Pamela Geller: Imam Rauf Lied to the Quran Burner

The shrieking harpy shrieks: IMAM TRUMPS AMERICA: NO DEAL FOR MOVING GROUND ZERO ISLAMIC SUPREMACIST MEGA MOSQUE!

It didn’t take Pamela Geller long to concoct a conspiracy theory to explain why hate preacher Terry Jones called off his Quran burning. In Pamela’s fevered “brain” (possibly made more feverish by liberal amounts of alcohol), Imam Rauf did tell Jones he was going to move the Cordoba House, and is now lying about it because that’s just how freaking evil he is.

Qu’ran burning, off. Islamic surpemacist Ground Zero mosque, on! Is anyone really surprised?

The pastor  canceled the qu’ran burning but whatever Rauf may have promised to the pastor is off. Taqiya.

Of course, Pamela believes the guy who was going to burn copies of the Talmud in addition to Qurans, who said Judaism is, just like Islam, “of the Devil.” She believes the racist loon who spouted the N word dozens of times in a recent video.

She hates Muslims so very much that she’ll take the word of an obviously deranged person like Terry Jones before she’ll take the word of any goddamned Islamic “surpemacist.” Hic.

She left rational thought behind a long time ago.

She's obviously a firm adherent to "enemy of my enemy. . ." line of thinking.

He was going to burn Torahs too?!? Wow.

Is Pamela a boozer? I figured her craziness was inherited or possibly induced by a rather large blow to the head. I guess she could have played under power lines as a kid or eaten too much lead paint. But I suppose if she's hitting the Boones Farm or Schlitz on a regular basis, who knows what damage she is doing to her gray matter.

6 Kronocide  Thu, Sep 9, 2010 4:21:07pm

My head is spinning. At least I drink better liquor than she does, and I'm fun when I drink... if she does drink excessively.

Not to make too much fun of people with serious problems, but I think she validates my theory that alcohol does not change people when consumed, it reveals people, like a truth serum.

7 Cato the Elder  Thu, Sep 9, 2010 4:22:10pm

She is so going to hate you calling her booze "liberal", Charles.

8 researchok  Thu, Sep 9, 2010 4:24:21pm

Charles, I believe Jones was going to burn copies of the Talmud as opposed to Torah scrolls.

15 blueraven  Thu, Sep 9, 2010 4:29:51pm

It sounds like the Florida Imam gave Jones the impression that there was a deal on the table.
I think it is one big mess. But I suspect the real "change of heart" was the visit from the FBI. I bet they have plenty on this guy.
He had already had his insurance policy canceled, his website taken down and numerous other financial considerations. Maybe he was facing the possibility of fines and perhaps even some jail time. He might have just been looking for an out. Jerk.

OT (early, but it's a Geller thread, so I think this should be okay): Trouble in paradise for Sarah Palin's anti-masturbation, teabaggin' pick in Delaware and/or the GOP...the first shots in the Republican Civil war have been fired:

The Republican Party of Delaware has filed a formal complaint with the Federal Election Commission, accusing one of its own Senate candidates of illegally collaborating with the Tea Party Express.

...snippity-snip-snip...

Following the Alaska race, the Tea Party Express redirected its efforts to Delaware. The organization's chairwoman Amy Kremer noted that 10 staffers are on site and vowed to spend $250,000 to help O'Donnell before the primary.

The complaint alleges that the O'Donnell campaign is "knowingly accepting illegal campaign contributions from the Tea Party Express PAC."...

Demonstration Against Ground Zero Mosque

On Saturday 11 September 2010, the organization “Cities Against Islamization” will hold a demonstration nearby the American embassy in Brussels to protest against the construction of an Islamic center and a mosque close to Ground Zero.

The demonstrators will unroll several banners and Vlaams Belang senator Filip Dewinter will hold a speech on this matter. Afterwards, a small delegation that is led by Senator Filip Dewinter and consists of Senator Jurgen Ceder, Member of the European Parliament Philip Claeys and Member of the Chamber of Representatives Gerolf Annemans, will hand over a letter to the American ambassador in which they express their concerns about the construction of the Islamic Center.

He might have made an interesting point if he had put a few bibles in blaze as well.

The Torah consists of the first five books of the Bible. I really doubt that Pastor Jones would be unaware of that, or would remain unaware of it if he actually tried to gather some Torah scrolls to burn - all of which makes the claim that he was going to burn Torahs seem very implausible. Copies of the Talmud, maybe, since anti-Semitic propagandists often go to extremes slandering Jews by misquoting and misinterpreting the Talmud.

Someone will die from the shit SS Scharführer Geller and her ilk are spewing. Sadly, that person(s) will probably be those that are either uninvolved or don't have an opinion either way. And, sadly, Geller and her ilk won't be held responsible for creating the climate for such despicable acts. And what will be more disgusting is that Geller would likely use such a death to further inflame the Bigot Brigade into violence.

I fear that day is coming very quickly. I hope I'm wrong and people actually open their eyes to her and her ilk's anti-American antics.

A would-be saboteur arrested today at the Large Hadron Collider in Switzerland made the bizarre claim that he was from the future. Eloi Cole, a strangely dressed young man, said that he had travelled back in time to prevent the LHC from destroying the world.

The LHC successfully collided particles at record force earlier this week, a milestone Mr Cole was attempting to disrupt by stopping supplies of Mountain Dew to the experiment's vending machines. He also claimed responsibility for the infamous baguette sabotage in November last year.

I think we all need to put pressure on Muslims in the US --shape up and adopt American values or ship out--back to your sandhovels in the middle east. As far as I am concerned, Muslims need to know that they and their primitive religion are not really welcome in the US or any Western country because of the way Islam conflicts with our ideals of freedom, equality for all(no dhimmi status or enslavement and beating of wives or slaves)
Their culture is so backward and primitive and belongs in the 8th century and we cannot have this culture thriving in our countries in the West. Our civilisation is in grave danger because of primitive Islam and I say we HAVE TO push back hard all the time, every time. Purely on demographic grounds, we have to push back hard. They can have 4 wives(Rauf has 3) and breed like rabbits and this is a ticking time bomb.
So really guys at every opportunity we have to push back hard. This means each and everyone of us voting against the suicidal Democrap Muslim lemmings to get this government and Obama out. He has enabled and emboldened the Muslims worldwide and is the cause of this nonsense. Muslims had a healthy respect and fear of us before, but with these infidel swines in power, Obama has bowed to them and emboldened them in a way never done before.

re: #71 Fozzie Bear

This is just ... sooo stupid. It boggles my mind.

If the pastor felt he had been duped, then he could just burn the books tomorrow anyway. I mean, I just don't get it. This conspiracy theory, even if entirely true, doesn't make ANY FUCKING SENSE, because it wouldn't in any way have actually prevented anything.

I think Pam has hitting the sauce even harder than usual.

Now you have to think like a self righteous ass hole for it to make sense.

You see - the pastor is a man of his word. So he has to stand by what he promissed. (This is the same tactic these kinds of idiots use to back out of fist fights. A sort of "super-duper-honor keeps me from kickin' yer ass" yelled over his shoulder as he scurries away.)
