Shawna Forde and the Minuteman Project

Apparently, anti-immigration “activist” Shawna Forde (charged in Arizona with the murder of an Arizona man and his 9-year old daughter) had a closer relationship with the Minuteman Project and its president Jim Gilchrist than we were first led to believe.

In an E-mail titled “Jim Gilchrist Exposed!!!!” on the Minuteman Project’s website, Nightingale, the Save Our State official, wrote that “patriots” were incensed at Gilchrist’s group because it supported Forde. “As a mother I am sick to death that a little child was murdered!” she wrote. “Murdered at the hands of people that were endorsed on the Jim Gilchrist MMP site. Wasn’t it bad enough that your forum is a sewer full of lies and bashing of patriots? Or are each of you being paid by say the SPLC, La Raza to destroy the movement with your filth and personal connections?”

In his response, Gilchrist asserted that Save Our State’s allies included the Mountain Minutemen, whose leader in 2007 produced a faked video that appeared to show an undocumented immigrant being shot at the border. “Your unwarranted wrath is all about sour grapes, Ms. Nightingale,” Gilchrist wrote. “If you are going to be a crackpot, Ms. Nightingale, please be thorough about it.”

Gilchrist defended Forde this winter after other nativist leaders expressed doubt about her claims that she’d been raped, beaten and shot in a bizarre series of incidents in and near her Everett, Wash., home. The Everett Herald reported that police have dropped the investigation of the reported rape, citing a lack of evidence.

Not me.

The Minutemen always claim to operate unarmed, to merely "observe and report". If this is proven false, they're in deep doo-doo.

He was a supremely talented singer who was literally driven insane by the pressures of fame. A textbook example -- never before was there such a clear case of fame-induced madness.

Hadn't he purchased a freezing chamber where he could be preserved until medical science came up with a cure for whatever ailed him?

Wont be that hard to prove.

The nature of their operation demanded that they do a better job of vetting their associates.

Forde is obviously a complete nutcase. I pity anyone who came anywhere near her orbit.

Making up outlandish claims, like one of her co-defendants, in order to give herself credibility. That's just warped.

TMZ and Drudge are saying so. No one else has confirmed.

LATimes is saying coma

Updated at 2:46 p.m.: Pop star Michael Jackson is in a coma and his family is arriving at his bedside, a law enforcement source told The Times.

Jackson was rushed to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center this afternoon by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics.

Fire Capt. Steve Ruda said paramedics responded to a call at Jackson's home at 12:26 p.m. He was not breathing when they arrived. The paramedics performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation and took him to the hospital, Ruda told The Times.]

Flying to L.A. in two hours.
Going to a memorial for a real hero.

Will it be all Michael, all the time?

Oh, yeah, screw the outlaw vigilantes.
They're criminals.

He's probably just trying to upstage Farrah Fawcett.
NYT says only hospitalized.

Where is confirmation of his death? See Charles' #10. No news source has proclaimed his death. Only speculation.

News today had no problem announcing Farrah's death.

MJ Publicity stunt. I want to be wrong. But I smell publicity stunt.

30 WinterCat  Thu, Jun 25, 2009 3:29:35pm

Wow. I watched a video interview of this woman the other day. and thought "real trash that one". Not only is this lady a criminal (assuming she is found guilty) but she is a complete embarrassment to her country. Someone needs to clean up the border on OUR side of the fence.
