Wisconsin Prosecutors Say Scott Walker Ran a “Criminal Scheme”

In Wisconsin, a “John Doe” probe into the recall election has apparently uncovered evidence that Gov. Scott Walker ran “a criminal scheme” to bypass state election laws, by illegally coordinating the efforts of 12 conservative groups. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports:

Madison — Prosecutors allege that Gov. Scott Walker was at the center of an effort to illegally coordinate fundraising among conservative groups to help his campaign and those of Republican senators fend off recall elections during 2011 and ‘12, according to documents unsealed Thursday.

In the documents, prosecutors lay out what they call a “criminal scheme” to bypass state election laws by Walker, his campaign and two top deputies — R.J. Johnson and Deborah Jordahl.

The governor and his close confidants helped raise money and control spending through 12 conservative groups during the recall elections, according to the prosecutors’ filings.

And look who else was involved in this alleged scheme:

The documents include an email in which Walker tells Karl Rove, former top adviser to President George W. Bush, that Johnson would lead the coordination campaign. Johnson is also chief adviser to Wisconsin Club for Growth, a conservative group active in the recall elections.

This is good news for John McCain…

R.J. Johnson and Deborah Jordahl:

Johnson’s clients have included Steve Forbes for President, Governor Scott Walker, Michigan Congressman Mike Rogers and Congresswoman Candice Miller, the Michigan and Wisconsin Republican Parties, The Michigan Senate, Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce, Americans for Education Reform and Wisconsin Club for Growth.

Jordahl’s clients have included Governor Scott Walker, Wisconsin Manufacturer’s and Commerce, Wisconsin Club for Growth, School Choice Wisconsin, and Wisconsin Right to Life.

Think it’s time to have a federal investigation into the judge who decided that these documents simply had to be immediately destroyed or returned and congratulated Walker and Club for Growth on skirting the relevant laws.

That’s the one constant about corruption: The more you get away with, the more convinced you become that you’re invincible, and ultimately the sloppier you become. Wingnuts talk all the time about “Chicago politics,” but they’re pikers compared to what Madison has allowed to fester in its own backyard.

I actually wonder if this will cost the GOP votes in November. I’m gonna say “No.” Because wingnuts seem to be the people these days who’d crawl over a mile of broken glass and rock salt to vote against Obama.

Take her to Fresno some day.

Chula Vista was pretty horrible in the early 60s. Had the misfortune of having an apt there and walking home one day from the bus after work passed a window that was below ground level (basement apt, I think) and some guy had his curtains open, and was masturbating right in front of it. Another neighbor threw eggs at my front door because she didn’t like me. I think I stayed there for about a month, maybe 2. Hated it. Didn’t have very good experiences in CA, needless to say—it almost cured me of trusting people, but I was only 21 when I left after 2 yrs there and got over it.

I think I maybe know your ex-wife’s feelings about SoCal. Overwhelmed me, too. : )

Actually, it might. Don’t forget that wingnuts also have a tendency to cut off their nose to spite their face, so if they’re displeased enough, some of them could choose to sit out the midterms in November.

I love a 2-out, 1 and 2 count, bases loaded, bottom of the 10th, walk-off grand slam home run every time it occurs for the Cleveburg Indians. Performance by Columbus-born, Ohio State Buckeye ball player Nick Swisher. Good stuff,

Had the game on as background noise while working, and when it went into extra innings tied at 1 I just had to watch. The California Angels went up 2 runs at the top of the 10th and it looked bad. But a couple walks, a double and the bases were loaded.

Back to the scheduled program…just had to post that knowing there was a discussion around here a few days ago about how boring baseball is. Not all the time.

Everything Obama does is a threat to my future. When doing my 1913 taxes I discovered that my prolapsed colon had doubled from 2012. That’s a threat to my financial stability.

When Prof. John Lott wrote his book “More Feces, Less Crime” his research showed that crime statistics were lower in states that allow public pooping. Twisting John Lott’s philosophy Cruz and his Atty. Gen. Bobo Arpia decided to arm Mexican Loon by sending large numbers of dried poopies across the border. I look at that as a threat to my physical safety.

Because Hoover and his minions not only allowed but encouraged large numbers of illegals to deficate at the border and live in our communities, our restrooms are unsafe. Nativeborn Americans are harassed, insulted, and even pooped at..

Altogether job security, our fuses future, increased taxes on toilet paper, guns in the hands of parrots, illegals puking with the Irish, Obamacare and a bloated federal weather bureau are just a few signs of the serious threat Obama is to my toilet, life, and future.

Obama and liberals are the problem. A return to constitutional farting is the cure

McCarthy has a problem. The national GOP is anti-immigrant (aka, brown people) but his district is about 35% Hispanic and probably becoming more so. If he makes the local voters happy, he’ll lose the GOP as a whole, and if he makes the GOP happy eventually demographics in his district won’t be good for his reelection.

“The potential exposure occurred after researchers working in a high-level biosecurity laboratory at the agency’s Atlanta campus failed to follow proper procedures to inactivate the bacteria. That was after someone tried to sell us body armor at a gas station.
