Deported Hamas Terrorist Now an LA Times Columnist

Media • Views: 3,797

Leading Hamas terrorist Mousa Abu Marzook, deported from the United States in 1997, gets back into the US via a column in the Los Angeles Times: Hamas speaks.

Vile. Evil. Disgusting. Foul. Take your pick. There is something deeply wrong with our mainstream media.

Contact the Los Angeles Times and tell them what you think about giving a voice to genocidal mass murderers.

For their boat, let's do a bail in. We confiscate their assets as a corrupt enterprise and then use the proceeds to help fund the bailout. No one can deny the LA Times is corrupt and paying member of Hamas would seem to beg for a RICO case.

This is truly evil. The LA Times is allowing this column in their newspaper, but you know darn well that they will not write about the TV shows that the Palestinian people are showing to their little children to hate the Jews. Or report that there were huge amounts of weapons in the mosques and schools that the Israel's blow up to protect themselves. Nope, just present the viewpoint of the terrorists to the American people who still read their paper.

I have been saying that some line has been crossed, something has gone VERY evil.
I have a hunch it started with the violent attacks on Palin. They tasted blood, saw her go down in defeat and now...well, now they are in a feeding frenzy.
Even a year ago, the violence against that reporter asking questions just would not have happened.
I sense things have been ratcheted up (or down, as the case may be), and it is VERY ugly.

re: #48 Wishing

I wholeheartedly agree with your analysis, but I think the timeline is considerably longer. Resistance to Evil (in America anyway) has been slowly but steadily eroding since the end of WWII. In Europe it's been going on even longer (I'd say since the end of WWI).

During that time Evil has had numerous hosts: The Nazis, the Communists, and now the Islamists (and there's probably many more I can't remember at the moment).

Still the struggle is the same, and every generation must face it. It's a struggle that goes back a long time and starts (metaphorically) with an apple and a snake.

We have a major newspaper in our country carrying the water for international terrorism. On an even sadder note, most of our public would not know the first thing about the HLF, the players, and the aim of Samah.

What you are watching our newspapers actively do right now, is no different than trying to paint the Nazi cause in sympathetic terms.

They don't mention his background, the fact that the Clinton administration was going after this bastard, and how he was extremely instrumental in HOW WE GOT TO THIS POINT NOW!

So, what they are hoping, is that most of the stupid people in this country give their 3 second attention spans in between American Idol, to develop their own sympathy for the terrorists themselves.

I just can't believe this is the country I once wore the uniform of.

There are still cars with "9-11, I'll Never Forget" on their bumpers, but they're getting old. Some of them might have an "Obama 08" on the other side. A lot of people came back to their old attitudes as that event receded into the past, and the left crawled back out of its hole. I've noticed that Sullivan's backsliding is a pretty good gauge of the diminishing importance of 9-11 and the WOT, and the slide back into liberal pissedness in general. (In the Media that is.)

re: #62 formercorpsman
I agree completely, except for one point. I don't see them so much actively promoting Hamas etc. as I see them as passively spreading their propaganda, publishing it without much, if any comment. Over and over, as if it were news, giving it legitimacy by its mere presence in the print and broadcast media. They can say they're 'neutral', which in their twisted perspective, is 'good'. This turns media like the Tribune company, which owns the LAT, into nothing more than a Hamas newsletter, with other stuff in it. They can deny it, but it's right there in print. I just want to know what they think they will gain, what are their ultimate goals? Why do they do this?

I am so sick of the media. Has no one ask to think why the oil rich nations of the world don't just hand over ONE day's interest off oil profits and build the Palestinians a home worth living in? I mean, look at the photos of Gaza and the area? It is an absolute hell-hole. These youth have nothing to live for, aspire to, hope for. It is Hamas' fault 100%, but it just indicates the easily brainwashed people would rather die than continue living in the current situation...oh, and let's not forget taking babies, kids, women with them.

If their loving Arab-Muslim brothers cared (even remotely) then put up or shut-up, but they won't because they believe the Palestinians are lunatic terrorists just like the rest of the world. Alas....

Do they assume because The One has been elected that the country is changing and becoming peopled by the sorts who eat this garbage up for lunch and ask for seconds? Do they perhaps assume that with the left in power the "fairness doctrine" will return? Or do they perhaps have their hopes pinned on outright censorship of anything that they can tar as "hate speech?"

Yes, and let's not forget that Marzook helped to create CAIR, which is itself an IAP spin-off.

...Much of that evidence relates to Mousa Abu Marzook, now deputy political chief of Hamas, who served on the board of directors of IAP in 1989.

The trial exhibits included a memo taken from the home of Ismail Elbarrasse, a former assistant to Marzook, which defines in chilling fashion the role the Muslim Brothers play in North America:

The process of settlement is a "Civilization-Jihadist Process" with all the word means. The Ikhwan must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and "sabotaging" its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all other religions. Without this level of understanding, we are not up to this challenge and have not prepared ourselves for Jihad yet. It is a Muslim's destiny to perform Jihad and work wherever he is and wherever he lands until the final hour comes, and there is no escape from that destiny except for those who chose to slack….

http://www.investigativeproject.org/article/621

The MSM is a willing accomplice in the "Civilization-Jihadist Process" as stated by the terrorists above.

It was not unexpected antijewness. The ohio state professor endorsing hamas is much worse imo.
As long as they give an Israeli defence person the opportunity to write a similar column, I see nothing wrong with letting Hamas voice their side of the story.
That said, i don't think what Israel does is very fruitful. Even if 400 Hamas die, there are still 500.000 children raised as new Hamas warriors. Hamas needed this bombings to fuel the hate. Israel gave them exactly what they wanted. Hamas would have hated it if Israel dropped food instead of bombs.

You know, last night, Jon Stewart said something on "The Daily Show" that made me think of this point. Basically, he mentioned that the Palestinians are kept confined in Gaza (implying it's the Israelis responsible). . .but it's as much the Egyptians doing it as the Israelis. The Egyptians don't want them either.

Not only do I not buy your papers, nor go to your website (other than today) but now I will boycott your advertisers and will be contacting them directly to let them know they will get no business from me and many others like me as long as they advertise with you.

I, as most Americans, take terrorism very seriously. There is no 'other side' to terrorism. It is an evil that deserves no voice in a civilized society.

I shouldn't have to remind you of this fact...."
