New NBC/WSJ Poll: Public Worried at Deficit, Not Fond of GOP

A new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll shows that the American public is starting to get a mite worried about Obama’s astronomical budget deficit: Poll: Public concerned about size of deficit.

Buried at the bottom of the piece, though, is even worse news for the Republican Party — an all-time low favorable rating:

* 25 percent hold a favorable view of the Republican Party, which is an all-time low for it in the poll

* 45 percent hold a favorable view of the Democratic Party
