Al Jazeera: The Network That Praises Child Killers

Media • Views: 7,015

In the new era of hope and change, Al Jazeera, the hateful antisemitic voice of the Muslim Brotherhood, is making another push to get US and Canadian cable providers to carry their slick, sanitized, but still hateful English version: Al Jazeera Lobbies Online for U.S. Cable Access.

The Middle East TV news station Al Jazeera English has launched a Web-based grassroots campaign in a bid to increase its North American audience and correct “misperceptions” about the 24-hour news network.

IWantAJE.net provides background information on the network, the first English-language channel to be headquartered in the Middle East, and attempts to counter the negative attitude many Americans have toward it. It also contains a prominent call for viewers to “demand AJE”, and offers a Web-based tool for U.S. and Canadian residents to petition local cable providers.

If you watch Al Jazeera in Arabic, though, you get the real stuff.

For example, this incredibly vile birthday party for released terrorist Samir Kuntar—who shot a child’s father in front of her, then bashed the little girl’s brains out with a rifle butt.

[Embedded content no longer available.]

This sickening, utterly depraved show alone should prevent Al Jazeera from ever being picked up by American cable providers, and should be required viewing for any cable executives considering such a thing.

Yep - but as well all know: money talks.

So cable executives may well watch this with disgust, but in these hard times of credit crunch and depression, the spondulicks proffered by that TV channel will speak with a lound and powerful voice.

Unfortunately.

Samir Kuntar: I remember when they released this animal and wondered how Israel would set this criminal free. Just looking at him is repugnant enough with his bloated face and junkie eyes. Then to watch this pathetic celebration that oddly enough resembles a funeral as he cuts the cake with sword.

Primitive, archaic, savages.

Meanwhile we buy oil from the Saudis while they fight this proxy war against Israel and the West. At this same time we provide billions in naval security and military aid for the Saudis who finance these criminals by way of their "clerics."

I'm sure Keith Ellison and Hussien will lobby the FEC to Al Jazeera's satisfaction.

The NYT's is under $4.00 once more, the whole lie-paper industry is on the down tilt, the banks can not loan them any more, they have only a few more rich loons to bail it out, Obama can not use the tax money to bail them out and stay in office it seems ,,, so where is the point the NTY's has to file bankruptcy,,, $2.00 or as low as $1.00.

$.50 cents, just thinking out loud, it also seems none of the are strong enough that any merger will help.

the printing press buildings are large and they have some good down town office buildings, but that will not pay them out,,,,

?

I will be surprised if the NY Times does not get a bail out.

member.

Has it EVER accorded to you that you are plain, old fashioned dishonest?

Obama's whole life has been dedicated to, in the least, paying attention to hard core socialist doctrines.

Obama's whole political life, up to a few years ago, has been as a community activist, which is nothing more than a local volunteer who is getting paid a lot of taxpayers money to "volunteer."

Obama's record in the senate has been to vote "present" the majority of the time.

Obama's paper trail, history, the normal way we delve into the mindset of a person or politician, has been shut away, and what we do know, has only been discovered by people actually acting like detectives. We need detectives to discover who our president is.

And YOU, do not see any of this a problematic. You and over 50 million other people. The only thing I can say is you are honestly among friends, a whole pack of dishonest people.

Again, I ask, why the duplication of effort? They've got different ways of doing their harm, true, but they've got slightly different reasons for trying to wreck the nation: in both cases, it's religiously motivated (marxism for one, Islamism for the other), and both have got "their guy" sitting just where they need him to be.

So, why team up when you don't have to? It'd be like teaming up accounting and marketing; makes no sense.

My response to your response to my response last night:

re: #472 Kenneth

The science is very far from clear,

We don't know if the earth is warming
We don't know what causes climate change
We don't know if we can or should do anything about it,,,

So lets spend billions of dollars and distort our economy to "correct" a problem we don't understand.

Actually:

We do know the earth is warming, the data is clear.
We do know that C02 is a greenhouse gas, and know it's been increasing since the industrial revolution.
We do know that reducing CO2 will help lower the temperature.

We don't know if the additional Co2 is 20 % or 50% of the cause or whatever and I agree, the cost and effectiveness of a solution is open for debate. I do think just slamming all the science as a political conspiracy without a fair look is wrong headed.

You need to check the data: over the last 10 years, the average global temperature has been steady or dropping.

The global climate has always been changing. It will continue to do so no matter what humans do.

Over the last several hundreds of thousands of years, changes in the CO2 level in the atmosphere lag the change in temperature. CO2 levels do not lead temperature which is what you would expect if it drove the temperature.

If lowering CO2 levels would lower the temperature, then why did the temperature drop from 1945 to 1979, a time when CO2 levels increased?

Scientists who publish anti-AGW papers risk having their funding cut or loosing their jobs. That's the real political conspiracy in the Global warming scam.

Political experience

Obama: Worked his way to the top by cultivating, pandering to and stroking the most powerful interest groups in the all-pervasive Chicago political machine, ensuring his views were aligned with the power brokers there.

Palin: Worked her way to the top by challenging, attacking and actively undermining the Republican party establishment in her native Alaska. She ran against incumbent Republicans as a candidate willing and able to clean the Augean Stables of her state's government.

Political Biography

Obama: A classic, if unusually talented, greasy-pole climber. Held a succession of jobs that constitute the standard route to the top in his party's internal politics: "community organizer", law professor, state senator.

Palin:A woman with a wide range of interests in a well-variegated life. Held a succession of jobs - sports journalist, commercial fisherwoman, state oil and gas commissioner, before entering local politics. A resume that suggests something other than burning political ambition from the cradle but rather the sort of experience that enables her to understand the concerns of most Americans..

Political history

Obama: Elected to statewide office only after a disastrous first run for a congressional seat and after his Republican opponent was exposed in a sexual scandal. Won seat eventually in contest against a candidate who didn't even live in the state.

Palin: Elected to statewide office by challenging a long-serving Republican incumbent governor despite intense opposition from the party.

3 Woods comment from a few days ago:

Good evening.

In market news, well, hang on and look out. When Obama said he was the candidate of "hope" he was not kidding. Now you just hope that it is not 1930 all over again.

The market has run out of patience that Geithner will find a clue and acutally deal with the toxic asset issue. I have posted here several times before how I believe the situation could be effectively handled with about half the up front cost and would greatly improve the economic situation overall, so I won't bore you with the details again here.

So the market has gotten fed up with Obama's Marxist approach, amd has given up hope the Geithner has two brain cells holding hands.

The blood bath in the financials today was due to the assumption that the Fed's will nationalize some banks over the weekend, so the stockholders dumped out early to avoid losing it all. Ther is also a clear grasp now that the "stimulus" package did nothing but address long standing left wing wish list items and will do very little to encourage economic growth and actually is punishing those who have done things "right".

I look for the Dow to drop another 20% or so and end up at around 6000

Yet, if they want to spend money, time, and effort "getting their word out" that is money, time, and effort they're not spending on other things.

Besides, we can learn a great deal from these videos. We can learn who they are, and where to bomb if or when the time comes. Remember, we're not the ones with a free speech problem. They are. We'll use their speech against them just as they're using theirs against us. In the long run, we'll win.

Just read the comments on your linked item. The curve fit method used in the graphs effected the slope. Other methods of fit produce flat or negative slopes over the past 10 years. An argument has been made the effect of El Niño skewed the data, but the methods used to "remove" the El Niño effect from the data introduces further skewing in the other direction. Furthermore, other data sets, ie. satellite collected temperate measurements, indicate a negative slope.

And then there are all the other points I made which you ignored.

re: #255 Kenneth

Just read the comments on your linked item. The curve fit method used in the graphs effected the slope. Other methods of fit produce flat or negative slopes over the past 10 years. An argument has been made the effect of El Niño skewed the data, but the methods used to "remove" the El Niño effect from the data introduces further skewing in the other direction. Furthermore, other data sets, ie. satellite collected temperate measurements, indicate a negative slope.

And then there are all the other points I made which you ignored.

As long as some on the right ignore the science that shows that warming is happening and man has some effect, you'll be marginalized and compared to the evolution skeptics. Dispute the size of mans influence if you like, the solution and certainly the cost, but facts are facts.

Guys and gals, I won't dispute your choice of Palin as your choice to lead the party if you like, but I truly believe you'll need to do better to win.

Whom would you suggest, then? Shall we put up an unqualified, unknown hack who never held a full-time gig for more than few years at a stretch, associated openly and proudly with bombers, belonged to an openly racist and anti-semitic church for two decades, makes kissy-faces at sworn enemies of the nation, and who has no discernible position on anything other than his own uniqueness? 'Cause, Barry's already sort of roped that one off for himself, and there's probably not three other people in the whole country with these qualifications who aren't in jail or in a mental hospital.

You are the one ignoring the facts. The current state of the science is far from clear. There are data showing a temperature increase and other data showing a decrease. There are also papers showing a better correlation to temperature change with other driving influences than the correlation between temperature & C02.

It is an ideology, not a fringe name. Words have meaning and communism has a specific meaning. President Obama has made past statements that reflect communist ideology. Communism is a destructive force that is antithetical to our system of government.

But that was the whole point of Palin. McCain was the center leaning part of the team, but he needed to shore up his conservative base. Face it, aside from his military service, fiscal, social & constitutional conservatives were less than thrilled with McCain. That's why McCain lost: Obama was a lot more exciting than McCain. Palin turned off voters in the middle, but she picked up many more voters on the conservative wings. In the end, it just wasn't enough.

Obama Sr.

On his return to Kenya, Obama Sr. was hired by an oil company and then served as an economist in the Ministry of Transport, and later became senior economist in the Kenyan Ministry of Finance.[20] In 1965 Obama Sr. wrote a paper titled "Problems Facing Our Socialism," published in the East Africa Journal, harshly criticizing the blueprint for national planning, "African Socialism and Its Applicability to Planning in Kenya", which had been produced by Tom Mboya's Ministry of Economic Planning and Development.

He was a cabinet minister in Kenyatta's gov't. Kenyatta was part of that era's post-colonial leaders. Kenyatta's policies were a mixture of socialist, nationalist, nepotist and statist. Not outright Marxist or Communist.

I agree completely. And this is one of the very largest opportunities to galvanize the centers of both the right and the left wings. We need people to stand up and say that what these people are preaching is fundamentally against Western values.

I don't oppose study of another's culture. I don't oppose broadcast of their culture. I oppose wholesale uncritical adoption of their culture even when it is toxic to the very free-speech and religious freedom rights that we in the West believe in. This is a sign that we are not indoctrinating our students and teachers in Western Values.

And I think you could get many people on both sides of the center to agree with that.
