the next president. He will accelerate the takeover of the school system, media, judiciary, install his community groups all over the US, etc. It will be virtually impossible to roll back these changes, even if Obama is a one term-president - which is unlikely.
Republicans and "true conservatives" will continue to be clueless about what is going on. They will continue to call the socialists liberals and treat them civilly while getting nothing than pure hatred in return.
No one will come to the defense of true liberal principles: capitalism, rule of law, seperation of powers, individual freedom, personal responsibility.

Indoctrination is not the problem - I can think of several wonderful examples:
At home - I love you, you love me, we're a happy family...
At Church - Jesus loves the little children... (pick your variation according to the dictates of your own conscience and belief)
At school - I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America...
At sporting events - ...the land of the free and the home of the brave.
At clubs - On my honor I will do my duty to God and my country... help other people at all times... physically strong, mentally awake, morally straight...
The problem arises when that indoctrination is used to seed hatred of others or encourage false worship of fallible mortals as opposed to encouraging individuals to internalize the free exercise of duty, honor, love, citizenship, community, charity, liberty, work, service et al.
My wife and I still remember the Norman Rockwell paintings of American Freedoms hanging in the hallways of our schools.

On the Punahou campus, not far from the library, there is a piece of cement where a sidewalk was repaired where Obama and some gal whose last name is King both inscribed their names when the cement was wet. It reads "King Obama". I remember seeing that and thinking "King Obama, who is that, some African despot like Idi Amin?"
I didn't know the guy by name when I was there, there were 435 people in my senior class alone but I remembered seeing him on campus.
Sure would be neat if you could get a picture of that.

re: #236 Peter Verkooijen
How far away are we from the Skousen's disclosure?
[From "The Naked Communist," by Cleon Skousen]
1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.
2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.
3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.
4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.
5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.
6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.
7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.
8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev's promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.
9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.
10. Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.
11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces. (Some Communist leaders believe the world can be taken over as easily by the U.N. as by Moscow. Sometimes these two centers compete with each other as they are now doing in the Congo.)
12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.
13. Do away with all loyalty oaths.
14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.
15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers' associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
18. Gain control of all student newspapers.
19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.
20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policy-making positions.
21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.
22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to "eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms."
23. Control art critics and directors of art museums. "Our plan is to promote ugliness, repulsive, meaningless art."
24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them "censorship" and a violation of free speech and free press.
25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.
26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as "normal, natural, healthy."
27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with "social" religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity, which does not need a "religious crutch."
28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of "separation of church and state."
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the "common man."

Sorry for the length, but 45 Communist goals continued:
32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture--education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.
33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.
34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.
35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.
36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.
37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.
38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat].
39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.
40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use ["]united force["] to solve economic, political or social problems.
43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government.
44. Internationalize the Panama Canal.
45. Repeal the Connally reservation so the United States cannot prevent the World Court from seizing jurisdiction [over domestic problems. Give the World Court jurisdiction] over nations and individuals alike.

Here she is...I posted this on another thread.
Kathy Sawada. From Confederate Yankee,
While described as a grassroots effort, Kathy Sawada, who posted the video and can been seen directing the children in the video, is a bit more than just an enthusiastic music teacher you might find in your average public school.
Sawada is a teacher at an elite and expensive Colburn School of Performing Arts in Los Angeles as part of the Piano faculty. Colburn just built a $120 million 12-story high-rise addition for their musicians.
Does a concert-quality musician in an elite school in the middle of the most ego-centric city in the United States count as a "grassroots" effort?
And,
Here's a partial list of those who helped produce this "grassroots" effort:
*Jeff Zucker — American television executive, and President & CEO of NBC Universal.
*Post-producer (former choreographer?) Holly Shiffer.
*Motion picture camera operator/steadicam specialist Peter Rosenfeld (appropriately enough, worked in "Yes Man," a movie about " a guy challenges himself to say 'yes' to everything for an entire year."
*Darin Moran, another motion picture industry professional, who just finished filming — how appropriate — Land of the Lost.
*Andy Blumenthal, Hollywood film editor.
Grassroots indeed. This is from the Obamaton top.

Nothing that liberals do, no matter how braindead or evil, shocks anymore.
Germans aren't the only group of people that can easily be manipulated into following pure evil. It can certainly happen in the USA also, and mindless liberal sheep are proof of that. No wonder liberals love and defend terrorists! They brainwash their children in similar ways.

* Jeff Zucker — American television executive, and President & CEO of NBC Universal.
* Post-producer (former choreographer?) Holly Shiffer.
* Motion picture camera operator/steadicam specialist Peter Rosenfeld (appropriately enough, worked in "Yes Man," a movie about " a guy challenges himself to say 'yes' to everything for an entire year."
* Darin Moran, another motion picture industry professional, who just finished filming — how appropriate — Land of the Lost.
* Andy Blumenthal, Hollywood film editor.
Grassroots all the way, baby

The video is very similar to the children who are indoctrinated in Maddrassas.
The Division of Youth and Family Services should be made aware that these children are being abused. Brainwashing of children is a form of abuse. As for the parents of these children, their participation in this propoganda is inexcusable.
On the other hand, if such group think is to be the norm, many of those who believe in this rubbish will be soon ready to their new overlords because in an Obamanation, this type of conduct will very much resemble a Sharia State.

Current legislation
Because 527 organizations do not make expenditures to directly advocate the election or defeat of any candidate for federal elective office, they avoid regulation by the Federal Election Commission. The line between issue advocacy and candidate advocacy is the source of heated debate and litigation.
Many 527s are run by interest groups and used to raise money to spend on issue advocacy and voter mobilization outside of the restrictions on PACs.
Examples of 527s include Americans for Dr. Rice, Americans for Honesty on Issues, Swift Boat Veterans for Truth, Texans for Truth, The Media Fund, America Coming Together, the Progress for America Voter Fund, United American Technologies, American Right To Life Action and the November Fund. MoveOn.org was previously a 527, until they decided to shut down their 527 group as a result of "new politics offered by Barack Obama".[1]

My two cents worth:
Yes, this video is sickening and it just boggles the mind what some people will do to exploit there children.
(Disclaimer: I don't neccessarily agree with the following thoughts and I certainly do not support any sort of racism or bigotry but...)
I truly believe that Obama will lose in a landslide. Wishful thinking on my part maybe but there are some underlying issues or rather non-issues that will make a lot of people vote against Obama. We won't hear too much about this in the MSM but I believe that a hell of a lot of people in the US and I'm not speaking about Conservative or Republicans still won't vote for Obama because:
1) He is black.
2) His name is Hussien and that brings back a lot of memories (albeit unwarranted) of 911 and a whole litany of other things.
3) He is the most liberal Senator in the Congress.
Lest not forget that if John Kerry couldn't get elected and the MSM was most definitely in the tank for him how on earth could Obama win this election. The only smart thing Obama is doing is he's not responding to any charges or even talking about them. Whereas Kerry would whine and try to explain any charge against him e.g. Swiftboat etc. and the MSM would report on his whines and countercharges which would in turn draw attention to them. Obama has decided not to even go there...pretty sneaky, right?
I do not believe the pollls. As Rush said, if Obama is not up by 10 points before the election he is toast.
Anyway, we will know on Nov. 5 if my prediction is true but something in my gut tells me that Obama just isn't going to be President.

here's the deal...
22 children, ages 5-12, gathered to sing original songs in the belief that their singing would lift up our communities for the coming election. Light, hope, courage and love shine through these nonvoting children who believe that their very best contribution to the Obama campaign is to sing.
Sing for Change was a confluence of hard work, good will, and shared vision. Inspired by ideas raised at a grassroots Obama fundraiser, a music teacher, Kathy Sawada, and the children composed and rehearsed the songs in less than two weeks. Several musicians heard of the effort and volunteered to accompany the children. Parents and older siblings designed and provided the T-Shirts and the banner. There's a first for everything, but rarely do so many firsts come together at once: for the children and their parents, this is their first performance, first video, first banner, and first involvement with grassroots work on a presidential campaign.
As Sunday approached, a neighbor volunteered a home. Production wizards got wind of the project and offered their help in recording it. The likes of Jeff Zucker, Holly Schiffer, Peter Rosenfeld, Darin Moran, Jean Martin, Andy Blumenthal, and Nick Phoenix rearranged schedules to participate. Holly Schiffer was able to get three High Definition cameras (Panasonic HVX250's), and an AVID editing facility. When Jeff Zucker went to pick up the camera package, Ted Schilowitz happened to be there and offered a RED camera set up on a Steadi Cam.
What we accomplished in a few hours on a Sunday afternoon embodies the nature of the Obama campaign: its grassroots inspiration, its inclusiveness, its community building. People pitched in quickly for a cause that resonated with them. There were not many conditions: "Think this is a good idea? Want to help? Great. Sunday at 12:00." At the heart of the project were 22 children and their music. The willingness of all involved to come together for them was a testament to our hope, unity, courage, joy and belief in the future represented by these children.
We are offering the video to everyone, the Obama campaign and all media with high hopes that we can all join together to Sing for Change.
Technical info: Running time = 3 minutes; Standard Definition and HD Broadcast quality
WE'RE GONNA CHANGE THE WORLD Music and lyrics by Lily Campbell, age 9
We're gonna spread happiness
We're gonna spread freedom
Obama's gonna change it
Obama's gonna lead 'em
We're gonna change it
And rearrange it
We're gonna change the world.
SING FOR CHANGE
Music and lyrics by Kathy Sawada
Now's the moment, lift each voice to sing
Sing with all your heart!
For our children, for our families,
Nations all joined as one.
Sing for joy and sing abundant peace,
Courage, justice, hope!
Sing together, hold each precious hand,
Lifting each other up;
Sing for vision, sing for unity,
Lifting our hearts to Sing!
YES WE CAN
Music and lyrics by Kathy Sawada
Yes we can
Lift each other up
In peace, in love, in hope
Change! Change!
