We’ve had many posts at LGF about Fox News morning show Fox & Friends, because it’s one of the craziest, most despicable shows on Fox. Creationism, climate change denial, racism, Birtherism; name a far right malfunction and you can bet Fox & Friends promotes it.

Well, this morning, Fox News caveman Brian Kilmeade actually managed to make such a disgusting sexist “joke” that his equally deranged right wing co-host Gretchen Carlson walked off the set.

I would have thought she’d be used to it, working at Fox News.

On Fox & Friends Thursday morning, Steve Doocy interviewed members of the U.S. Navy Band about the band’s recent inclusion of women. Reacting to the segment, Brian Kilmeade remarked, “Women are everywhere. We’re letting them play golf and tennis now. It’s out of control.” Visibly upset, Gretchen Carlson, the only female host, walked off of the set. “You read the headlines. Since men are so great. Take them [women] away,” she said. Kilmeade responded, “All right. Finally.” Then, as she walked further off of the set, Kilmeade jeered, “Leaving an all male crew” and added “she needed a shower.”
