Geller Loses It (Again): LGF is ‘Infected with the Poison of Evil’

Your hilariously incoherent Geller rant of the day
Wingnuts • Views: 42,517

Here’s anti-Muslim lunatic Pamela Geller with steam shooting out of her ears, spewing paranoia in all directions, because I … gasp! … pointed out the public Amazon page for her new book (and its similarity to the manifesto of Oslo terrorist Anders Behring Breivik): LITTLE GREEN ASTROTURDS!!!!!!! - Atlas Shrugs

Atlas readers, you must have a look at this — thanks to Snowcrash for alerting me to yet another attempt by the well-paid operative plant chuckie cheezy to smear and defame my work. How this assclown can encourage people to write reviews when it’s not even in stores boggles the rational mind. But he is not well; he is infected with the poison of evil.

My new book, Stop the Islamization of America: A Practical Guide to the Resistance, is the most important contribution I have made to this terrible fight we are in to save our civilization. Buy it, read it and pass it on. Every American needs to read it amd [sic] commit the strategy to memory. It’s America’s game plan to victory. I expect vicious attacks on me and the book. Pure hell. I don’t care, as long as people read it.

The shrieking harpy certainly doesn’t lack self-esteem.

UPDATE at 8/3/11 3:31:50 pm

Don’t forget — you can add tags to Geller’s book at Amazon, and vote up existing tags such as “hate speech.” Here’s that page again: Stop the Islamization of America: A Practical Guide to the Resistance.

(Currently the #1 result at Amazon for the tag hate speech.)

You could always keep a headscarf & duster or some other covered up overcoat by the door, then throw it on when they come calling. It always freaks them out when they see hijab.

Of course, you could take it even farther. Like yank the door open and start speaking with a heavy faux Arabic accent. Then when they start to answer you, shout "Ya, Ahmed! Ta'al! There are some ladies here that want to know about Islam!" and just keep going till they run away screaming.

In Islamic countries these jobs are either done with imported labor or not at all or only for a part day. No meanness intended but if your religion doesn't allow for certain work in other societies, do something else.

Some of the more traditional mariachi bands have harpists, which fascinates me. The Mexican mariachi harp stands on two long legs in the back to lean against the harper who plays it standing up. Very cool.

The FCC has released a report on "Consumer Wireline Broadband
Performance in the U.S." It shows how well ISP downstream speeds live up to the advertised rates throughout the day.

I'm actually somewhat surprised that the results weren't worse (though CableVision did particularly badly). I do wonder if the speed test the FCC had masks the throttling strategies many of the major ISPs (like Comcast) make use of -- you'd almost need to have some sort of long-term monitoring while consuming lots of bandwidth to trigger the throttling.

Oh wait, I'm wrong. It wasn't just the FCC speed test they had up. Sounds like they did it the right way:

The FCC obtained this real-world data by contracting with a company called SamKnows, which had run similar tests for the UK government. SamKnows recruited 78,000 Internet users from across the US, then selected 9000 of them to receive a specially configured router. That router took a series of measurements during March 2011 that tested broadband speed from a user's home to a remote server across the Internet. Results were checked against ISP-installed reference points to ensure accuracy.

I'm on tech support with a manufacturer. Disconnected, can't call back. But enjoying the unique perspective of the Geller Thing.

Now I'm on tech support with AT@T finding out why.

Reading another blog (focused on my business) and ran across a good one:

One day, I was spending my lunch hour relaxing in my truck at the beach. Stopped at a favorite hole in the wall Mexican joint for a burrito and a quesidillia.

Just as I was finishing up my burrito (and feeling pretty full), a homeless guy started picking through the trash can near where I was parked. Guy was taking out fast food bags and looking through them.

Being a nice guy (not common for me), I decided to offer him my quesidillia. Called him over and asked if he wanted it. Told him it was fresh and I was full. Guy gruffly grabs it out of my hand, opens it up and asks me "Is there any meat in it, cuz I don't eat meat". Told him no, just cheese. He mumbled a thanks and I realized I forgot the salsa. Tried to hand it to him, he said "no... I don't use that crap". He then pulls a full sized bottle of hot sauce out of his pocket and starts sprinkling it on the food.

A vegetarian homeless guy who carries his own hot sauce.... Only in southern California.

OSHA--Occupational Safety and Health Act. An Alabama supervisor might be caught between discrimination (not hiring/accommodating a Muslim construction worker) or violating the safety standards (permitting the worker to subject himself to heat stroke).

I'm not sure if OSHA requires forcing people to drink, or just requires the ability to be available.

As to not hiring a Muslim, I don't believe the religion is allowed to be mentioned or considered in the hiring process.

I hope we still have common sense to some degree in these matters (outside of Washington, that is).

Assuring a safe workplace is a management responsibility per OSHA. The best example is the cases in the '70s when some trades fought over hard hats. The bosses had to show they were willing to take a strike in their effort to enforce the PPE standard. If a guy shows up dead, the burden falls on the supervisor.

No, that didn't happen to me, one of my buddies from this professional forum I'm a member of.

Here's the thread starter:

I just had to post this. But first a little back story. I'm a smoker. I smoke about 1.5 packs a day. So generally, I leave the house with 2 packs of smokes.

I'm running early for an appointment this morning I stop by home depot, go in pick up some stuff, and go back to my truck. I decide I'll make some phone calls, etc. while I'm sitting in the truck for the next 30 minutes.

A few minutes later, a guy carrying a large garbage bag(with his lifes contents in it) and clearly on something that has an amazing resemblance to heroin comes walking up to my truck. He sees I'm smoking.

"Hey man, can I bum a smoke from ya?"

"Sure, here ya go." I hand him a brand new pack, he has to unwrap it. (Which was hilarious to watch since he was clearly higher than a kite, and dropping into heroin nods right in front of me).

He takes out a cigarette, starts to hand me the pack.

I'm in a good mood. I tell him, "Just keep them". (figuring I'd make a homeless guys day, take a little stress off of the daily grind of looking for smokes)...

He says "I don't smoke these" (Winston) and hands them back to me.

When did the homeless get so picky about free cigarettes? Picky bastard.

OK, off tech support, back to work.

Stupid hot, isn't it? I'll get the official high today in about an hour, but the Heat Index was over 110. Good thing it's all a Liberal construct to support The Biggest Hoax Ever Played on America (per The Rushippo).

They do have a pretty tough exoskeleton, they could presumably survive the pressure wave. Inside the total destruction zone (fireball radius), though, you'd be absolutely right.

Inspired by the example of Pam Geller, I wanted to alert all right thinking Americans to another insidious threat to our way of life and our very civilization. We are being infiltrated by an international religious cabal :

-that has the ear of the media and even owns its own English language outlets,
-whose houses of superstition have already gone up in many American cities and even in small towns,
-whose holy book openly endorses slavery, misogyny, and the forcible conversion of infidels,
-whose followers have been known to stockpile weapons and ammunition right here in the USA,
-which has insinuated itself into government, the military, and the electoral process at every level,
-that is known to have infiltrated the White House itself,
-whose agents and missionaries are everywhere seeking converts, often going to the very doorsteps of law-abiding Americans to present their insidious message,
-that maintains a strong proselytizing and recruitment effort in American prisons,
-that even runs its own schools and summer indoctrination camps for the children of committed operatives.

Yes, friends, in the name of truth, justice, and fairness and balance join with me in exposing the evil reach of the SOUTHERN BAPTIST CONVENTION, before it is too late.

Remember when he was in the Monday Night Football Booth one year.. 99% of all football fans didn't know what the effen he was talking about.. It was classic....
So I met him last Easter night in an elevator at the Pacers game..
It was shocking..Dennis is really short...Like the Prince in Shrek short...
He is this little guy that mocks people and he is so smart..People don't know he is mocking them...I'll bet he got beat up a lot in School when he opened his mouth..

Haha! Google translate is a bit sucky when it comes to names. The lastname "Strømmen" can be directly translated to "[the] Stream" or "[the] Power" (as in 'electric power'). For instance, if you wanted to say "The power is off" in Norwegian, it would be "Strømmen er av".

I also saw that in one of the other translated links i posted earlier, the name of Breiviks attorney Geir Lippestad was translated to "Geir Lippecity", since "stad" is an old way of writing "City" [from German "Stadt"]

That said, "Øyvind Power" sounds kinda bad ass. "I'm gonna get you Øyvind Power[s].."

First off, the idea that we're in some grand, apocalyptic struggle for the soul of Western civilization? Not buying it. At all.

Are there terrorists who want to destroy the West? Sure. I don't deny that. But that's just an acceptance that there is Bad Crazy in the world, and that as civilizations modernize, some folks will lash out because their ideas are in their death throes. It's not a capitulation to the kind of fear that Pam apparently lives in every day of her life.

Next, there's this:

Every American needs to read it amd [sic] commit the strategy to memory. It’s America’s game plan to victory.

This sounds like some sort of bad blurb that a publisher would write on the dust jacket of the book, not something an author would say themselves. If Pam truly believes it, she's delusional as well as a crazy bigot.

Actually, I just noticed something interesting from that quote. McConnell isn't saying the hostage / threat was the Tea Party fantasy of being forced to live within our means and prioritize spending, he quite plainly admits they were leveraging the threat of a U.S. default.

Yeah they had some of the most brave resistance fighters to the Nazis during WWII too. These women's story remind me of the Holocaust survivor professor at Va Tech who gave his life for his students. It touches me that even in tragedies like these that there are people who put the lives of others above their own. I like to think I would have that kind of courage if placed in that situation.

To give an idea how hard a time the Norwegian Rebels were giving the Nazis, the nation had 40,000 Nazi troops occupying it by the end of World War II.

There were barely 3 million Norwegians living there. That's a good number of troops given the population they were occupying.

Glenn Beck is on top of what really matters to America.

Glenn Beck Wants A Whiter Spider-Man

Glenn Beck has a problem with the new Spider-Man, and he thinks Michelle Obama is to blame.

In one of Marvel’s comic series, Peter Parker has been killed off and the mantle of Spider-Man will be taken up by a new character: Miles Morales, who is half-black and half-Hispanic.

On his radio show today, after repeatedly telling listeners that “I don’t care” about the new Spider-Man and that it is just a “stupid comic book”, Beck got his real opinion out. He explained why the new bi-racial Spider-Man can be attributed to Michelle Obama.

It's only funny because it's true: Obama turns 50 despite Republican opposition

After months of heated negotiations and failed attempts to achieve any kind of consensus, President Obama turned 50 years old Thursday, drawing strong criticism from Republicans in Congress. "With the host of problems this country is currently facing, the fact that our president is devoting time to the human process of aging is an affront to Americans everywhere," said Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, who advocated a provision to keep Obama 49 at least through the fall of 2013. "To move forward unilaterally and simply begin the next year of his life without bipartisan support—is that any way to lead a country?" According to White House officials, Obama attempted to work with Republicans right up until the Aug. 4 deadline, but was ultimately left with no choice except to turn a year older.
