Today’s freakishly bizarre train wreck is a video funded by the Koch Brothers that attempts to convince young women to “opt out” of the Affordable Care Act by scaring them with a creepy giant puppet-headed speculum-wielding Uncle Sam, getting all up in their vaginas.
In an era when the GOP is obsessively dedicated to controlling women’s rights, and pushing mandatory invasive ultrasound procedures for women seeking abortions, this isn’t just tone deaf, it’s demented and sick. What the hell is wrong with these people?
According to the New York Times, the president of Generation Opportunity (the Koch-funded group that produced this messed up video) is a former aide to Ron Paul.
