I was shopping for a new mattress at Amazon, and found a great deal on this Sleep Innovations 10-inch Memory Foam Mattress. As usual, I started reading the customer reviews to see what people who’d bought it had to say about the experience, and discovered the following comment from someone who was not happy at all with the product. And note that it’s a verified purchaser.

This mattress is really great and comfterbale but mine has a owl in it. i thoght that in time the mattress will expend and this owl will go a way but now two month has past and it still there.

If I buy it, I wonder if I can include some special instructions to make sure they remove any owls?
