presidential debates should be damn near un-moderated and last a minimum of four hours. i feel ripped off. Too many refutable points are left hanging when only 2 minutes are alloted for discussion. does this have to do with the MSM or their estimation of our attention spans?

McCain needs a debate coach to tell him 2 things:

1- When attacked, respond to the attack with an "affirmative defense". Obama accuses you of causing this financial crisis, don't be afraid to be outraged at this outrageous allegation and then flip it back on him. Say in very clear terms: "No, me and my party didn't cause this, you and yours caused this disaster and are now lying about it to blame it on us." Then explain point by point to the American people why this is the case. This is a serious allegation, it's the allegation that the whole election pivots on and it's not a time to be afraid of sounding "mean".

2- Loose the "My friends" line. It sounds creepy and phony.
