I suspect it won't be a long night.
I did go vote this afternoon, and was surprised by how quiet it was. All 5 booths were full, but there was no line. When I went to sign in most of the people listed on the same sheet as I had printed by their name "MAIL BALLOT". Only about 1/4th were going to be warm bodies to begin with, and most them I noticed had already voted.
Anyway, with all the early balloting and absentee balloting the numerous election clerks around this country will have a substantial number of votes lined up for counting/announcing at poll closing times.
As far as the Presidential race is concerned, I expect the answer to be pretty clear within an hour after polls close out here (i.e., midnight on the east coast.)

There are actually 2 questions on the ballot for it. First is Status Quo vs Change Relationship. The 2nd is Change how (Independence, statehood, or more autonomy).
Statehood might be winning question 2, but if question 1 goes to status quo it wont matter. Can you find anywhere that has that breakdown?

Blood Angels red with a Nuln Oil wash, then drybrusing with red and orange. Gold trim. They are darker then the standard World Eater palette, but still very Khornate. They get a lot of coverage in the new Chaos Codex. It seems they went insane from poltergeist activity and whisperings at night after a massive world wide cult purging, and ended up trying to stop the haunting through bloodshed. Khorne accepts his gifts from all, of course...
Nice. I always used the darker reds for Khornates, like the scab red and tin, then highlight them with brighter colors.
Redoing Night Lords for my daughters, using regal blue with an ink wash for a gloss blue armor, with tin brushed with gold, with a blue-white mix for the lightning patterns.
