Christine O’Donnell Takes Palin’s Advice, Will Shun Media
Sarah Palin got outraged at the accurate reports that she told anti-wanking GOP candidate Christine O’Donnell to only “speak through Fox News,” but O’Donnell obviously took Palin’s advice to heart: O’Donnell vows no more national media appearances.
In an interview on Fox News’s “Hannity” show, O’Donnell, who canceled spots on CBS’s “Face the Nation” and “Fox News Sunday” last weekend, said that going on national-media outlets would not help her win the election.
That’s right — she’s openly admitting that if she speaks to the national media, it will hurt her chances of getting elected. This is the new default position for GOP candidates.
