Wikileaks Unfollows and Attacks Glenn Greenwald on Twitter

Anarchists unable to get along
Weird • Views: 21,819

For quite a while now, the only person being followed by Wikileaks on Twitter has been none other than activist Glenn Greenwald.

No longer. Wikileaks and Greenwald are having a falling out, and Wikileaks is now attacking Greenwald (with awful spelling) for profiteering from Edward Snowden:

The title of the article to which they’re linking: “Glenn Greenwald Shills Snowden to Shysters.”

Put on some popcorn, folks. This is beginning to get interesting.

Always good fun when odious individuals (or entities) begin fighting amongst themselves!

Assange and Greenwald are having a slapfight and it’s not on Pay-Per-View.

I am disappoint.

Haha, the catfight commences.

I don’t think even the Brits spell it “comenses”. Or is that some kind of weird menses?

People are cashing in on Snowden. My surprise. Let me show it to you.

Some people say that the desire of the wikiparty to become an international movement caused their leader to became what he claimed to despise, a power mad influence maker, keeping and protecting too many secrets.

It slays me that Snowden was exposed as a macho fascist in Australia, while Greenwald enjoys has strong support from the Nationalist movements around the world, like the tea party, oathkeepers and various and assorted libertarian anarchists.

This is quite a delicious turn of events.

People are bitching because they can’t visit or get married at Dollywood because the national parks are closed. TN looking for ways to keep 5 natl parks open during this time.

Of course, by the time they get around to it, this will be over.

Wonder how the states enjoy picking up all those costs usually paid by the Feds?

Indeed.

Downstairs, you were discussing war films - I got one for you.

Come And See, a 1985 Soviet film directed by Elem Klimov.

It makes most war films look like a Disney cartoon. 142 minutes of sheer despair, with no redemption whatsoever at the end.

It’s the cinematic equivalent of being repeatedly hit in the head with a Louisville Slugger.

Glenn Greenwald Shills Snowden to Shysters

cryptome.org

LOS ANGELES — For more than a week, Hollywood has been exploring what could be one of the most difficult nonfiction projects it has ever tried: a proposed film based on the journalist Glenn Greenwald’s planned book about Edward J. Snowden, the fugitive whistle-blower.

“As of late Friday, it was not clear that any studio had secured a deal. But 20th Century Fox, Sony Pictures Entertainment and the cable television powerhouse HBO were among potential buyers that had considered the project, according to several people who were briefed on it, but spoke on condition of anonymity because of confidentiality strictures.

Cashing in, indeed.

“Mr. Greenwald’s planned book, which is based on his close contact with Mr. Snowden and promises fresh revelations about government and corporate intelligence-gathering, is set for publication next March by Macmillan’s Metropolitan Books imprint. “

How come Greenwald wasn’t in the entourage of folks in Russia visiting the meal ticket whistleblower?

The good news is that Greenwald is so petty that he will have no problem airing all the dirt he has on Wiki-Leaks.
