Nah, his left pants leg just got twisted.
Must have gotten sticky at the last fund raising event.

Freepers have some great quotes. This is one of my favourites.
Au contraire. Mitt just got free TV coverage again. The drive-bys continue to sound like angry dogs and Mitt gets his message out to America looking very presidential in a suit and tie with American flags behind him. So Barry makes an ad stating--Mitt Romney thinks half of the country dependent on govt. should take some responsibility for their lives and get off the couch to find work! Frank and Betty sitting in their living room will shout--so do we! :)

Nah, he probably shit his pants today leading up to the presser because of everything that's been coming out.

And the best part about all this: It's just the first bit from the overall video. What will tomorrow bring?

I actually don't think PBO laughed at this one. This wasn't something stupid directed at him that he would shrug off and not give a shit about. R-Money was insulting half the country. The half that supports him so I think it may have pissed him off a little.

Charlie Pierce was noting that McCain was probably somewhere right now, knocking back shots of whiskey and laughing his ass off as Willard slowly gets roasted.
McCain has got to be enjoying this. I'll never forgive him for foisting Caribou Barbie on the rest of us, but I can just imagine him laughing at Mittens right now.

"I'm Mitt Romney, and this message is a distraction."
All this while Mitt never knew he was supposed to approve the messages. Listen close, he actually says..
"I'm Mitt Romney and I improve this message."

He was compared to Nixon the other day, and seeing him like that, I can see why. This is a man who cannot handle the pressure of sudden changes. I can't for a second imagine this man answering the infamous "3am phone call" and not flying into an immediate panic.
That man doesn't need to be anywhere near the Big Red Button.
Damn...

I'm totally stealing this line from someone on twitter a few days ago, but I just want to walk up to Gingrich, yell in face "but you're not electable," and run away really fast.

re: #15 darthstar
By writing off 47% of Americans, Mitt Romney's chances of winning depend on him winning 93% of the remaining 53% of Americans.
It's even worse than that. Because of the electoral college, depending on where his votes are coming from, he'll need more than a simple majority of the remainder. He'll probably get plenty of votes from Texas, but it only counts one time in the electoral college.

Of course, after first whining about how we're talking about this, Dana Loesch reverses course and is doubling down on the stupidity:
All Romney needs to say about the video is "And?"
— Dana Loesch (@DLoesch) September 18, 2012
GOP better not allow the MSM to cow them in not acknowledging the truth. Don't be ninnies.
— Dana Loesch (@DLoesch) September 18, 2012
Were I in biz of advising candidates, I would have told him to challenge the press from the podium to point out where his facts were wrong.

Yeah, Obama's been the one who has been tanking in the polls since the embassy attacks, not the guy who turned it into a political hitjob.

just in case anyone needs some facts when talking to wingnuts. Here is the chart from the non-partisan Tax Policy Center that demolishes this whole 47% don't pay taxes nonsense.
[Link: www.taxpolicycenter.org...]
it's actually 7.9% who don't pay federal income or payroll taxes.

It's the Andrew Breitbart model. Most of it is pure rage or shock jock rhetoric.

I'd like to see more demographic breakdown on the 47%. I bet about half are traditional GOP supporters and half aren't. That is too big of a sample size to be much different than any random sampling of Americans.

Your wife?
When my grandfather was still alive and I was helping to keep him from burning down the house, he used to like to put those plastic t.v. dinners in the oven on at about 425, to get them done faster. Of course, the plastic was only rated to about 325, so there were times when molten plastic was floating around in his food, but when you're 99, anything that was going to kill you has already died.

It's Gingrich. I don't think you'll need to worry about getting away "really fast". A brisk stroll will probably suffice.

My wife apparently can't tell the difference between microwave and conventional oven directions and put something in the microwave on high for 55 minutes.
Seriously, who the fuck does that?
Your wife?
