Reince Priebus and the Republican National Committee are freaking out and whining like babies about a tweet from MSNBC about the new Cheerios diversity ad set to air during the Super Bowl: MEMO - Until MSNBC’s Phil Griffin Apologizes.

Priebus has issued a ban on RNC staff members appearing on MSNBC until he gets a personal apology from the network’s president.

The text of @msnbc’s tweet that sent Reince into a frenzy of faux outrage:

Maybe the rightwing will hate it, but everyone else will go aww: the adorable new #Cheerios ad w/ biracial family.

Now what could possibly give anyone the idea that the right wing has a problem with racism or biracial families?

Meanwhile, MSNBC has already backed down and apologized.

Notice that the post follows Reince Priebus’s cue and whines about being falsely accused of racism. Meanwhile, the commenters say:

It would be more realistic if the mom weighed 350 lbs but the part with the dad laying on the couch midday is spot on. I bet it’s a week day too.
