MEGA DERPHere’s dim Jim Hoft, hilariously stupid and obsessed as always, with what may be the dumbest thing he’s ever posted (and there’s a lot of competition for that dubious prize): Swedish Paper: Obama Photoshopped into Famous Situation Room Photo.

Hoft, with his unerring instinct for brain-dead conspiracy theories, has discovered another heinous plot by the diabolical Barack Hussein Obama: this time, Obama’s trying to trick people into thinking he was actually in the situation room when Osama bin Laden was killed.

In Hoft’s twisted wingnut mind, this seems perfectly logical.

Swedish news agency Afton Bladet claims the famous “chipmunk in the small chair” was photoshopped.

What’s wrong with this picture?
The Swedish news agency, Afton Bladet, is telling us to

“Look closely, the picture from the White House ‘Situation Room’ in connection with Bin Laden’s death holds an impressive error … Can you detect it?”.

They say Obama was photoshopped into the picture. AB insists that the president was just way too small in the picture. It must be a fake.

Obama was really out golfing that day. Maybe he got stuck at the 19th hole?

I believe that last line is supposed to be humorous.

But wait — it gets even more moronic.

Upon checking the Aftonbladet story (which is a web-only video) a little more thoroughly, we find that it’s actually about the Internet meme in which people photoshop funny images into that situation room picture. In other words, Hoft is totally wrong; it has nothing to do with Obama being photoshopped into anything. Aftonbladet even leads with one of the parody pictures, featuring the well-known “Sad Keanu” image.

Hoft, of course, is too dim to understand this, and he updates his post:

UPDATE: Afton Bladet mocked the White House. They added Keanu Reeves to the photo in their video. Hah!

Wow. The level of utter fail in this one is remarkable.

And the stupid goes on. The Swedish tabloid Hoft thinks is “mocking the White House” previously published a lurid antisemitic article claiming that Israeli soldiers were kidnapping and murdering Palestinian children to harvest their organs.

In other words, in his hate-driven confusion Hoft is citing with approval a source that he would normally call a “far left Jew-hating rag.” But he’s not going for consistency, obviously.
