Scenes From a Tea Party

At least five of the featured speakers at today’s tea party in Washington DC were connected to the Ron Paul cult. Here’s a display the Paulians set up, right in front of the Capitol building.

Also present at the tea party — the insane Birther movement, with professionally printed signs from Weird Nut Daily.

What would a tea party be without anti-choice fanatics with graphic pictures of dead babies, combined with accusations that Barack Obama supports the New World Order … and sodomy?

When you’ve gone through the comparisons to every mass-murdering communist and/or Nazi dictator, what’s left? The Horned One, bringing about the End of Days!

And the moronic convergence is complete, as the right wing breaks out their own… giant puppets.

 Frank says:

For my taste, these solos (of some 50s blues guitarists) are exemplary because what is being played seems honest and, in a musical way, a direct extension of the personality of the men who played them. -- January 1977.
