The other huge right wing fake outrage of the day: OMG! President Obama invited one of those “vile rappers” to the White House for a poetry event! He must hate America!

Of all the people for Fox Nation to call a “vile rapper,” they picked one of the most positive artists on the scene.

You don’t have to take my word for this; here’s Fox News reporter Jason Robinson interviewing Common in 2010, telling the rapper, “Your music is very positive, and you’re known as ‘the conscious rapper.’”

The difference now is that Common was invited to a poetry slam at the White House, so now he’s fair game for the Fox News race-baiters.
