The dudebros and emoprogs want to make the US the villain of the situation, casting Iran as the poor country “crushed by the sanctions imposed by rich nations.” Which is true up to a point but so the fuck what? Iran is the tyranny here, not the US and its Iran that is causing the crisis. So if imposing sanctions that hurt Iran’s people is the only way to force Iran to back off, then so be it. Sometimes being president means being willing to do bad things to prevent truly horrific things.

I know that there is a weekend in between for two of these days, but considering how responsive the first part of the process went, I am surprised I have not heard anything back yet.
(Weekend or not, customer support should know that bad things don’t just happend Mon - Fri, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm PST! Bad guys don’t take weekends off. Granted, my issue is relatively benign, but do they know that?)
