Robert Stacy McCain: My Racist Slurs Were Very Funny

Wingnuts • Views: 3,988

White supremacist blogger (and contributor to Pajamas Media and the American Spectator) Robert Stacy McCain says his use of ugly racial slurs on Twitter was all just a joke. Because calling Mexicans “beaners” and Brits “faggots” is hilarious, as we all know. And to make it even funnier, McCain breaks out several more racial slurs. What a cut-up.

At the same time as he tries to pawn off this absurd excuse (which his readers will immediately accept, of course) he also claims he was just trying to wind me up when he spewed racial and homophobic slurs in public. Well, I’m not wound up at all; I had a great night’s sleep, in fact, knowing that McCain has finally gone too far even for some conservatives.

And he says the editor of The American Spectator is going to report me to the FBI for my open letter. Which should be equally hilarious. For a white supremacist, McCain sure has a lively sense of humor.

Meanwhile, this is how McCain’s sycophantic followers are responding to people who support me:

@MaxDReinhardt Do you always drool from around the upper lip area, or is that just Charles Johnson’s semen ? #LGF

You'll have to excuse my ignorance of the law or perceived reading of it, but what exactly is reporting you to the FBI for posting the open letter supposed to accomplish?

Nothing. It is a bullshit, hysteria tactic supposed to scare Charles.

Did the pompous twit explain why he was contacting the FBI? Last time I checked, reporting reality was not an indictable offense.
It is well past due that this little man was exposed as a racist fraud.

I doubt very much that Charles would ever be intimidated by someone like Stacey McCain. The little hissy fit was for his simpleton followers benefit, it gives them another shinning object to distract the from reality.

It will accomplish proving to anyone who doesn't already know that he is a 4-star dumbshit while being one of the most vile racists I have ever known about in my almost 50 years on this planet. And I have known plenty and know of even more.

If an innocuous open letter is actually being reported to the FBI, I can only feel sorry for the poor person who takes these reports. There must be many other equally exciting ones. The person responsible must spend much of the day banging their head against the nearest wall. Seems like a waste of our tax dollars...

The non-response so far says more than a prompt response would have. They're likely to simply stay silent on the matter, hoping that Charles will give up and it'll blow over, allowing them to circular file the email and call it a day.

How exactly is being a racist bigot supposed to earn one votes or otherwise earn the support of the populace?

It's sad that we live in an age of internet celebrities, where just about anyone with the right approach can get the lemmings to follow in their direction. I'm quite confident I could come up with a couple of crazy conspiracy theories that would set the wingnuts on fire (and of course, said theories would be backed up by no facts, but you know if you repeat a lie long enough...)

It's very easy -- just go to Twitter.com and sign up for an account. Then you can click the "Retweet" button at the top right of my post, and it will do everything for you -- it creates the message and opens the Twitter page to send it. All you have to do then is click the "Tweet" button at Twitter.

1. Go to twitter.com
2. Establish an account. You can choose to have something other than your real name showing. I just use ReineDeTout.
3. When you see the "retweet" button above a post here, click it, and if you're sigined in to twitter on your computer (even if twitter isn't actively open in a tab), you will be brought to your twitter account, and you can then click "tweet", and voila!
You have tweeted.

To the general twitter feed!

Some people use "tags" (like this: #worldcup) to make sure that people looking for world cup tweets see what they've written.

Sorta.

Of course, you can elect to "follow" people, meaning that their tweets will show up on your page. For instance, I "follow" LGF, a few local news sources, some others, so when they tweet something, I see it on my twitter page.

And then there are those who "follow" you.
I have some followers, Lord only knows why.

They will get whatever I retweet; they will get this post on their page even if they don't follow LGF, becuase they follow ME and I tweeted it using the retweet feature (it's like forwarding an e-mail).

You can use tweetgrid.com, or tweet deck, to sort out what you want to follow, and what you don't want to follow. Right now I have tweetdeck set up to grab and bring to my attention anything that has "rsmccain" in it.

And of course, during the Iran demonstrations, when the government shut down communications, there were people using twitter to get news out of Iran, that's how I followed it. That's also how the news agencies were getting Iran news during that time period. It was so important, the US Gov't asked the twitter people to delay a planned system upgrade that would have shut down twitter, in order to be able to keep getting the Iran tweets.

For me, it has limited uses but when it's needed, it's invaluable.

You haven't met my Parents. Love my Dad, but he is racist to the bone. A quote from my Dad. N*ggers will never amount to anything because they don't have the I.Q/Intelligence to do so on their own. They are more related to monkeys than us Whites. Mother was a bit more tolerant, She just referred to Black children as pickaninnies.

The percentage of people who say and/or believe this have been steadily decreasing since the 60s. I'm 53 and grew up in SC, so I remember segregation and the first years of school integration. We kids welcomed integration more than the older generations since they lived in a segregated society for most of their lives. They were used to it. Since then, kids have been born into an integrated world which is seen as normal. I'm not excusing racism for people older than 60 - or anyone for that matter. I'm just think (my opinion) that the "old dogs" had a tougher time adapting than younger generations.

That's one of the things about twitter, it's quite adaptable for different purposes, depending on what a person wants to use it for.

I don't ever send out personal news via twitter. I use it to pass on news, or collect information about something.

Others use it for personal communications with a network of friends.

Yep. I had to threaten to ban my Dad from our home because of his views. He was insulted and didn't talk to me for over a year. Mother was a bit more understanding, to a degree. She understood that we (my Wife and I) didn't want that kind of language used in our home, but couldn't understand why. To this day she still can't.

Beats head on wall....

I just googled it. I definitely need one of those!

Oooh, I would need one too, except that I so rarely actually talk on my cell phone. When no one calls me, I know everything is OK with those I love.

We do have an old rotary dial phone that we still use at home. Reliable, with good sound quality. Since we also have touch tone phones when we need to "press 1 to remain on hold forever" it is a lovely conversation piece. 15 or 20 years ago it was useful in baffling the kids' friends when they wanted to call their moms.

87 researchok  Sun, Jun 27, 2010 11:28:09am

OK, I'm now officially a twitterite (Apologies to the Luddites).

Enough is enough. While I will never be a flaming liberal, I cannot allow the like of RSM to presume to speak for me or the values I hold dear. I don't RSM to speak for me any more than progressives need the violent and viscous anarchists speaking for them.

What I find more appalling than RSM are his supporters and defenders. They have proved to be equally as despicable. No matter how well intentioned, in the end you will be defined by your bigotry and not your patriotic, good and noble intentions.

They are no different from those on the left who choose to defend and side with Palestinian racism and bigotry. No matter how well intentioned they think might be they have made a conscious decision to find common cause with racists bigots for whom calls for genocide are a noble ideal. They too will be defined by their bigotry.

No one bigotry is more moral than another.

Remember this: There is no such thing as a bigot with only one target and object of obsession.

re: #42 Bubblehead II

You haven't met my Parents. Love my Dad, but he is racist to the bone. A quote from my Dad. N*ggers will never amount to anything because they don't have the I.Q/Intelligence to do so on their own. They are more related to monkeys than us Whites. Mother was a bit more tolerant, She just referred to Black children as pickaninnies.

I recall my Greek Godfather asking a gas station owner if he was Jewish, explaining he did not do business with Jews. I must have been 8 or 9 years old at the time, but it made a impression even then.
My dad was a ignorant bigot, he used the N word a lot until it sunk in that is was not OK to do so.

That sounds like me-my daughter used all the minutes-I put about 10-15 minutes a month on the thing. Now I'm officially an old person, since I'm on her and her husband's account. Eldest Brother: Don't know. Keeps jumping from job to job. Professional Welder. Still a racist asshole.

WTF is that all about? Subversive?? This guy is crazier than I thought, and it is obvious he was deranged before this. My nephew is an FBI S.A., and would die of convulsive laughter at this being tagged as subversive. I am not sure how the Spectator or the batshit crazy McCain thinks pointing out blatantly racist slurs in their publication amounts to a needed FBI investigation. While we're on the topic, consider this. RSM and CJ are not equals engaged in some kind of war of differing political ideologies. This isn't about a clash of personalities.

No one has ever had cause or reason to call CJ a racist or bigot. Lots of people on LGF and elsewhere don't agree with CJ's politics or views. So what? That does not make him a bigot.

On the other hand, RSM has to work furiously to deny his racism and bigotry. His politics and his views clearly identify him as a bigot. RSM has a track record of just that. It isn't a secret- it's there for all to see. Worst of all, lots of people see it but have decided to ignore it or give him a pass. Why? Because he paints himself as a victim and every now and then says what people want to hear, as if that might cleanse the ugliness.

RSM cannot defend his record and no amount of maligning CJ or LGF can change that.

126 Summer Seale  Sun, Jun 27, 2010 11:56:13am

BTW, for those who are new to Twitter (or others maybe less than new), I don't suggest using the Twitter page for most things. I definitely suggest using Hootsuite at:

[Link: www.hootsuite.com...]

It's free and they just upgraded their interface which is fantastic. It's a great tab to keep open in your browser, it makes tweeting great and scanning for info and updates very easy and informative. It also will make you feel less lost and concentrate more on what you really want to look for or listen for. =)

And again, I'm @summerseale on Twitter (if you wanna add me).

Hope this helps people! Oh and there are other great platforms out there like Seesmic and Tweetdeck. I'm just informing you all as to what I use the most. But feel free to plug any others you enjoy and tell why, of course! =)

OK, I have a personal issue I'm dealing with, and I'm about to walk away from my best friend. She has a controlling personality disorder that really shows up when she becomes a mean drunk.
I'm her best friend, and probable the only one left that puts up with her mood swings. Once she gets into her mean mode, she will pick a fight with me over the smallest issue, and proceed to call me anything she can to hurt me. The next day, she says she feels horrible, but a few weeks later she'll repeat the hurtful comments, going further down the hurtful comments list.
I'm now taking a break away from her, but fear she'll do off the deep end without anyone in her life. I know she a has a real issue because I've seen her flirt with guys until they make a move, than put them down with a self satisfying grin. She seems to feed on being nasty, and it fills some sort of inner need with her.
I've even named her mean personality, and know when it will show up. When she's sober I can handle the control issues since it's basically letting her pick where we'll eat and such. I know the drinking she does is a escape from her problems and she counts on me to keep her safe the few times a month she gets "happy", but I can't take much more.
Her husband just lives with her crap, but I can't. Any amateur shrinks online with advice, or who have dealt with a similar issue. ?

Well, I wasn't aboard Her when She had Her last incident. I spoke with several of my former shipmates after the fact. The story they told me makes me glad I wasn't. Seems there was a 12 inch L bracket (iirc) welded to the bottom of the port (irrc) WRT tank with about 1 inch spacing from the bottom of the tank. It (the tank) rusted through as that area couldn't be maintained. Right into the Battery Well, being open to sea pressure, when they equalized pressure and opened the out doors of the torpedo tubes, water under high pressure entered the well.

Google what happens when you introduce salt water, hydrochloric acid and electrolysis to together.

If you are not so inclined, you get chlorine gas and hydrogen.

Navsea still doesn't know why Guitarro didn't sink. She should have.

Color me dumb if you must...

That's what the tags are for. People following those tags will see it. Thanos posted a list of useful tags earlier. You definitely want to use more than the #LGF one. Use #tcot too at a minimum.

re: #128 avanti

You can absorb some of her misery and be miserable yourself, or take a break and feel better. I see no reason for the former. You've tried, you've failed.

If you're on good terms with her husband, tell him to call you if/as/when she faces up to her issues.

Important--Don't blame yourself, and don't feel guilty.

That's my two cents' worth of armchair psychology. Good luck!

RS McCain is truly a piece of work. I agree Charles, as long as the conservatives accept nut jobs like him they might as well get used to being superior in their own minds and not in reality.

How could such an incompetent get such a large dose of ego???
