The Suit to Get Michael Brown’s Juvenile Records Collapses, but Jim Hoft Just Keeps Lying

Jim Hoft continues his groundbreaking work
US News • Views: 38,333

Here’s the latest news about the spurious, completely irrelevant lawsuit to get Michael Brown’s juvenile records released: Juvenile Court: Michael Brown Had No Serious Felony Convictions, Did Not Face Felony Charges.

CLAYTON • Michael Brown was never found delinquent of the juvenile equivalents of any Class A or B felony charges, and was not facing any at the time he died, a court official said this morning at a hearing on whether his juvenile records should be released.

But if you think that clear statement of fact is going to stop Jim Hoft, the Dumbest Man on the Internet, think again — because he’s still pushing lies. It’s what he does.

Breaking—- Juvenile Court: Mike Brown Had No Serious FELONY CONVICTIONS | the Gateway Pundit

MORE>>>> John Burns, the attorney for Charles Johnson at Got News, told The Gateway Pundit after the hearing this morning at the St. Louis County courthouse that Brown was never convicted of a serious felony but may have been charged with a serious felony before his death. The Post Dispatch may be inaccurate in their report today.

UPDATE: Charles Johnson, who sued for the release of the records, told The Gateway Pundit that the Post-Dispatch article is inaccurate.

Hilarious! One liar tells another liar that the St. Louis Post-Dispatch is “inaccurate.”

And speaking of lies, this is from the lawsuit filed by Chuck C. Johnson:

26. Just days ago, Plaintiff was informed by law enforcement authorities at the local and federal levels that Michael Brown had a substantial juvenile record.

27. Specifically, Plaintiff was given information suggesting that Brown had been charged with second degree murder, while he was a juvenile.

We now know this statement was yet another bald-faced lie from this hateful racist idiot.

Think that anyone might have tried to find that out or wanted to talk to a family member or something?
Anything?

6 lawhawk  Sep 3, 2014 11:37:13am

This was a stinking pile of fecal matter from the outset. It was always a fishing expedition by a couple of smear merchants, and they got smacked down by the courts.

In the process, they got their hats handed to them, but they have moved on to claiming that there’s still some charge that had been pending, even though the court said no charges were pending or active against Brown.

This goes beyond parsing and into the wishful thinking of “exploring different ideas”, which is to say, a completely different reality from the one in which we inhabit.

It’s possible, but would it be worth it to the family? I’m figuring that Hoft and Johnson don’t have a lot of money, and the Brown family will probably be much more concerned about any civil suit that will follow the possible criminal and federal actions against Wilson and the FPD.

While it might be a satisfying thing to see the Brown family hold these two accountable for their malicious statements and pronouncements, I don’t see them doing so since it would result in diminishing returns, and it wouldn’t be worth it. Besides, these two would turn any defamation suits against them into a martyrdom (speaking truth to power BS).

The only cover up here is that the FPD and county police haven’t followed established procedures in the handling of the case as far as anyone can tell. Issuing essentially empty police reports is a big middle finger at the justice system, and the local prosecutor will likely let them get away with it, because he’s all nice and cozy with the police too.

Michael Savage: Obama Wants To ‘Mow Down’ ‘White Crackers,’ ‘Fight A War Against White People’

Promoting his new book, “Stop the Coming Civil War,” right-wing radio host Michael Savage said President Obama and the Department of Homeland Security are hoping to “mow down” white people and “stimulate insurrection in this country in order to declare martial law.”

Savage, speaking on his radio show last month about the demonstrations in Ferguson, Missouri and the Bundy Ranch standoff, said he believes Obama is so close to inciting a civil war by enacting immigration reform that he asked his publisher to move up the release date of his book.

Not entirely true.

I’ve had good experiences with JetBlue, which has more legroom than most, and they’ve got good entertainment systems and don’t charge for the first checked bag.

Delta isn’t bad either, but it depends on what planes they’re using - some of their planes don’t have entertainment systems, and some of the seating is tighter than others (seatguru.com is your friend). Having Skymiles card through Amex means free checked bags for people in my traveling party, so that’s a bonus too - and pays for itself with at least one round trip for two people.

But Spirit is roundly condemned as being the worst of the worst - nickle and diming passengers to the point where it doesn’t pay to fly them for crappy service, and you could do just as well with the fares on the full-priced carriers.

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWIne still won’t release surveillance video from the store that family members say proves John Crawford III was innocent when police officers killed him…

“Trust the system,” he said. “There will be ample time later for people to criticize what is done, and I’m fully aware of that, but let the judicial process work.”

All of the winger responses to Oliver are a good example of this: slate.com

Whatever “mess” they believe Obama has created is a complete fantasy. But, someone told them that, and it fit their beliefs, so they just run with it as fact.

It’s like the conspiracy theorists over the Brown juvenile records. They do not want to believe he wasn’t a criminal, so they find a way to disbelieve the truth.

If I were king of the forest there would be two immutable laws: CEOs of companies owning nuclear power plants would live within 1 mile of the plant (or of the oldest plant, in cases of multiple plant ownership) and airline executives would fly coach.

And slumlords would have to live in their own buildings (whichever building has the most complaints/citations/building code or health dept violations against it)

No, unfortunately. Quinnipiac had Kasich up 46-30 July 30th. Kasich has never been over 50%, so it shows Ohio will most likely reelect him while holding their noses.

The candidate is Ed FitzGerald from the Cleveland area. He doesn’t seem to have a lot of National Democratic backing and no one downstate knows him.

Boykin: Obama Can’t Handle Foreign Policy Because He’s Surrounded By Experts On Marxism, Gay Rights, And Climate Change

On yesterday’s edition of “Washington Watch,” Family Research Council president Tony Perkins interviewed FRC’s Executive Vice President Jerry Boykin about the Obama administration’s response to Islamic radicals in the Middle East, in particular the takeover of the residential annex to the U.S. embassy in Libya by militia forces, which Boykin declared was essentially an “invasion” of the United States.

“By international law, that is sovereign American soil,” Boykin said. “We’ve been invaded, Tony, but you won’t hear that out of this president or this media.”

Boykin went on to assert that this incident demonstrates that nobody in the Obama administration knows anything about foreign policy because Obama has only surrounded himself with people who are experts on Marxism, gay rights, and climate change.

Ley said the controversy over the name is a “media creation” that was easy for followers of the story to have an opinion on.

“So was Watergate when it first started, in the same town (Washington, D.C.), incidentally,” Ley said. “And forty years after Richard Nixon left town with his playbook, nobody has a problem with the media’s role. Anything but.”

Ley said the poll may reflect a national resentment of “victimhood” before he compared it to slavery. “But you wonder what the polling back in the day would have been on the Emancipation Proclamation,” he said, “or letting that Robinson guy play with the Dodgers back in ‘47.”

re: #116 ObserverArt

No, unfortunately. Quinnipiac had Kasich up 46-30 July 30th. Kasich has never been over 50%, so it shows Ohio will most likely reelect him while holding their noses.

The candidate is Ed FitzGerald from the Cleveland area. He doesn’t seem to have a lot of National Democratic backing and no one downstate knows him.

I’m hoping the women of the state and maybe police and teacher union types help spring a surprise, but it is a long shot.

Here is a link to his site: FitzGerald for Ohio

How legit was Husted (another little weasel) keeping Earl off the ballot? At one point, I had heard that Earl could scrape enough votes away from Kasich for a Dem win—but the sleazy Ohio Republican would NEVER let that happen.

In good news for Gov. John Kasich, a Libertarian gubernatorial candidate was ruled off the ballot today…

Husted, who like Kasich is a Republican, based his ruling on the recommendation of former Federal Election Commission member Brad Smith, who presided over a protest hearing this week.

dispatch.com

After leaving the FEC, Smith… founded a non-profit organization, the Center for Competitive Politics, to promote deregulation of campaign finance… In 2007-08, he was an adviser on the Constitution and the courts for the presidential campaign of Mitt Romney…He has remained an important figure in campaign finance debates. “Unfree Speech” was cited in the Supreme Court’s majority opinion in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission

Researchers at the University of Western Australia decided to revamp the way they studied Viking remains. Previously, researchers had misidentified skeletons as male simply because they were buried with their swords and shields. (Female remains were identified by their oval brooches, and not much else.) By studying osteological signs of gender within the bones themselves, researchers discovered that approximately half of the remains were actually female warriors, given a proper burial with their weapons.

It is now more than apparent that the MSM and even to government has been working together to sanitize Michael Brown’s life and history.

First, after it was revealed that Michael Brown shattered Officer Wilson’s eye socket when he punched him in the face, the media and local government retracted that story and claimed it was not true.

Now, after it was reveled that Brown had a juvinile record for Second Degree Murder, the media and government have buried that juvinile record.

This sanitizing of Michael Brown likely begins with Eric Holder.

Satanic ritual? Yes. Rituals abound in “Christian” America. Whenever spectators watch singers like Beyonce, JayZ, Rihanna, Lady Gaga and especially Nicki Minaj, they are indoctrinated and involved with blatantly satanic rituals that stem from the deep abyss of the occult. Some of these very same artists have taken the ALS IBC. Gaga doesn’t utter a word as she baptizes herself, arrayed in a sexy black leotard, sporting black lips, perched in an ornate black chair. Gaga doesn’t use a bucket; she instead uses a large silver bowl associated with pagan worship. Do you think she would take the IBC if it didn’t meet her pagan criteria? Not a chance.

The ALS IBC is ritualistic in nature. People are chosen to undergo a form of water baptism with cultic god Oprah leading the charge “in the name of ALS.”

There’s an argument to made that Teddy Roosevelt’s tireless efforts and arguments to protect our most beautiful lands is one of the most important arguments of humankind. Wilderness is a necessity for humans, so we can see that there’s not just us, there’s nature.

I subscribe to what Muir said though for me it would be the ocean. “I’d rather be in the mountains thinking about God than in church thinking about the mountains.” I don’t know if there’s a God or not but there’s so much natural beauty in the world and it should be protected.

Unfortunately (for US, that’s the US), that is the extent of the collective conservative mindset. If it can’t fit on a bumper sticker or in a 30 second sound bite, it’s too complex for the average conservative mind to understand.

What I don’t like is the tendency to start electing people who don’t understand government. I understand the backlashes that we see against career politicians but frankly given the choice between a career politician and some guy who is just running on pure rage. I’ll take the former. I might even be able to deal with rage if there was a solution on the table to go along with that rage. Just wanting to shut down the government (or, worse yet, say government is bad and then getting elected thinking “I am going to collect my $175k for almost no work” because government is bad - except when it pays my bills) for no reason whatsoever…except that government is bad is fucking insanity.

Bring a solution - any solution other than shut down the government - along with that rage, otherwise you are doing nothing but gaming the system and getting paid damned well to do so.

I never can understand the binary mindset. It’s apparently impossible for them to see a world in any shade of gray, to accept the possibility that Brown was troubled but otherwise a good kid. They have to believe he was a violent thug willing to kill over cigarellos.

I’m sure this will come as a real shocker, but every teenager I ever knew - including me - was troubled. It comes with being a teenager.

Of course, I wasn’t black so I didn’t worry too much about being shot dead by the cops “just because”.

I’ve heard no discussion of the election among my friends/acquaintances, some of whom are fairly active politically. I’ll vote for Fitzgerald but have no illusions about the outcome.

Ah! You are the member from southern Ohio, right? I think I had you mixed up with OhNoZombies…who let it be known they was from the Akron area.

I’ll vote for FitzGerald too. As I posted above, I hope it is a little closer than the polls show.

I’m still hoping the women of the state and the voters that have been messed with by the voting issues mix in with the jobless (Jobs Ohio boondoggle) and pissed off union people and those that were not happy with his stance on the ACA all band together and dump him. But like you…no illusions.

But I can dream!

True, but I like the fact that he seems to be talking about it from a public policy perspective: What, exactly, are our goals and how do we accomplish them?

If I had written something similar I would point out what, exactly, is Congress prepared to contribute?

Beck and Bachman (two of four horsemen of the Derpocalypse) are convinced they’ll either be used to hit oil fields and other “US interests” or turned into troop carriers for ISIS terrorists to land in the US. The first is “cut off nose to spite face” territory considering ISIS has been selling oil under its control to fund itself, while the second falls apart around the time you realize that an airliner with a flagged transponder code and no valid flight plan would quickly become the subject of military interest.

No. AQ and the other radicals didn’t like Saddam. He was a scumbag despot, but not a religious radical. We kinda did them a favor taking out Saddam (which I stated way back when he was deposed). Which opened up much of Iraq to the radical factions that Saddam had kept down to protect his regimes power.
