The BBC indulges in some anti-American hand-wringing, with a scandalously misleading headline: US begins entry checks on Muslims. This is utter nonsense, as I’m sure the BBC is well aware—because their own sidebar makes it clear who is actually being checked on entry:
Those affected by the new policy:
* all nationals of Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan and Syria
* non-immigrant foreign nationals who present an elevated national security risk
* foreign nationals identified by INS inspectors
I don’t see “Muslims” on that list. Do you? I guarantee that not one person is being asked their religion on entry into the US; our politically correct policies make that impossible. Shame on the BBC for deliberately stirring up more conflict.
