The Michael Brown Shooting Incident Report Is Ridiculous
The ACLU of Missouri filed a lawsuit to get Michael Brown’s shooting incident report released, and well… just read it for yourself.
It won’t take long. Just a few seconds. Because there’s almost no information in it.
And the Ferguson police department’s incident report is simply… blank.

By putting almost no information in the reports, these two police departments have left themselves room to tell almost any story they want.
For comparison, here’s the incident report Ferguson PD filed on the convenience store robbery right before the shooting of Michael Brown:
#Ferguson PD claims there’s no incident report because Darren Wilson invoked 5th amendment right against self-incrimination. Says everything

Big correction here:
Oops: @aclu official tells me they inadvertently left out 3 pages of #Ferguson PD incident report earlier today - https://t.co/v3Oje6Rwua
