Notice, if you will, the new question mark icon at the bottom of the comment posting form, with a popup help screen to remind you of some of the stuff you can post in a comment.

You run a pretty magnificent website Charles, and this makes it just that much better.

I finally stomached that Glenn Greenwald/Paul Rieckhoff spat. Gawd, Glenn is such a sneering fucking prick. I’m at the point where I can’t even stand to hear his fucking voice.

Go back to Rio douche bag, and enjoy the fruits of your $250 million media tool. Must be hard publishing two articles a month.

Fuck Glenn Greenwald.

They still have a good shot at advancing with todays tie

I think I ought to temper my last comment with some cool statistics.

Today, the Arapahoe Basin ski area closed for the 2013-‘14 season. They spun their lifts 241 days. It’ll be maybe 135 days before they spin again.

SKI SKI SKI !!!

True, but it’s a lot harder now, with too many variables for comfort. I’ll just digest my own stomach until Thursday, I suppose.

They are three points clear of both Ghana and Portugal, and would simply have to draw their final match against Germany to progress. Even a defeat to Germany could potentially see them through, depending on how many goals are scored in the final couple of games and how wide Germany’s margin of victory was. It’ll be harder for Portugal to catch the U.S. than Ghana in this scenario.

I’m thinking that’s probably a rubber / latex based suit, factor in studio lighting and that had to be a highly effective weight loss system.

PLO officers use live ammo against palestinians youth hurling rocks [at them] in Ramallah. 21/6/14
The tension between the PLO and the palestinians is rising as Abu Mazen sides with Israel in search of the three kidnapped Israeli boys and demands their return..
There are more and more clashes each day, as palestinian youth is driven by Hamas to fight against the PLO “traitors”..

They’ve actually done quite a good job, especially in the larger cities. When I first went there in the 80’s they were unbearable.

The Middle East that Obama inherited in 2009 was largely at peace, for the surge in Iraq had beaten down the al Qaeda-linked groups. U.S. relations with traditional allies in the Gulf, Jordan, Israel and Egypt were very good. Iran was contained, its Revolutionary Guard forces at home. Today, terrorism has metastasized in Syria and Iraq, Jordan is at risk, the humanitarian toll is staggering, terrorist groups are growing fast and relations with U.S. allies are strained.
