I've got to believe that jury tampering is among the charges, along with aggravated harassment, interference with the judicial process, and a few others.

We just finished a trial in Atlanta where a convict beat and captured a deputies 9 MM and proceeded to the courtroom where he blew away a judge and several court personnel. The state of Georgia then proceeded to pay for the "indigent" legal defense of the jerk along with prosecution of the said ass-hole. Estimated cost of prosecution and defense is at 5 million but justice has been served. Most likely the guy will "ride the chair" after being found guilty by his peers. This whole affair was a bad joke on taxpayers and was brought about by the incompetence of the Fulton County Sheriffs office. I want go into what the ass-hats defense was, suffice it to say that the "race" card was played with zero effect. I hope they make a mistake with the lethal injection and he goes down in agony mates!
