Bogus Story Alert

Alert: someone is circulating a bogus story that pastor Terry Jones of “Burn a Koran Day” was recently arrested for possession of child pornography. It’s not true.

The email I received had a link to a user-submitted page at NBC.com, which links to another user-submitted page at another site, where you can eventually find a link back to a completely unrelated article about someone else being arrested.

I’m no fan of Preacher Jones, but this story is completely false. Please don’t help circulate it.
