As someone with Aspergers, let me be the first to say fuck the GOP in its current incarnation. Enjoy being a weakened party for a long time, fuckwads.

The USA is in the minority again.

The treaty, already signed by 155 nations and ratified by 126 countries, including Britain, France, Germany, China and Russia, states that nations should strive to assure that the disabled enjoy the same rights and fundamental freedoms as their fellow citizens. Republicans objected to taking up a treaty during the lame-duck session of the Congress and warned that the treaty could pose a threat to U.S. national sovereignty.

We'd be doing better if the GOP was willing to live in the fucking 21st century instead of acting like primitive assholes and listening to morons like Santorum who spout off crazy conspiracy theory bullshit about this treaty.

I think he was the biggest asshole in the whole GOP primary and man that's hard to do when you've got Mitt Romney, Herman Cain, Michelle Bachmann, Ron Paul, etc to deal with. So well done, Rick, well done prick. And yeah I take this shit personally because I know damn well that I'd have a tough go at it in society if we did things Rick and his allies way.

You know, if the people wanted a flat tax, they would have voted for the candidate who wanted something close to it. The vast majority of the American people prefer the progressive income tax. So why replace it with something stupid like a flat tax that only works when you live in lalalaland economics.

I'm guessing that Steve Forbes gave a campaign contribution to Steve Pearce, so Pearce is talking up Forbes's ideas.

Hey Gus, what site do you use to see a person's contributions?

Four years of "lame duck" is going to get really old, what a pathetic excuse.
