Even the suit has teeth
Music • Views: 25,585

It’s an amazing smile
Even the suit has teeth
Everything flash and guile
And nothing underneath
Except a small black heart that no one sees but me
I’ve been watching, I can see you start to wonder

Could it be that you need me
To keep you out, to run you faster
Promise me you’ll let me be
The one, the worst of all your enemies
Pretending you’re a friend to me
Say that we’ll be nemeses

Being a brilliant man
Going to great expense
Devising a master plan
Doesn’t make much sense
Unless you find the one you’re destined to destroy
Now that you’re here I don’t seem that crazy do I?

Could it be that you need me
To keep you out, to run you faster
Promise me you’ll let me be
The one, the worst of all your enemies
Pretending you’re a friend to me
Say that we’ll be nemeses

Ah yes, my old friend
You are a master of this game
The hidden blade when you pretend
That you don’t even know my name
Well played

Sometimes it’s hard to tell
If you even notice me
Maybe it’s just as well
It’s better you don’t see
The way I’m running just to keep your back in view
In your shadow waiting for the perfect moment

Could it be that you need me
To keep you out, to run you faster
Promise me you’ll let me be
The one, the worst of all your enemies
Pretending you’re a friend to me
Say that we’ll be nemeses

That was lovely, and the lyrics slice so nicely. Also:

Frank says:

Without music to decorate it, time is just a bunch of boring production deadlines or dates by which bills must be paid.

So I see the OUTRAGEOUS OUTRAGE non-troversy all over the numbskulled minds of the right was that Obama had more time to fill out his bracket for ESPN (which he has done EVERY SINGLE YEAR of his tenure) than sign a budget.

The derp. It burns.

I don’t think it was the Norks, do they even have computers there? Probably Chinese hackers bought by Ronery Jr.

DERP. CANADA! OMG Teh totalitarian nightmare!

It’s something I’d like to forget.

They dragged us out of our houses, forced us to lie down on the cold, unforgiving pavement while they ransacked our homes, destroying memories, hopes and dreams in the search for our guns.

When they were done, we were marched back into our homes, only to see the destruction and feel the loss of our empowerment.

Every time I cross the border I quiver in fear as the Canadian border patrol asks “Are you bringing in any firearms?” Anyone who answers “Yes” is sternly told “Well turn right around and take it back home, eh!” and whoever answers “No!” is just waved on through “enjoy your stay!”

Yes, they do. Their hackers aren’t A-list, but they’ve got a good number of them and South Korea has been their primary target for years.

The worst part is the politeness. It’s just creepy.

I’m sure their military has something fairly sophisticated. During the cold war, Eastern Bloc nations were quite advanced in computer engineering, and that was 20 years ago.

A few years ago I saw some pictures of some late 80s arcade machines that were there.

But it’d be cool if they had a billion of these things hooked together…

Sophisticated, yes. North Korea can’t get top-flight tech, and their completely top-down governmental structure leaves Nork hackers on the robotic side, unable to quickly adapt. But their basic skills are a good bit better than anything Al Qaeda has online, and they are well disciplined and dedicated.

First time I crossed the border to Canada, I was driving my mom’s car. The border agent said, “Where ya from?” I thought he might have missed the license plate, I said “California”. He said, “Where?” I said, “Fullerton.” He said “Where?” I told him the address. He said, “I used to live two blocks from there.”
