Al Najah University in Nablus has a rather unique curriculum, focusing on essential Palestinian skills such as attacking Israeli buses with missiles:

And to help spread the word about their innovative teaching methods, Al Najah U is developing student-exchange programs with schools such as McGill University in Canada, Dundee University in Scotland, Durham University in England, and the University of Trier in Germany.
