Breaking: Four GOP Candidates Won’t Get on Virginia Ballot, Judge Rules
Ballot box via ShutterstockAstounding. Despite their huge campaign staffs and multi-million dollar budgets, four of the GOP candidates for President of the US have failed to get on the ballot in Virginia.
The hilarious irony in this is that it may be Republican-sponsored new regulations for checking signatures on petitions that caused these candidates to be excluded.
A federal judge has ruled against four GOP presidential candidates seeking a spot on Virginia’s March 6 primary ballot: Texas Gov. Rick Perry, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum of Pennsylvania and former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman.
