The latest right wing outrageous outrage is a real doozy — a completely bogus rumor, repeated all over the right wing blogosphere and Fox News and talk radio, that President Obama’s trip to India will cost $200 million a day.

This is a great demonstration of how deranged the right wing has become. The story is utterly absurd on its face, but without exception, the right wing swallowed it whole without even blinking (not to mention fact-checking, a lost art in the wingnut blogosphere), then proceeded to work themselves up into a foaming rage. Over nothing. Pathetic.
