Australian Hatefest Slideshow
Here’s a slideshow of photos emailed by an Australian reader, showing what was happening in Melbourne today, as Hezbollah supporters and genocide advocates took to the streets.
With their children.

It's the grievance theater du jour. If Israel wasn't killing Hamas terrorists, they'd be demonstrating that Israel is doing something else, like keeping the Israeli border with Gaza sealed to prevent suicide bombers from entering.
Of course, the demonstrators would be claiming Israel is carrying out genocide, turning Gaza into a concentration camp, etc.
Debased. Wholly debased.
And they've indoctrinated the next generation.

They are trying to say to the world that the Arabs living in the vicinity of Israel (I refuse to call them Palestinians) who danced in the streets and distributed candy while Americans burned to death and died in the World Trade Center on 9/11 are victims... and in a way they are.
They are perpetual victims:
They are victims of their own inability to chose enlightened leaders,
They are victims of their own murderous excesses,
They are victims of a warped, savage and blood thirsty philosophy,
and finally, they are victims of their own stupidity.

Thanks. It feels like I am all alone out here at times. The threat of violence is palpable and very real. This is how they take over; make it scary for people who think and then intimidate the government into acceding to their unreasonable and socially suicidal demands. Integration is not only not possible, but in their communities, is punishable by death. That's what honor killings are! look at what used to be "Great" Britain. I have a very strong feeling that this will end in violence.

Babies tragically die in wars.
Only one side so savage, so barbaric, would own a sniper who deliberately targets the head of an infant.
The murder of Shalhevet Pass was the killing of a ten-month-old Israeli infant by a Palestinian terrorist on March 26, 2001. On that day, Shalhevet Pass was shot in the head and killed by a Palestinian sniper while seated in her stroller on the streets of Hebron, where she and her family lived.
Warning. This is not a doll. This is the deliberate work of "Palestinians"

Stupid protester quote of the day:
"Anywhere around the world, it would be horrifying. It doesn't matter where you come from, when you see innocent people dying for no reason at all."
These people are dying for a reason. It's because Hamas is at war with Israel. Hamas fired thousands of rockets at Israel. Hamas fired rockets during the so-called hudna. Hamas continued to plot death of Israelis.
Israel finally had enough and fired back with deadly efficiency and accuracy. Are women and children getting injured and/or killed - yes as a result of Hamas purposefully surrounding themselves with women and children so as to pad the statistics and to get the media to focus on the dead children rather than the terrorists who started this mess in the first place.

I have a very strong feeling that this will end in violence.
its the lebanon effect, keep in mind up until the late 70's Christians made up the majority of lebanon's population, but as the threat of violence grew so did the flight of christians to other parts of the world. Thats why it won't matter if muslims make up the majority of the population in these countries to see them take over. The threat of violence once they reach 10%+ will cause a south african white flight and they will be left with a majority in another 20 years.

I just rolled my eyes and let him spew his idiocy, (and he had one person really interested too) and right before he exited the van he said, "and you know who else is a really great leader - David Duke - you should check out his website." I then HAD to jump in and said, "wait, are you referring to old Grand Wizard of the KKK?" He said, "yeah, and?" and I burst out laughing and the one person who was really listening to him went from interested and excited to a total scowl on his face and just a look of disgust. There is a "pro-Zionist keffiyah" which has a blue interlocked star pattern. Cute idea, sort of, but it looks too much like the Arab keffiyah for my taste.
You can make an argument that appropriating symbols of a defeated enemy is a sign of victory. I was willing to give the English Prince the benefit of the doubt for wearing nazi fancy dress at a party if he had expressed that view. Black nationalists, very anti-Semitic, use the Star of David as a power symbol partly to yank the chain of passing jews. If pretty jewish girls tied keffiyahs around their hips when in bathing suits I would applaud the gesture.

And the current government clearly thinks Australia needs more.) Rudd is a full on moonbat. But I also noticed a very intense Christian community. Much more public than in America. The innercity churches ring the cities with music on Wednesday and Sunday services. And a Chinese community that dislikes Islam very much, but thinks of Christianity benignly.

What about a zaftig Jewish mother of 7? :)

The only authority Muslims will respect is God, and the only Ones from God in recent memory are The Bab (al-Qaim) and Baha'u'llah (The Glory of God, "al-Mahdi"), but the Muslim mullahs and clergy are doing a good job of keeping Muslims ignorant of their existence, and we've been asked not to discuss them here...

No surpirses here.
The problem with Palis (Hamas, Hezbollah and even run of the mill Palis is:
They have a fusion culture.
They represent the fusion of the world's absolute worst three ideologies:
1) Islam with its totalitarian nature;
2) Nazism (ie far right) as imported via the likes of the Grand Mufti in WW2;and
3) Communism (ie far left) as imported from the now defunct Soviets, who, by the way, created such fine organizations as the PLO.
What would you expect from an amalgam of the worst of totalitarian religion, right wing extremism and left wing extremism?
The only thing that could make them worse is if they add cannibalism to the mix.
Imagine if the Palis became cannibals...

Asshole parents are everywhere.
But there were no signs of stress when the 22-year-old father, accused of killing his 2-year-old son over the child support debt, went to pick up his little boy for a weekend visit, his mother said Sunday.
On Friday, several hours after her son, Ja' Shawn, left, Daniella Powell received a phone call. It was Platt. He said their son had been kidnapped and quickly hung up.
Powell called back in disbelief. She said her husband gave different accounts of the kidnapping. She asked if he had called police. He said he had, but when she called authorities, they hadn't heard from him.
Police said Platt made up an elaborate story about his son being kidnapped by three men armed with AK-47 rifles late Friday night. Platt eventually confessed to the killing, telling authorities he "would kill either his wife or his child before he paid child support," Police Superintendent Warren Riley said Saturday.
Later, he led police to the boy's body. He has been booked on a charged of first-degree murder.

On cannibalism: Find as many palestinian "car-swarm" pictures as you can, and get a good, close look at them all. Many of the men and boys in many of the pictures are holding up "bits" of just-exploded shaheeds, always with a triumphant smile, like a kid finding an Easter egg in a game. I have often had a nagging suspiscion that these bits are sometimes eaten. The bits and pieces sure are sought-after, you can tell that right away from a study of the car-swarm photos.
Whether they eat these bits or not, it appears that Satan has pretty much turned this culture into Uruk-hai. "The Americans worship Pepsi-cola. We worship death."

It's true.
I know of a mohammedan that abducted, raped and abandoned a 14 year old girl. Even after serving time for it, he sees nothing really wrong in what he did and still apparently goes after the youngest he thinks he can get away with.
Why does that surprise you? They venerate a man who believed it as just wonderful to sleep with a nine year old child.

Here in the USA, said Church was called "Episcopal" and was referred to as "The Republican Party at Prayer" - SO WHAT! That was then and this is NOW.
As I recall - GWB goes to a Presbyterian Church - Courtesy Laura, Bobby Jindal goes to a Catholic Church, Sarah Palin to a (Partially Burnt Down) Evangelical Church, Mitt Romney to the Church of Later Day Saints, and I am a less than perfect Jew. Sounds to me that we have become a "BIGGER TENT." Oh, and my "Party" conversion is less than 1 year old - done in order to vote for MITT in the NJ Primary. By the way - if Pres. Elect Obama wanted a PRO to be Sec. Commerce - He would pick MITT TO-MORROW. Such a deal - a Guy that has actually RUN businesses.-S-

Most Reform Jews worship "social justice" rather than G-d, and believe in the liberal pieties of the moment rather than anything related to Judaism. That is blunt, and therefore not pretty--but it is also unfortunately true.
My entire family, except for me, are Reform Jews. They are all moonbats, EXCEPT for my uncle, who belongs to the Reform temple in LA, and is a very big supporter of MEMRI, he supplied the funding to get them started. He is most definitely not a moonbat.

Republicans support Gaza op, Democrats much less so
Alternative title: Democrats' ignorance explains how Obama was elected.
Forty-four percent (44%) say Israel should have taken military action against the Palestinians, but 41% say it should have tried to find a diplomatic solution to the problems there, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey. Fifteen percent (15%) are undecided
Sixty-two percent (62%) of Republicans back Israel's decision to take military action against the Palestinians, but only half as many Democrats (31%) agree. A majority of Democrats (55%) say Israel should have tried to find a diplomatic solution first, a view shared by just 27% of Republicans.
See that's the problem, not have diplomacy with Hamas. Idiots.

Are this child's parents insane?
No. It would be easier to digest if the parents were so, but this is not the case. This is the great tragedy of the blind hatred, that kids are being indoctrinated to think viciously and without critical thought. The Dec 30th rally in San Francisco had a number of little kids who attended alongside their parents who were shouting, even screaming for the demise of all within the borders of Israel.
This vile indoctrination of anti-semitism will carry through to the next generation, laying the groundwork for less dialog and more violence.

CAN someone tell me why this scum bag can get a message out from an Israeli prison like this below?
Meanwhile, jailed Fatah leader Marwan Barghouti sent his greetings on Sunday to Hamas's militiamen and to all the gunmen involved in the fighting against the IDF.
"Fatah and its men are an integral part of this battle and in confronting the aggression," he said in a message from Israeli prison, where he is serving five life terms for his involvement in armed attacks against Israelis during the second intifada.
Barghouti urged all Palestinian factions to put aside their differences and unite their ranks to fight against the IDF in the Gaza Strip.

A prayer for every Israeli soldier...
Two modern rabbis are continuing a tradition that Torah sages say dates back 3,500 years ago, when a person was designated to pray and learn Torah for soldiers sent by Moses to fight the Jews' enemies. Jewish tradition states that King David also continued the practice.
The counterterrorist operation "Cast Lead" is being accompanied by "Operation Tefillah, Torah and Troops," initiated by Rabbi Simcha HaCohen Kook, the chief rabbi of Rehovot, and Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Horowitz, the Bostoner Rebbe who now lives in the Har Nof community of Jerusalem.
In an open letter to Jews, the rabbis "ask soldiers and/or their relatives who would want a 'partner' in Torah and Tefillah [prayer] to e-mail maortlmo@gmail.com or fax 972-8-9450027 and give their Hebrew name and mother's Hebrew name without any other particulars such as family name or other identifying factors."
The rabbis will distribute the names "among those who heed the call to add Torah and Tefillah for the sake of those who find themselves in jeopardy."
The same tradition was put into practice in the Second Lebanon War two years ago, when more than 50,000 people participated in the campaign co-sponsored by National Council of Young Israel.
"Every tefillah that is said on behalf of a soldier will make a difference, regardless of where a person may be in religious observance, said Young Israel Executive Vice President Rabbi Pesach Lerner.
"Each soldier who is putting his or her life on the line to defend the land of Israel and safeguard the Jewish nation deserves to have someone praying for their well being and safe return," he added.
To request the name of a soldier by phone or fax, call the National Council of Young Israel at[no phone numbers allowed] x100, or send a fax to[no phone numbers allowed].
Please see article for phone and fax number of the National Council of Young Israel in NYC.

Right now, the Rabbi has rented a closed down Chinese restaurant, that has been kashered, until he can have a Schul built.
With the fuss made re an Eruv anywhere in this county, except my native Boston, it appears? Not going to be easy to get a building permit, especially in this financial climate.

I am lucky enough to live at the NJ Gold Coast where there is a Kashrut Chinese Restaurant - NO PORK - and take your average Chinese Menu for everything "Kosher Style" and Double the Price. Why a Reform or Conservative Group would be blocking fellow Jews from constructing a Congregation is beyond me. You're from Joisey? ;) My oldest son, DIL and 6-year old granddaughter live there.
We have a local kosher Chinese restaurant, Eden Wok, that is both excellent and the prices are not all that much higher than the non-kosher ones, from what I understand.
IIRC, they had one in Teaneck, but I think it is closed. There are 2 others...and 1 is near us, but they deliver.
Yes, the Jews also make a fuss, and it takes ages to get a permit to build. The kvetch is about too many people in a suburban town, etc., and it goes on and on, and can get ugly.
We get a kick out of our 2-year old grandson, who goes to a Chabad Gan, and adores it. It is in Williamsburg, Brooklyn...and they have Satmar all around them. Daughter and son in law are not Orthodox, but want the best nursery school, and the Gan is just superb. The teacher/student ratio is the best I have seen.
And middle son lives on LI with my DIL and 8-year old granddaughter, who goes to a Conservative Hebrew school in their Synagogue.
It will always be 3 Jews? 10 opinions! ;)

No surpirses here.
The problem with Palis (Hamas, Hezbollah and even run of the mill Palis is:
They have a fusion culture.
They represent the fusion of the world's absolute worst three ideologies:
1) Islam with its totalitarian nature;
Imagine if the Palis became cannibals...
eris:
That is all quite true, except for the canard of Nazism being on the far right. I know that is how it it is conventionally portrayed, but that portrayal is a lie, concocted by Stalin to demonize the Nazis, who were merely rival socialists, in the minds of his own people and of fellow travelers overseas. (Can you say Walter Duranty?)

Somewhat incorrect...The Marine Silent Drill Platoon was denied permission to shoot a commercial on 9/11 of 07 by SanFran Film Commision Director Stefanie Coyote. She would issue the permit to shoot only if no Marines were visable on the streets of SanFran. They ended up shooting on the other side of the bay overlooking the Golden Gate.

Mandy, $4000 is a lot of money to a loser who is broke, and probably cannot hold anything better than a minimum-wage job. But I agree with you that money probably was not the motive; he wanted to hurt his ex-wife. There was a similar case in Calgary about 20 years ago, two children. With the fuss made re an Eruv anywhere in this county, except my native Boston, it appears? Not going to be easy to get a building permit, especially in this financial climate.
Every single Synagogue has a big fight on their hands when they try to buy land to build on. And some of the loudest protests are from the reform and reconstructionist groups.
The Conservative shul near my parents' house just built a new building on the old footprint. Oh, the brou-ha-ha! Now granted, I think the building looks...um...very modern! but I have to defend the thing now, out of tribal feeling.
OK, it looks like a giant gray cement boat. Now in Istanbul, they new how to build a shul...

I know I am late to the link and this is O/T--Phoenix had a great turnout this afternoon for the pro-Israel rally. We had about 1500 people (jews and non jews) crammed into the JCC. Congressman Trent Franks and Mayor Phil Gordon came out to speak. Where were Senators McCain and Kyl we were all wondering? Anyway, for a rainy Phoenix afternoon, it was inspiring to get so many committed to Israel out to support the cause.
Super!

Lovely city...nice bridges, big trees, and yummy chocolate, but the nuttery would be intolerable, imho. ;)
Sorry to hear about the ad--I hadn't heard about this, and given my father's rabid interest in matters military, I would have thought he'd be all over this.
I have to say, when you live here (or nearby, the SFZ is elsewhere in the Bay Area these days) it's just not--like that. Sure, we got crazies, and we got college kids, and we got some real dumb people in local government some years, but you can go through a whole day living in most neighborhoods in the City, and it's just like anywhere else, but with better restaurants.
Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley, however, is JUST like that.

A couple years ago I was at a demo (well, across the street from the demo at another demo) where the girl speaker in her khaffiyeh headband announced at the top of her lungs that Israel was denying basic human rights to women and GLBT persons.
It was one of those "say WHAT? I have a banana in my ear," moments.

I think it is wierd, that Muslim men are SO threatened by women. Why is this? I'm fortunate to be a Western woman, and this whole "rape me 'cause I'm showing an ankle" shit would be funny, if it weren't so sad.

Connecticut residents gave 575K to the 0ne. This page somehow proves that they are not taking contributors from lobbyists, Unions and corporations.
