Palestinian Rocket Kills Own

World | Fri, Dec 26, 2008 at 10:52:09 am PST

While trying to randomly murder Israelis today, Palestinians in Gaza managed to misfire one of their shoddy rockets and murder two young Palestinian girls instead.

GAZA (Reuters) — A rocket apparently fired by Palestinians on Friday struck a house in the Gaza Strip, killing two Palestinian sisters aged five and 13, Palestinian medics said.

Their constant excuse has been that they use suicide bombers and homemade rockets because they do not have tanks and jet planes.

And some LLL actually follow the implied illogic that if we gave them those jet planes, that they would peacefully go home and grow dates.

A total of 106 trucks carried medicine, fuel, cooking gas and other vital goods into Gaza, the military said.

Did you know that "divinely inspired texts" say that the Land of Israel belongs to the "Palestinians"?

Well Turki al-Faisal, a Saudi spy chief and former ambassador, tells you so in the latest Wash Post propaganda piece from the tyrannical kingdom.

He also tells you that peace is possible and within easy reach. What needs to be done you ask?

Peace will require worldwide efforts. The United States, the European Union, the Russian Federation and the United Nations must embrace the Arab initiatives and pressure Israel to do the same.

See how easy that easy. Pressure Israel, what could be easier?

I wish he would cite those "divinely inspired texts" pro terrorist holy books. Maybe the next time the Post or Times gives him free propoganda.

The cargo of 2,000 tonnes of food and medicines accompanied by 12 Iranian doctors will sail from Bandar Abbas, HQ of the Revolutionary Guards Navy, and arrive Tuesday, Jan. 6.

In normal times, that may elicit sympathy and sadness.

Call me a monster but I feel neither.

And the reason is that my existential analysis is that better they were killed then the innocent Israelis who might have died if the rocket's aim had been true.

Just maybe if there are any decent "Palestinians" they will see what their savagery brings and they will attempt a journey to some semblance of human behavior.

But it won't happen. The barbarians will not pause even for a second in their ways of terror and murder no matter who they harm.

81 MJ  Fri, Dec 26, 2008 11:34:18am

The BBC doesn't think it's worth a separate story so it's buried inside another story:

"On Friday, two Palestinian sisters - aged five and 12 - were killed when a mortar, apparently fired by Palestinian gunmen targeting Israel, hit their home in northern Gaza.
Medical officials said the incident happened in the village of Beit Lahya. The Israeli military said its forces had not fired in that area of the Gaza Strip, AFP reports."

You bet the BBC would be headlining this story if it was Israel who fired those rockets.

According to Islamic faith it was Allah's will that the Pali rocket killed those two Palestinian girls. Hes a hard dude to read that Allah. There is no reason to think "his will" does his believers one bit of good. Its random at best.

Meanwhile, the Israeli left is busy contorting itself to side with the very terrorists hell bent on their very destruction. They oppose a Gaza operation. Because the inaction on the part of the Olmert government has worked out so well since 2005's disengagement.

Olmert's government has avoided dealing Hamas a fatal blow, instead opting for half measures that only serve to bolster Hamas' view that Israel can and will be destroyed from within and with additional pressure from the rest of the world to demand that Israel lower its defenses and not retaliate for every attack against it.

Think of it like a swarm of bees. One or two wont be fatal, but a steady and incessant stream, increasing over time, will. That's the position the Israelis face - they're taking a steady stream of kassams and mortars - even during the hudna - and aren't taking the necessary actions to defend themselves. They instead talk about peace process and humanitarian aid to the very terrorists and their backers that seek their destruction.

The terrorists further have their assistance from the propagandists and media outlets who serve their ends by showing just how heroic the terrorists are in attacking Israelis and killing and maiming fellow Palestinians, all while ignoring the effects of those attacks.

Isn't it the slightest bit curious how the Palestinian media, which swarms over every last car that meets a Hellfire end, is mysteriously absent when it comes to the two Palestinian girls killed when the kassam fired by the terrorists slammed into their home? Of course it isn't. The propagandists know what works, and what doesn't. Still, that doesn't mean they wont find a way to blame those deaths on Israel as well (as in - but for Israel's existence, the kassams would not have been fired).

Every day that Israel does not defend itself from these terrorists is another day that the terrorists have hope of overwhelming Israel's will to exist.

Rachael Cory is spinning in her grave.

Okay, I posted this a couple of days ago, but what the heck, you might like it:

Rachel Corrie

(With apologies to E. A. Robinson)

WHENEVER Rachel Corrie went down town,
We people on the pavement looked at her:
She was an idiot from sole to crown,
Dim witted, and always in a stir.

And she was always quietly arrayed,
And she was always stupid when she talked;
But still she fluttered pulses when she said,
"Good-morning," and she stuttered when she talked.

And she was a bitch—yes, bitchier than a king,
And clearly unschooled in any grace:
In fine, we thought that she was everything
To make us wish we'd never seen her face.

So on we worked, and waited for the light,
And went without the meat, and cursed the beer;
And Rachel Corrie, one calm summer night,
Got run over by a thirty ton John Deere.

My opinion, but they don't even see it as suffering, we do, or at least much of the left leaning world does. For them, it has simply become a way of life. I believe any public display of "grief" is as much ritual as making the sign of the cross.

Try and kill us and we'll open the borders and send you food.
Terrify our citizens and we'll open the way for more "humanitarian aid".
Fire 100 rockets at us in a two day period and we'll complain to Mubarak.

I fear that you are correct. Israel has not yet proven that "restraint" will accomplish anything long term. One of two things will need to happen:

a) The IDF finally pounds Hamas into the dirt. Lots of casualties.

or

b) The palestinians turn on Hamas and work towards peace.

Can they not see that this is different from Hitler Germany?
There, belatedly the world rallied to help.
Today, nobody will - and I'm afraid the Arabs will have no compunction at all to continue where Hitler left off.
Then - not that many people had read 'My Kampf' and actually believed it.
Now - many people have studied what Islam is about and know that they are in deadly earnest when they quote the Qur'an which orders them to kill Jews.

What is the matter with those people? Why do they not see it?

Oh jeez, that will knock my diet all out of whack.

Here ya go. Rules for dieting:
• If you eat something and no one sees you eat it, it has no calories.

• If you drink a diet soda with a candy bar, the calories in the candy bar are cancelled out by the diet soda.

• When you eat with someone else, calories don't count if you don't eat more than they do.

• Food used for medicinal purposes NEVER count, such as hot chocolate, brandy, toast and Sara Lee Cheesecake.

• If you fatten up everyone else around you, then you look thinner.

• Movie related foods (Milk Duds, Buttered Popcorn, Junior Mints, Red Hots, Tootsie Rolls, etc.) do not have additional calories because they are part of the entertainment package and not part of one's personal fuel.

• Cookie pieces contain no fat — the process of breaking causes fat leakage.

• Things licked off knives and spoons have no calories if you are in the process of preparing something. Examples are peanut butter on a knife while making a sandwich and ice cream on a spoon while making a sundae.

• Foods that have the same color have the same number of calories. Examples are: spinach and pistachio ice cream; mushrooms and white chocolate.
NOTE: Chocolate is a universal color and may be substituted for any other food color.

• Foods that are frozen have no calories because calories are units of heat. Examples are ice cream, frozen pies, and popsicles.

The attack came as Israel sent mixed signals over its plans to respond to continuing Palestinian rocket fire. Israeli defense officials say politicians have approved a large-scale incursion into the territory once rainy conditions clear. But at the same time, Israel appeared receptive to international pressure against an invasion, opening the Gaza border Friday to allow in deliveries of humanitarian aid.

It makes no sense whatsoever.
The one thought which keeps my hopes alive is that there must be some sane people in the IDF and Mossad who know what needs to be done - and are willing to do it, politics be damned.

If Israel does not survive, then the whole dar-al-Harb will fall as well - and thats not just Europe, thats India, Africa, Russia and China, and the Americas as well ... think about the enemy inside, as here in Europe so in Canada and the USA.

Looking at where Israel presently stands, the dangers to that country are mounting by the day, and yet far too many Israelis still sings their kumbayaesque songs of peace. Israel doesn't live in the world of Imagine, and never will. Hizbollah are being equipped with Iranian Zalzal missiles with a range of 350 Kms, which puts almost the whole of Israel within range. It is only a matter of time before Hamas gets these missiles as well. These missiles will make the Qassams that currently equip Hamas's arsenal look like fireworks. And yet the blind sheep of Israel stubbornly refuse to see the danger. It was this gullibility, an overtrust of human goodness and goodwill, a failure by rabbis to tell their fellow Jews that the trains were heading for death camps like Auschwitz, Maidanek and Sobibor, and the refusal to see danger which contributed to make Jews more vulnerable to the Holocaust than what they should have been. There has been too much trusting in the goodwill of others. The West didn't prevent the Holocaust of the 1940s. And the West is just as blind today as regards Israel. Israel's future is entirely in its own hands. Hamas must be destroyed. There'll never be peace unless that happens. And the Israeli Government has to get its presentation skills in order, and get past the propaganda outfits of the Islamofascists and the loony Left. The first duty of ANY Government is the safety of its citizens, and on that score, the Olmert Government has failed miserably. How much longer must Israelis have to hunker down in bomb shelters when the missiles scream overhead? How many more Israeli malls and buses must get blown up by homicide bombers with mass casuaties? How many more Israeli children must get gunned down in cold blood by terrorists? When will the Israeli Government and its citizens finally clue up on the tenets of Islam and the principles of abrogation and realise that a ceasefire or treaty is nothing more than a hudna - to be broken when its enemies feel they're strong enough? And when the missiles rain down on Israel, why on earth don't the Israelis wage a total war of annihilation on the likes of Hamas and Hizbollah and take no notice of the inevitable Western press and media headlines when hostile civilians get killed, and Israelis should know that this same Western media is filled with more bitter and twisted antisemites than Hitler's NSDAP, and pours out antisemitic articles as regularly as any broadsheet in Nazi Germany and Occupied Europe of the 1940s.

It's really hard to feel anything in regard to this. Why? Simple. These Trans Jordanian children and many others are breastfed on hate which is then reinforced by such lovely stuffed mascots such as the murderous Bee, and the ersatz Mickey Mouse and the the thoroughly brainwashed and soul deadened Saraa the child hostess, on terrorist supported, acted and written Hamas TV.
It's hard to feel anything but grim acceptance that their short lives are over, and that they'll be replaced by others just as indoctrinated into hatred of anyone not similarly brainwashed into the cult of Islam and victimhood.

A rocket apparently fired by Palestinians on Friday struck a house in the Gaza Strip, killing two Palestinian sisters aged five and 13, Palestinian medics said.

Not a single Palestinian in the entire area points a finger at Israel on this one and the best that Reuters can come up with is "apparently fired by Palestinians" - you can almost see the Reuters reporter all red faced with anger in having to type this.

Reading the link, I notice that one of the food items to be shipped is sugar. I know Arabs tend to have a sweet tooth, but sugar is scarcely an essential food item, if the problem is scarcity of supplies.

But sugar can be used as a component of the fuel in those kassam rockets.

What do you bet that most of those "food supplies" are really munitions?

A rocket apparently fired by Palestinians on Friday struck a house in the Gaza Strip, killing two Palestinian sisters aged five and 13, Palestinian medics said.

Hamas police said they were investigating the cause of the blast in Beit Lahiya village in northern Gaza, which medics said seemed to be due to a rocket aimed at Israel that had misfired.

Gaza militants frequently fire rockets at Israel from the same area.

The incident came amid rising tensions with Israel, with officials threatening stepped-up military action against Gaza militants to stop rocket shootings from the coastal territory.

OK - translation.

A rocket obviously fired by Palestinian Muslims intended to kill Israeli Jews, took a wrong turn & mistakenly killed two Muslim children.

Hamas is investigating why their fellow terrorist individuals made such a blunder.

Their blunder came amid continuous attacks on Israeli Jews since at least 1947-48.

The strife will continue until the world accepts reality.

Oh wait.

218 DrCruel  Fri, Dec 26, 2008 2:24:15pm

It's more than a movement - it's an ongoing business. They've won out spendidly thus far - the more outrageous their behavior, the louder the calls for some sort of negotiated solution that leaves them enriched and more powerful than before. They have every incentive to continue to behave worse.

We should take groups like the PLO and Hamas off the necks of the Palestinian people, and let the only political faction that cares about their welfare - the Israeli government - run the region. It should take at least a generation for the Israelis to undo the nasty education that Palestinain children have been subject to for decades, and create an environment where everyone in the region can live in peace.

The key to stopping racism in the American South was not to fund the KKK or trade them land for peace. So also, we should not deal with the PLO or Hamas on any other basis than removing theim from positions of power, by whatever means are at our disposal. If the Israelis can do it themselves, so much the better - the terrorism these groups have bred will thereafter no longer leak out of their home regions and afflict us in the civilized West. For similar reasons, we should deal likewise with our own domestic Left.

Enough is enough.

More atrocities

Has anyone in history treated those who have sworn to be their enemies with such kindness and love?

Speaking of kindness and love in the Breitbart article covering the same incident it states: On Thursday, however, Israel's Defense Ministry said it agreed to open its cargo crossings into Gaza to avoid a humanitarian crisis there. Defense Minister Ehud Barak said the decision followed consultations with defense officials and calls from the international community, suggesting Israel might be open to international pressure to resume the truce.

A total of 106 trucks carried medicine, fuel, cooking gas and other vital goods into Gaza, including a small donation from Egypt, the military said.

Now why can't the palestinians feed & care for themselves? What is it with the constant welfare handouts? Why aren't their arab brethren taking care of them?
