Where are all these Nirthers coming from? Is there a factory somewhere?

Here’s video of White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs answering the question, “Is there anything you can say to make the Birthers go away?”

The answer, of course, is “No.”

Near the end he has a little verbal joust with “Lester” — that’s Lester Kinsolving, White House correspondent for Nirther World Headquarters, World Nut Daily.
