BREAKING! New Photos of Jim Hoft Discovered: Throwing Gang Signs, Brandishing Weapons

Gentle giant?
Humor • Views: 45,019

Little Green Footballs can now reveal that we have uncovered never seen before photos of the Dumbest Man on the Internet, Jim Hoft, in violent, thuggish poses, making gang signs and showing off his numerous guns.

Hoft in a typical gang gesture with forefinger extended.

Sources in law enforcement have informed LGF that Hoft is a well-known member of the violent 37th Street Polo Shirt Gang. Here we see Hoft with some other members of the gang, one wearing a shirt that glorifies drug use and flashing the gang’s notorious two fingers extended sign.

Another picture of Hoft with a fellow gang member. Notice the same two finger sign.

In this photo Hoft is seen grimacing and raising a threatening clenched fist.

But most incriminating of all are these pictures of Jim Hoft brandishing a large arsenal of firearms in a clearly thuggish threatening manner.

A “gentle giant?” We don’t think so. More like a dangerous menacing thug.

Hoft replies on Twitter with a menacing comment.

What’s wrong with you people? It’s clearly different when white people do it!

Hmmm. 6th picture down. Could this be Jim Hoft?

Nah. Jim doesn’t have the balls to actually do the things he encourages others to do. He only play acts at it.

What else is Dim Jim hiding? Are there file images of him wearing jorts at the suburban mall? Has he ever drank red wine with ice cubes? Has he ever been caught at a Yanni concert? These questions of his thugness need to be answered!!!!

THE BURDEN OF PROOF IS ON YOU, DIM JIM! PROVE TO US YOU WERE NOT IN THE 37th STREET POLO SHIRT GANG!!!

16 Justanotherhuman  Sep 5, 2014 4:16:34pm

IMHO, Jim Hoft is just another attention ho and the more outrageous his accusations, the more he shows himself to be so. And his audience isn’t even that large—which is why he has to be so loud in the first place.

Even the Dumbass Princess of the North pumps up her numbers, although few pay very much attention to her these days. It’s like, Sarah Who?

These people come and go, and their public lifespan is negligible in the scheme of the universe.

I noted that media outlets were able to find out that Wilson’s parents divorced and that there were other issues about his parents. And I said then, and I’ll say it again - none of it matters for how and why Wilson shot and killed Brown.

The only thing that matters is what Wilson did - and he’s not talking and the FPD and county police are stonewalling and limiting what they’re saying/releasing about the whole incident and investigation to date.

Rush Limbaugh’s California Ratings Debacle

Limbaugh’s KEIB is a ratings disaster, coming in 37th place in the second largest radio market in America with a .5 rating share in March, the most recent month available, according to Nielsen ratings. (A ratings share represents the percent of those listening to radio in the market who are dialed into a particular station.)

How small is KEIB’s audience? So small that eleven non-English radio stations have larger audiences in Los Angeles. And so small that KEIB actually trails four college-run, non-commercial stations in the market. This, for a man who makes $40 million a year to attract big radio audiences? As for KFI, the station Limbaugh left and which switched to an all-local news and talk format, its ratings remain healthy in the talker’s absence. A top ten station, KFI boasts an audience six times larger than KEIB’s.

Alert UpChuck Johnson. Here’s what real journalism looks like.

Contract to Cheat

Workers don’t have protections. Companies don’t withhold taxes. Regulators don’t seem to care. McClatchy reporters spent a year unraveling the scheme, using little-noticed payroll records that show how widespread this practice has become and what it costs us.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — When Uncle Sam doled out $4.5 million in stimulus money to fix up low-income housing in Kansas City, it should have been a win-win for everybody.

Residents would get new roofs and maybe a paint job, construction workers would get the relatively high wages required on federally funded projects, and the local economy would get a needed boost.

Many of those workers, however, appear to have been victimized by a common ruse.

Instead of listing roofers, carpenters and other workers on payroll records as employees — which many appeared to be — some companies on the project treated them as independent contractors.

As a result of that and other problems, some workers were underpaid by up to $20 an hour, according to federal records. That was money that employers could simply pocket, housing officials said.

Culinary uses[edit]

Mantis shrimp caught at Hau Loc, Thanh Hóa, Vietnam
In Japanese cuisine, the mantis shrimp species Oratosquilla oratoria is eaten boiled as a sushi topping, and occasionally, raw as sashimi; and is called shako (蝦蛄).

Mantis shrimp are abundant in the coastal regions of south Vietnam, known in Vietnamese as tôm tít or tôm tích. The shrimp can be steamed, boiled, grilled or dried; used with pepper, salt, and lime; fish sauce and tamarind; or fennel.[24]

In Cantonese cuisine, the mantis shrimp is known as “pissing shrimp” (攋尿蝦, Mandarin pinyin: lài niào xiā, Cantonese: laaih niu hā) because of their tendency to shoot a jet of water when picked up. After cooking, their flesh is closer to that of lobsters than that of shrimp, and like lobsters, their shells are quite hard and require some pressure to crack. Usually they are deep fried with garlic and chili peppers.

In the Mediterranean countries the mantis shrimp Squilla mantis is a common seafood, especially on the Adriatic coasts (canocchia) and the Gulf of Cádiz (galera).

In the Philippines, the mantis shrimp is known as tatampal, hipong-dapa or alupihang-dagat and is cooked and eaten like shrimp.

The usual concerns associated with consuming seafood caught in contaminated waters apply to mantis shrimp. In Hawaii, some have grown unusually large in the very dirty waters of the Grand Ala Wai Canal in Waikiki.[2]

Dunno, I’ve heard Torquemada was a real tear when you got him in his cups.

But don’t be so unfair to Torquemada as to think him analogous to Jim Hoft. Yes, he was a pure and ruthless fanatic, but Torquemada was honest to a degree that Jim Hoft will never be. He was never willing to simply accuse someone of violating church law simply because he disliked them personally and on the rare occasions that he was convinced that person was a victim of a false accusation he exonerated that person and had the false accuser punished. Jim Hoft would instead just keep right on accusing, refusing to admit error.

No no no, it wasn’t a forest fire. It was…uh, imagine a pallet fire times three.

:-D

When I was a kid I was with my Gramma at her cabin in Wisconsin and she decided to burn a whole bunch of trash. She built an awesome fire, and I think it almost got away from her. I was young enough that I just figured she had everything under control, but looking back later, she was sweating and moving pretty fast for awhile there.

No sweat. Your heart’s in the right place. Believe me, I’m sick of that bastard and CCJ doing all they can to attempt to rationalize the senseless death of Mike Brown.

That’s what it is for me, too.

For me, this is a matter that is ultimately about one question: “Why did Officer Darin Wilson shoot Michael Brown dead?” So far, I haven’t heard any substantiated possible answers to that question that don’t have Wilson being guilty of a crime. And absent real evidence answering that question in a way that would not have Wilson breaking the law, nothing Brown said or did before his fatal encounter with Wilson matters.

It’s such a heartbreaking case. I’ve never felt more disgusted in my life seeing people like CCJ, Hoft, and others do all they can to justify what happened. Rap lyrics? “gang signs>” a picture with his step dad who is a convicted felon? Who the hell does that little shit think he is?

Black lives do not matter to these people. They’ve hidden their white supremacy. But now it’s crystal clear.

And they are making money off of it.

Hoft is known as the Dumbest Man on the Internet, and for good reason. As Media Matters summed it up: “Hoft runs with (or spawns) almost every inane story that bubbles up in the conservative blogosphere, has proven that he has absolutely no vetting process for the sources he cites, and apparently has a hard time with basic reading comprehension.”

In fact, a couple days before AIM announced the award, Hoft uncritically repeated a claim from a survivalist blog under the headline “Obama DHS Purchases 2,700 Light-Armored Tanks to Go With Their 1.6 Billion Bullet Stockpile.” As Little Green Footballs’ Charles Johnson pointed out, they aren’t tanks and they aren’t being bought by the DHS (they’re for the Marine Corps).

The Last Phantom
One of the last flying McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantoms lands at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. Though the U.S. Air Force has long since retired the F-4 from service, they are regularly pulled from storage and restored as unmanned flying targets. Though stored at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona, they are converted into targets elsewhere, and so for a brief period are the crewed fighter aircraft they once were. This particular F-4 is being used as a chase plane, tailing its replacement, the Lockheed Martin QF-16: There are so few restorable F-4s left at Davis-Monthan that the military is replacing it with old Lockheed Martin F-16s, just as F-16s once replaced F-4s in active service.

The FBI guesstimate is made by using only those cities that voluntarily report data on justified homicides by police officers. With all the other statistical data on homocides they collect why is there no database of police shootings?

Maybe because they just don’t want people to know how large the annual death-toll has gotten?

Fox News Rewrites Benghazi! Narrative After New Expose
They couldn’t even make their newest version of the dastardly conspiracy theory hold up for a segment, but they’re going to do a special anyway.

Fox News is in hard-core BENGHAZI! mode again, but the interesting part of this round of stupid is that a new book shatters their 2-year old narrative.

In Fox News land, Hillary Clinton, or possibly the White House, depending on what day it is, issued a stand down order. What really happened, according to three of the co-authors of 13 Hours: The Inside Account of What Really Happened in Benghazi, is that the CIA station chief requested a pause while he tried to enlist Libyan local security teams to assist in the embassy defense.

Also…

Fox’s Newest Benghazi Conspiracy Immediately Debunked By Fox Guest

Lane: The person I want to hear from is Bob, the CIA guy who told them to wait. Because when we hear from Bob we’ll hear why he told them to wait. What we heard from your interview was they assumed he was waiting for more support from the local militia. Which, by the way, might not be a bad reason to wait. In other words, you want to go - you don’t want to rush in with just three guys into what was obviously a very, very dangerous situation. You’d want to wait to see if you could round up some more support. In other words, there’s a difference between waiting and waiting for no good reason and, even worse, waiting because you were told ‘we don’t care what happens to the Ambassador.’ I want to hear from Bob, I want to hear the CIA make him available and tell us exactly what was going on. What I’m not hearing in this is that anybody in Washington said, ‘we don’t care what happens to the Ambassador, write it off, stay away.

381 Targetpractice  Sep 6, 2014 12:00:13am

So it’s another joke, another bite at the “stand down” apple to suggest that the White House purposefully left Americans to die, when in reality the order was given by a CIA station chief whose concern was for the safety of the mission while three security contractors beat feet to the consulate in the hope of turning the tide.

My surprise, etc.

It is marginally debatable, the one security man with them made it out the window but was wounded. When he tried to locate Stevens and Smith who should have been following he couldn’t and didn’t re-enter due to the heavy smoke.

The other three security men onsite were hold up in another building and couldn’t help either. With an estimated 100+ hostiles in the compound at that time a three man team would have had a difficult if not impossible job to fight their way through.

Even if they did manage to reach the building they would have had to go in while under fire and without respirators. Could they have located Stevens and Smith in the smoke, and before they had succumbed to smoke inhalation?

I don’t see it. And it should be noted that they didn’t simply say that if they’d been allowed to go, they said if they’d been allowed to go and the air support they asked the station chief to request had arrived. In other words, even they seemed to acknowledge that three guys alone were not going to be enough.

re: #385 Targetpractice

I don’t see it happening either, I think things probably worked out about as best as they could have given the situation and general confusion. As it was the remaining four security men were evacuated to the CIA annex and helped hold it until relief could arrive.

If things had turned into an early sustained firefight at the diplomatic compound we probably could have lost those men as well.

I love how Fox just flat out misleads their audience on the prophetic powers of President Bush. The troops were withdrawn from Iraq on the timetable that Bush himself drew up and agreed to with Iraq.

The wingnuts are all running around (even heritage is tweeting this) blaming Obama for “withdrawing the troops early.”

Fox clip:
President George W. Bush’s chilling warning on Iraq in 2007

Question for the wingnuts, how much of this unrest throughout the middle east would even be happening if we had never invaded Iraq on a made up pretext?

I can see how you’d think that, given the poor resolution of that file, but I’ve previously seen larger, clearer versions of that same photo and they make clear the guy in question has his finger resting above the trigger guard.

Now, the two men in that photo are indeed wingnuts possessed of some serious Bad Craziness, But the wingnut in question has his finger in the DoD prescribed safe place for someone holding an AR-15 rifle. Unlike Jim Hoft, he is in fact demonstrating proper trigger discipline.

If things had turned into an early sustained firefight at the diplomatic compound we probably could have lost those men as well.

The other issue is that the CIA man who stopped the contractors from leaving the annex would have been justifiably worried about an ambush. As it happened, there wasn’t one, but there was no way to know that ahead of time.

The whole exclusive is just more proof that Fox News does not understand battle and does not want to. I have considerable sympathy for the security contractors, who not without reason feel they were kept from doing their duty and who are probably hurt that they were not able to save the diplomats at the consulate. But to Fox News I have none. They have people on their payroll who could explain the realities of urban battle. Heck, even than nutcase Allen West could have explained it. But instead they just chose to launch yet another scream of “BENGHAZI!!1.

You should page that. Reviewing certified payroll of the lowest responsible bidder is part of my job. It appears the contractors are gaming the system, but if HUD doesn’t check for it, than what is the point? Also, if these contractors are filling out bogus certified payroll reports, that is a go-to-jail-do-not pass-go situation, plain and simple. Not something you wanna screw around with.

Franz Sigel was a fine man and a brave one, but he was not a great general. That said, New Market was one of the battles in the Shenandoah Valley, and of the Union’s commanders during those battles only James Shields (1st Kernstown) and Philip Sheridan were able to win there.

Also of note was that one of the two Confederate infantry brigades at New Market was commanded on that day by Col. George S. Patton, the ancestor of the famous World War Two general of the same name with the addition of ‘Jr’.

I don’t know if VB is affected by this, but MrBWS got the call at 9 am to head to Michigan to turn the lights back on.

Severe storms packing high winds, heavy rains and hail moved through southeast Michigan on Friday evening, downing trees and power lines across the area.

DTE officials reported that up to 350,000 homes and businesses are without power, with the number of outages expected to grow into Saturday. Some of the largest outages have been reported near Livonia, Southgate, Romulus, Taylor and Waterford.

Thunderstorms, High Winds Leave Michigan Residents With Power Outages, Property Damage

So, after having all kinds of issues setting up the 1password system, it looks like i’ve got two computers and phone synced. That’s better than before, when none of the installations would talk to any of the others via dropbox.

What the instructions don’t say about any of this is that you’d best install it in one place, do all your passwords in one installation before trying to migrate them to the other devices. Installing/reinstalling/deleting/reinstalling seemed to finally get everything working and the dropbox to do what it was supposed to do.

It even now links to the phone properly, so just have to remember one password.

And no, it’s not 1 2 3 4 5.

It’s something a little longer than that, but still memorable.

I hate Yellow Jackets. A woman I worked with many years ago had a can pf Pepsi open back in the warehouse and the door was open on a nice hot late August day. She grabbed the can and took a swallow and one of the local Yellow Jackets had been in the can. Sure enough…now in her mouth. Before she could spit it out, it had stung her twice one in the cheek, one in the roof. Off to the hospital she went!

I was fishing on a local lake one day. A buddy and I were way out in the middle of one of the coves fishing deep water because it was a warm late summer day. we weren’t paying close attention, but a small tree branch floating in the water had come up to the boat and stopped by catching the one anchor line. A little while later we were going to move on to a new area and I went to grab the anchor rope. It was now holding several Yellow Jackets that were riding along on the branch and had move from the branch to the line. Not looking, I started to tug the line in when “ouch…what the fu..!!!” Three quick stings in the palm of my hand. Talk about some pain.

I take your point, but you’re talking about a point of law. I have an 18-year-old daughter and I can tell you many 18-year-olds still are children in some respects.

It wasn’t until fairly recently that 18 year olds became legal adults. It used to be 21, for good reason—most kids 18-21 are still kids.
