Pat Robertson’s Latest Crazed Tirade: Gays Are Going to Force You to Like Bestiality

Still crazy

Here’s fanatical old crocodile Pat Robertson again, weighing in on the Indiana “religious freedom” law with his carefully considered opinion that gays are going to force everyone to like anal sex and bestiality.

“It doesn’t matter what custom you’ve got, it doesn’t matter what holy thing that you worship and adore, the gays are going to get it,” Robertson said. “They’re going to make you conform to them. You are going to say you like anal sex, you like oral sex, you like bestiality, you like anything you can think of, whatever it is. And sooner or later you are going to have to conform your religious beliefs the group of some aberrant thing. It won’t stop at homosexuality.”

Robertson said that polygamy and “sex with animals” will “come next” as a result of the gay rights movement: “They’re going to be saying, ‘You’re intolerant, you’re intolerant, you’re trying to mitigate against these nice people who like dogs, what’s wrong with you?’”

I’ve never encountered anyone who thinks more about anal sex and bestiality than Pat Robertson.

How? How are they going to make us do anything? I defy someone - anyone - on the homophobia side to answer me that one damn question.

Robo-sex?

Inter-species breeding (just as the Neanderthals)?

Pat’s got a healthy imagination. He really is mentally disturbed. Like his fellow nutcase, Bryan Fischer, he spends way way too much time thinking about gay sex. Maybe find a healthy hobby Pat rather than fixating on sexual habits of consenting adults.

I keep on thinking of Louie season one and Louie’s one gay comic friend who says he probably talks about gay sex more with his straight friends than he does his gay friends.

I guess no one had the heart to tell Pat where the term “Saddlebacking” came from.

7 b.d.  Apr 3, 2015 2:45:24pm

For a law that they claimed didn’t discriminate against teh gays they sure are in a tizzy about not being able to discriminate against them now.

8 Kragar  Apr 3, 2015 2:45:29pm

I’m going to be totally honest here.

No one had to force me to enjoy oral or anal sex because they’re both awesome.

9 Eclectic Cyborg  Apr 3, 2015 2:46:28pm

The notion behind this is the gays represent one part of a group of people determined to break down all legal, moral and cultural barriers in society.

In other words, a group determined to send the world into a sex, drug and violence filled spiral of pure anarchy, where anything goes and God is outlawed. People like Robertson are convinced that evil, secular Liberals are trying to eliminate any and all morality based laws.

The radical, religious right spend more time dwelling on places where people can put their wiener than any other group I know of.

Pat Robertson continued, citing his personal research into the matter, “Just last night, I was researching some gay porn, where a large, well muscled olive skinned man was engaging in anal sex with a well oiled Adonis and was repeatedly asking “Do you like that?” and I had to admit, I certainly did!”

Robertson stated he would be researching the subject again tonight, and every night, until further notice.

They’re threatened by change frankly. all those things you mention are part of a changing world that didn’t really exist in their childhood. Gays? Some of them honestly believe they didn’t exist when they were kids or if they did, they were rightfully shunned. Muslims? nevermind the fact that a huge fraction of the world is Muslim. Many of them have never met a Muslim and they feel threatened by more Muslims coming to this country. Feminism. In their day, a woman’s place was the household. And President Obama really combines a lot of that. He’s the son of a Kenyan immigrant, his last name sounds a lot like that OSama fellow and his middle name is Hussein. Oh and he’s a fairly liberal Democrat.

If you listen to the WHOLE ‘God Damn America’ sermon, what Wright’s saying is that God tells us to put our faith in HIM, not in earthly ‘princes and principalities’, that human kingdoms are fallible and capricious but God is a constant.

It strikes me as very much what Jesus was saying, along the ‘render unto Caesar’ line, or ‘IN the world but not OF the world’.

Remember that this comes from the subculture where women are guilt-tripped into being completely subservient to their husbands’ sexual impulses. The idea of “consent” doesn’t enter into the vocabulary - women are told to let the man take them whenever, wherever, or they are committing a sin by denying their marital rights.

This. I think it perverts their whole outlook on consent. Their view of sex is not that it’s a mutual, fun activity for consenting grownups, but rather something one person does to another, thus if you allow a man to do it to another man, what’s to stop allowing a man to do it to a child or a barnyard animal?

You try to explain the idea of consent to them - children are not old enough to consent, and animals aren’t sentient - and it runs off them like water off a duck.

53 Pawn of the Oppressor  Apr 3, 2015 3:17:58pm

Animals and children can’t consent. That’s the legal hurdle that always seems to escape these slippery-sloping twits.

For real fun, go find Mullah Quack’s speech about how *animal rights* leads to The Gay, which then leads to the Apocalypse. It’s like they wish this stuff would happen…

And anal sex is over-rated. (At least giving, I can’t speak for receiving)

Wonder how many of these Sphincter Theologians like buttsex with their wives. Are they allowed to? :P

It’s a man’s right and a woman’s obligation. The idea that sex might be fun and enjoyable for both individuals is strictly discouraged. In fact, in some regions of Christianity, it is explicitly mentioned that sex is strictly for making babies and is not intended to be enjoyed (the old “procreation, not recreation” argument).

This is a discussion Mrs. Fish and I have had numerous times. Christian churches preach a lot about the evils of premarital sex, but they do a piss-poor job of explaining just what sex is like and how married people can enjoy it. As a result, young married Christian couples often wind up having severe marital difficulties because they’re completely ignorant about ways to enjoy the fitting of Tab A into Slot B.

Glenn Beck tells Glenn Greenwald: Progressives caused World War II

“People make a big deal of ‘Death to America!’ chants,” Greenwald said. “But most people understand that rhetoric and actions aren’t the same. Iran can’t impose death on America. The United States took down Iranian government in 1979 — of course they’d be hostile to foreign invading powers.”

“I agree,” Beck responded, before veering on a historical tangent. “When we entered the Progressive Era, we caused World War II. We caused a lot of the animosity in South America, because [we imposed an ethos that] what’s good for us is good for you.”

So what he actually said was America caused WWII by entering the Progressive Era

There’s a lot of problems I have with law enforcement in this country but keeping a close eye on Americans who plan to join groups like ISIL ain’t one of them. GG would have so much more credibility if he actually focused on real problems of law enforcement power abuse but he doesn’t because that doesn’t concern his privileged dude bro readership.

The same law enforcement that Glenn swore for years would throw him in shackles and rendition him to nowheresville the second he touched US soil?

Glenn is hurting his cause more than helping it. There are real questions with surveillance and they can’t be asked because Greenwald and all of his dudebro posse have claimed the issue as their own. Glenn is the Breitbart of Big Brother State media but at least Andrew had the courtesy of partying himself to death before the masses caught on.

Glenn Beck tells Glenn Greenwald: Progressives caused World War II

So what he actually said was America caused WWII by entering the Progressive Era

It goes back to Glenn(Beck’s) hatred of Wilson but what Beck ignores is that Wilson actually wanted less blame on Germany after WWI and had that happened, that could have changed things and not allowed Hitler to take advantage of discontent. Furthermore, the past US interventionist policies in which he criticizes were ones supported by conservative Republicans.

You mean that punishing Germany so harshly in crippling terms where everyone would be totally screwed over there after WW1 wasn’t a great idea?

I’ve had it with wingnuts, they always want to blow stuff up and kill people but never think about:

A.) Them fighting back
B.) What happens after the shooting stops

Imagine us attacking Iran and them doing something. Of course it would be guerrilla in nature because that is the only was to logically compete with the strongest army in the history of the world, they’d freak and demand nuking them.

So having an extreme form each party (Warren isn’t extreme but play along) is the way it should be? No nuance allowed in the Greenwald universe? It’s either a mezcal shot with the worm or water? It’s either one extreme or another? That sounds like the way Greenwald judges others.

Three points:

1. Its worth remembering that Woodrow Wilson sent US troops into Latin America several times (including into Mexico twice), so he can be legitimately criticized for interventionism.

2. Even after the Versailles became a vindictive document, Wilson still submitted to the US Senate and well-nigh demanded its ratification.

3. Republicans of other times have been interventionist, but the debate of the Versailles and League of Nations treaties saw the Democrat Wilson as the advocate of overseas involvement, with Republicans acting as the skeptics.

Also note that said Republicans were willing to pass the treaties, but wanted reservations to prevent what they feared would be America being drawn into wars in which we had no interest. They has a honest difference of opinion with Wilson and were not out to simply make him fail.

I disagree with this notion: when Wilson presented the Versailles/League Of Nations treat(ies) to the Republican-controlled Senate, the Majority Leadership (headed by Henry Cabot Lodge, Sr.) used the opportunity not just to kill the Treaty, but seized on it as a national wedge issue in order to damage the Administration as much as they could: seeing it as a hot chance to grab public attention and, ultimately, votes; using the tried-and-true issue of “sovereignty” as a scare tactic. Which worked: especially after President Wilson stroked out during a national tour to promote the Treaty in 1919, and was functionally absent for most of the rest of his term.

Yeah I saw the new Larson book on the sinking today. I want to read that. I loved his work on the ambassador in the Garden of the Beasts. Great read if you haven’t read it. re: #62 thedopefishlives

They get the message that sex is filthy and animalistic, which which is why you should save for marriage.
