I strongly encourage any journalists writing about the no-longer anonymous blogger ‘Fjordman’ to actually read what this person has written, because you’ll discover that his disavowals and deflections are designed to cover up not only far right opinions, but overt white supremacism. Over the years, Peder Jensen has become increasingly open about his racism, and it’s quite easy to find examples in his recent writings.

Here’s the story about Fjordman’s true identity, as he scrambles to delink his views from the mass murderer he inspired: ‘Fjordman’ reveals identity.

36 year-old Peder Jensen has given an interview to Norwegian newspaper VG where he reveals that he is the man behind the “Fjordman” blog referenced repeatedly in the online manifesto of Oslo and Utøya attacks suspect Anders Behring Breivik.

After being identified by the police and subsequently questioned on Thursday afternoon, Jensen met reporters from VG at an Oslo café. He chose to use his real name after receiving advice from a lawyer, and has asked the media to leave him and his family alone. He also confirmed that he would never again use the pseudonym “Fjordman” because he does not “wish to be associated with Breivik and his horrible actions.”

“Fjordman” has been described by a follow as a “prophet” among the new right-wing extremists who admire his anti-Islamic views, contributing extensively to anti-Islamic websites and being quoted by many “anti-Jihad” blogs in the USA.

Exchanged emails with Breivik

Jensen told VG that he had “warned” his family in advance about shedding his anonymity, adding that “because of my own safety, I’m now going into hiding.” He had felt it was his “duty” to cooperate with the police investigation and decided to be interviewed under his real name because it “eventually would have emerged anyway, resulting in a media frenzy.” Jensen commented, “it is also a way for me to clear my name.”

The blogger disclosed that he had exchanged a number of emails with Breivik in 2009 and 2010. Breivik told Jensen that he was writing a book and asked if they could meet. Jensen turned down the offer “not because of his extreme views, but because he didn’t seem very interesting – like a vacuum cleaner salesman.” “‘Pie in the sky,’ I thought to myself when I re-read the emails,” Jensen added. He confirmed investigators had confiscated his computer, stressing that “they won’t find anything on my computer regarding any criminal matters or Breivik.” VG suggests that Jensen “feels that the police are looking to implicate him.”

Meanwhile, at Andrew Breitbart’s “Big Peace” website (Breitbart’s deranged anti-Muslim outlet, featuring the conspiracy theories of Frank Gaffney), “counter-jihad” loon Andrew Bostom whines about the media’s characterization of Jensen as “far right,” and offers yet another ludicrous excuse for Peder Jensen’s influence on Anders Behring Breivik: Fjordman, Fairness, And The Brevik [sic] Mass Murderer.

Today my colleague, the perspicacious Norwegian essayist Fjordman (whose prolific writings can be read here), was compelled to surrender his anonymity after reluctantly granting an interview to Verdans Gang (published in English, here).

An hysterical, morally cretinous press and blogosphere—Norwegian, other European, and American—which had initially accused Fjordman, falsely and recklessly, of being the Brevik mass murderer, continues to persist that he was Brevik’s “main inspiration,” a charge akin to accusing the Beatles of “inspiring” Charles Manson, or Jody Foster “inspiring” John Hinckley.

Neither the Beatles nor Jodie Foster ever wrote or said anything that directly inspired those murderers. There are no links between them, other than the random obsessions of deranged minds.

Bostom is trying to get his audience to overlook the fact that Breivik’s ideology and motivations were exactly identical to the ideology of Fjordman and the “counter-jihad” bloggers.

For just one example of Fjordman’s overt white supremacism, here’s his post at “Gates of Vienna” in 2009, predicting race wars and Muslim-Christian conflicts in “white majority” countries: Gates of Vienna: The Coming Crash.

If the Soviet Union was the Evil Empire then the USA is the Diversity Empire, committed to spreading Multiculturalism and genetic Communism around the world, especially to white majority countries.

When I see how Nidal Hasan was treated by the US military I don’t think I want these people involved in my affairs. They would probably say that native Euros are Nazis who oppress the poor Muslims. Then they would bomb us and say it is for our own good, just like they did to the Serbs. The United States will not survive this century. It will be split into several countries according to ethnic, racial and perhaps even ideological lines. There is no such thing as a universal nation. People want to live with their own kind. Self-preservation is a natural instinct for all living things down to plants and bacteria. It’s about time that whites reclaim the same right without apology. I am increasingly convinced that the developments we are witnessing are deliberate. The lies we are being served are virtually identical in every Western country. I’ve had some discussions about this with my friend Ohmyrus who thinks this is about a structural failure in our political system. I don’t necessarily disagree with that, but I also believe there is a planned long-term goal of breaking down all white majority nations to create a new global oligarchy. Anti-white ideologies are now taught in every Western university and were arguably elevated to national ideology in the USA with the election of Obama.
