Obama: Russia’s Proposal for Syria a Potential ‘Positive Development’.

President Barack Obama told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer in an interview on Monday that Russia’s proposal for Syria to turn over its chemical weapons stockpile to international control was a “positive development” that will be seriously considered, but he warned it could be a stall tactic. Obama added that a breakthrough was possible if the idea was “real.”
