Smear Merchant Chuck C. Johnson Claimed the NAACP Staged a Bombing Hoax in Colorado - Wrong Again, Chuck!
Last month, grotesque smear merchant/stalker Chuck C. Johnson (who is NOT ME) published one of his ludicrous CONFIRMED stories about a bombing at a building that houses an NAACP office in Colorado Springs; he said his “police sources” (note: he doesn’t actually have any police sources in Colorado) had informed him the bombing was a hoax, and strongly suggested the NAACP had staged it themselves to raise money from a “fake hate crime.”
His evidence for making the “hoax” accusation? A blurry image from Google Earth. Yes, that was it. (That, and his imaginary police sources in Colorado.)
Today, 9News in Colorado reports that federal law enforcement officials have arrested a man named Thaddeus Murphy in connection with the bombing.

Although Murphy says he was targeting another business in the building and not the NAACP office, it was no hoax and it definitely was not “staged” by the NAACP themselves. So as usual, Chuck’s barely veiled racist insinuations turn out to be completely wrong.
Chuck’s fail rate on these moronic right wing hit pieces is now approaching 100%.
