Chuck C. Johnson’s Creepy “Fake Rape Expert” Arrested for Sexual Abuse

AKA Portland Police are in the pocket of Big Vagina.
Weird • Views: 36,506

Remember all those times that Chuck C Johnson was super creepy about women and rape? Yeah? You do? Good. Because it’s happening again, only by proxy this time.

Last month Chuck found himself a true hero in the war against all those college sluts telling lies about the young mens, one Jeremiah True.

Apparently Mr. True tore the lid off the something something rape stuff and was throwing something out of class, or something. It’s all very unclear because Chuck is a terrible writer and both he and Jeremiah are clinically insane, but this is what we’ve been able to piece together. Mr. True was being an asshole in his Humanities class and the instructor told him to GTFO.

But when Jeremiah True wouldn’t stop talking about his controversial opinions on sexual assault in his required freshman humanities course, his professor banned him from the discussion segment of the class for the remainder of the semester.

The 19-year-old told BuzzFeed News that his professor, Pancho Savery, warned him repeatedly that his views made his classmates uncomfortable before he told him in a March 14 email that he was no longer welcome to participate in the “conference” section of his Humanities 110 lecture-seminar class.

Which was too bad, because Jeremiah had the goods on all this campus rape stuff, which is apparently totally a myth and doesn’t happen. So Chuck invited Mr. True onto his insidious abortion of a Youtube channel to do a little live confab between two women hating anger bears, gifting the world with this:

Only one problem tho’. Jeremiah True soon proved to be totally fucking crazy, inexplicably tried to enlist the aid of George Takei on Facebook and reportedly authored the following fascinating insight into the mind of a deranged lunatic:

I am the God of MRA’s [men’s rights activists], Antifeminists, AntiMarxists, Libertarians, and White, heternormative men and women everywhere,” wrote True in a different part of the16-page essay posted on his Facebook page, “I am a misogynist and a misandrist, a racist, and a feminist. And now I’m here to call you out on your bullshit, Reed. I made my entire college run for cover because I’m an actual activist. I yelled “n**ger” in public places and nonviolently disrupted a forum on student activism when I felt my rights weren’t respected. Now that’s activism… Gender feminists. I am a biracial, bisexual, non-gender conforming Black n**ger. Suck. My. Enormous. Black. Dick.”

Also Mr. True wasn’t content to let his unintentionally hilarious, sixteen page, n-word and dick infused manifesto be his last word on the subject, because today he apparently went to a high-school girls rugby practice and did some sex crimes.

Jeremiah True, the Reed College student who made headlines in March for protesting his professor’s decision to remove him from class, was arrested on Thursday by the Portland, Oregon police for alleged sex abuse, harassment, and disorderly conduct.

According to an employee at Rugby Oregon, a youth rugby organization based in Portland, True was arrested for disrupting a high school girls’ rugby practice. He was restrained by a coach who called the police, the employee said.

So there you have it, Chuck C Johnson’s big “campus rape myth” debunker is a seriously weird, mentally deranged, creepy sex abusing harasser of high school girls. As we go to press there’s no official word yet if Mr. True’s “enormous.black.dick” was overtly involved in the Portland incident, but at this point absolutely nothing would surprise.

UPDATE at 4/17/15 7:44:57 pm by goddamnedfrank

BREAKING: We’ve learned that True’s arrest was Tweeted by one of the girls on the rugby team.

So there you have it folks, Chuck C Johnson’s buddy and fellow campus rape skeptic got caught molesting some underaged high school girls and ended up getting manhandled by a couple of very protective rugby coaches.

According to the booking info, True was charged with Sex Abuse III, which in Oregon is:

A person commits the crime of sexual abuse in the third degree if:
(a) The person subjects another person to sexual contact and:
(A) The victim does not consent to the sexual contact; or
(B) The victim is incapable of consent by reason of being under 18 years of age; or
(b) For the purpose of arousing or gratifying the sexual desire of the person or another person, the person intentionally propels any dangerous substance at a victim without the consent of the victim.
(2) Sexual abuse in the third degree is a Class A misdemeanor.
(3) As used in this section, dangerous substance means blood, urine, semen or feces.

I love that now in the information age that phrases like:

True said he sparred with classmates over discussion topics related to ancient Greece and Rome

I can only wonder what those intellectual sparring matches were like.

Can mean that you weren’t crazily, totally and completely wrong but just disagreed.

What ever happened to just being plan flat out wrong?

If convicted True will have to register as a sex offender. Oregon lists “sexual abuse in any degree” as a qualifying offense. Here’s hoping the prosecutor doesn’t accept a lesser charge in a plea deal. Because the kind of guy who is so lacking in impulse control as to start grabbing high school girls out in the open absolutely needs to be monitored.

Okay, it’s pretty obvious what Chuck is alluding to here with “expensive tests.” He’s going to claim he’s got proof of either A.) an illegitimate child of Bill Clinton’s, or B.) that Chelsea isn’t Bill’s daughter.

He’s going to try to get the PI’s to get the Clintons’ DNA, probably via Lewinsky’s Dress. The Secret Service should bring the hammer down on him hard. In the modern age any attempt to get possession of a protectee’s DNA has to be viewed as a direct threat on their health and safety.

re: #51 goddamnedfrank

This all fits in with his obsession with Joel Gilbert’s theory of FMD being Obama’s father and testing via 23 and Me. My prediction is Chuck thinks he can submit samples to 23 and Me under assumed identities and publish the results. That’s what he was referring to when he said he’d run the scheme by several lawyers, because it would be an explicit violation of 23 and Me’s Terms of Service. He wanted to know if there was any criminal exposure.

The more I think about Chuck’s past statements and rather linear thinking the more certain I am that this is very nearly what he’s planning.

Evening, all!

Back from the two week sabbatical to the UK for the annual visit with She Who Must Be Obeyed’s sister and hubby (both of whom I dearly love- he is one of the founding members of Silly Wizard and an absolute hoot) and the Edinburgh International Harp Festival.

The upcoming election in the UK has received almost no press in the US, but it’s a knockdown drag-out fight where the Tories (Masters of Austerity!) have suddenly become the Protectors of The Working Class and Labour have become The Masters of Fiscal Prudence.

It’s the world turned upside down.

The bad news is that English politicians, like their American counterparts, lie like thieves. The good news is that the campaign lasts only four weeks.

Oh, and if you want to experience all four seasons in twenty four hours, go to Edinburgh. We landed last Friday to seventy degree weather. Locals were shedding clothing like Terpsichorean ecdysiasts to expose skin as white as aspirin and laying full out on park lawns to get some color and generate Vitamin D to systems sadly bereft.

The next day at 1:30 pm I stepped out of The Cloisters to grab a smoke and got a face full of sleet.

Good to be back in the States, but jet lag is a motherfucker.

So as much as I enjoy prodding The Other Johnson with his failures, I think there’s are larger lesson to be learned here about

(1) How willing the right wing media are to uncritically accept stories, so long as they perpetuate an existing prejudice.
(2) Their further unwillingness to dig into a juicy outrage tale if the basic “story” fits their needs.
(3) How little credibility and/or stability a person can display, but still be touted as a conservative hero.

It’s the secret that could ruin Hillary Clinton’s prospective bid for The White House.

President Bill Clinton once came clean that he was NOT in fact the biological father of the political pair’s only child, Chelsea Clinton. Even more shocking, he allegedly said the real father is the former mayor of Little Rock, Ark., Webster Hubbell, who’s also Hillary’s one-time law partner, claims former Clinton aide Larry Nichols.

Pretty sure Chuck saw this insane bullshit and figured if he could just find a way to prove it he’d be super famous. This explains his past seven months of bluffing and bravado as well. He’s already swallowed Gilbert’s crazy FMD theory hook line and sinker, so the conspiracy mindset is established.

Even if he doesn’t ever get close enough to Chelsea to get a DNA sample, he’ll just lie and claim he did and that she’s not Bill’s kid. In his mind he doesn’t have to prove anything, he just makes the raw assertion, baffles his idiot followers with bullshit and they’ll regurgitate it as gospel.

If your perception of the world is skewed by the assumption that you’re always right and you’re super special, then it’s well within the realm of possibility that you can flip your whole ideological system yet see yourself as coherent and principled.

The Mechanicum line really are the best of all the recently released models. The design is the perfect mix of the existing Imperial Gothic and Necron styles while still managing to come off as original. I hope this means they’re going to further allude to the Mechanicum’s Machine God actually being the C’Tan Void Dragon.

And even if all of his fevered bullshit were true, how would that disqualify Hillary from being President?

To answer your question from last night, the Skitarii don’t have their own HQ. Instead, they get 2 additional troop slots. They also cut their Fast Attack choices down to 2, but they’re allowed 4 Elite and Heavy Choices.

I was planning on taking 2 Ranger squads, with the anti-armor rifles, as long range precision shooting, and then getting the Onager Walkers with the air defense options. I built most of my old Imperial armies before a lot of the air units came into the game, and it seems like the easiest way to get some anti-air into my mix.

Later on, I might shell out for some of the Ruststalkers, though I’ll probably use the Sicarian heads. I just think they look better.

A confidence trick (synonyms include confidence scheme, scam and stratagem) is an attempt to defraud a person or group after first gaining their confidence, used in the classical sense of trust. Confidence tricks exploit characteristics of the human psyche such as dishonesty, honesty, vanity, compassion, credulity, irresponsibility, naïveté and greed.

a/k/a The Grift.

Difficult to prove in court, as one must prove intent.

Mens rea

Of which, SCOTUS will be hearing.

With this background, we can turn to Tuesday’s argument. McFadden was convicted under the Analogue Act, for distributing “bath salts” through a video rental store in Charlottesville, Virginia. In recorded conversations, he described various bath salts that he was selling as “like” cocaine or methamphetamine. But at his jury trial, he vigorously defended (1) whether the bath salts were, in fact, banned “analogues,” and if so, (2) whether he “knew” that they were. More specifically, McFadden requested a mens rea instruction that would have required the jury to find that he knew that (1) the chemical structure of the substances was substantially similar to a controlled substance, and (2) the substances had a “substantially similar effect” to controlled substances on intended human consumers. But the district court did not give McFadden’s instruction, and instead gave a “compromise” of its own. (McFadden says he would now be content to allow the government to prove knowledge also by proving “deliberate ignorance,” but that further intricate wrinkle is, thankfully, not central to this argument.)

Here the parties plainly disagree. (They also disagree about whether the Court could still affirm, despite the Fourth Circuit’s mistaken view, on a “harmless error” theory, an argument that is obviously important to McFadden but somewhat tail-end to the case.) McFadden argues that the government must prove the defendant knew the “characteristics” of an analogue substance - that is, that the defendant knew (or was willfully blind) that the substance had a chemical structure, as well as effect, that is “substantially similar” to a controlled substance. These requirements are drawn, argues McFadden, from the statute that defines “analogue” (21 U.S.C. § 802(32)). McFadden draws support from a 1994 decision (Staples v. United States) in which the Court ruled that a person cannot be convicted of unlawfully possessing a machine gun unless the government proves the defendant is aware of the “characteristics” that make it a machine gun (in that case, whether Staples was aware that the gun fired automatically instead of semi-automatically, a distinction made in the federal statute).

reason.com

I also reached True via email, and asked him whether he had been rowdy or disruptive in class. He responded by making a bizarre request. This was his email back to me:

Before I interview with you, you must agree to make “n*****” be the first word in your article.

I declined this ultimatum, and he declined to answer my questions. Needless to say, I’ve grown a lot more skeptical of True’s side of the story. If I find out anything more that backs up either person’s assertions about what happened, I’ll update this story.

Liberals today apparently have to be taught that the boss “gives” you nothing. (i.e. “why don’t they just pay a little more”). Nobody gives you anything. You have to take it by force. That’s what the government is for. It is a tool to bash your enemies with. The rich know this, liberals today do not.

I think there is a denial about how ugly it’s going to have to get. Look at any comment re: minimum wage. The liberal consensus seems to be “well the owners should pay their people a living wage”. Nice sentiment. Completely devoid of the fact that this systemic oppression of workers is well entrenched. I think many of them are laboring under the delusion that the owners can be reasoned with. We’re way past that.

True has had this POS petition up for a month, trying to get back into the conference section of the class:

1,899 signatures (needs 5K); 3,101 “supporters” (why didn’t they sign?).

Very wordy and long.

Here is an earlier report on the situation in Savary’s class involving True who obviously thinks he has a handle on what people “believe” as opposed to statistical facts.

Freshman Excluded from Conference, Petition Sparks Controversy

Professor Savery excludes Jeremiah True ‘18 from Humanities 110 conference after the student creates a “hostile educational environment”

reedquest.org

“True does acknowledge that things he said may have made some students in his conference uncomfortable, but emphasizes both that he was polite and that some level of discomfort is inherent in an education that is supposed to make people question their own beliefs.

“I apologize that I caused survivors of sexual assault to feel uncomfortable with my views, but the views were in no way threatening or hostile,” he states in his online petition. “I did not use any obscenities in class, I did not declare any fighting words, I did not commit perjury, I did not blackmail anyone in the class, I did not engage in incitement to imminent lawless action, I did not engage in ‘true threats’, and I did not engage in solicitations to commit crimes.”

No, you little POS, you simply went out and tried to prove your own “belief” against underaged girls to try to prove your point. And got arrested for it.

re: #193 Chrysicat

That’s not likely to happen with “communists” who have no ability to organize in the US, just as that ability has been corrupted for unions. The corporatists in the US have had the upper hand in stilling the hand of organizing for the past 30 yrs and has decimated unions so badly in the US that only 6.6% of people working in corporate and private firms are in unions. Individualism takes it toll on people organizing for much of anything work-related and companies use a variety of tactics to achieve this mindset by pitting workers against one another. OTOH, 35.7% of governmental workers are in unions. So, when workers finally wake up and smell the coffee, who do they have to turn to? Certainly not Congress, which at this point under Republican control, have no taste for anything but benefitting the wishes of their overlords, not the working class of the US.

Compare those figures to the 1950s, when around 35% of workers belonged to trade and industrial unions.

Figures are for 2014:

bls.gov

“Nine states had union membership rates below 5.0 percent in 2014, with North Carolina having the lowest rate (1.9 percent). The next lowest rates were in South Carolina (2.2 percent) and Mississippi and Utah (3.7 percent each). Three states had union membership rates over 20.0 percent in 2014: New York (24.6 percent), Alaska (22.8 percent), and Hawaii (21.8 percent).
(See chart 1.)”

Yeah, companies have done a huge job of keeping out unions, esp in the south.

It’s working (or something)!!!

UW-Madison to cut 400 positions, close and merge programs

The University of Wisconsin-Madison will eliminate about 400 positions, most of them vacant, and will close or restructure several academic programs across campus over the next two years in response to anticipated state budget cuts, Chancellor Rebecca Blank announced on her blog Friday.

The College of Letters and Science — which teaches more than 80% of all freshman and sophomore credit hours, and nearly 60% of the overall credit hours at UW-Madison — will drop roughly 320 courses across departments by the end of fiscal 2017. Fewer courses and class sections will reduce the total number of class seats by nearly 9,000, according to the college’s dean, Karl Scholz.

The course cuts go hand in hand with the elimination of 92 positions in Letters and Science: 48 faculty and 44 academic staff, including instructional staff, Scholz said. Graduate students who teach labs and introductory courses also would be affected as UW-Madison’s largest college cuts $7.4 million, or 5%, of its $145 million base budget.

In every single OECD country represented in this chart, union membership has fallen, except in Italy, since 1999.

stats.oecd.org

Yet, union members receive better pay, have better working conditions and benefits. It’s easy to see why companies want to totally eliminate them—for workers to have a say in their work life is heresy to these authoritarian, greedy dicks.

This is the kind of racist appeal some trade unions in the US have used. These kind of cracks in the structure of unionism aren’t necessarily organic, but they are part and parcel of a worldview that sees “The Other” as a threat and are encouraged by companies and the politicians they purchase.

Florence Reese, a poet, folk song writer, and social activist, wrote this song at age 12 when her father, a miner, was on strike. Later, when she was the young wife of another miner, she revised the song which was discovered by Alan Lomax, a folklorist, who collected it from her in 1937. She died in 1986, at age 86. It has been recorded by several musicians and was a staple for many union activists.

Morning all.

Well, it looks like there are strong rumblings in the local Columbus media about Ohio governor Johnny Kasich looking for a seat in the GOP 2016 Clown Car.

Sorry America. I guess Kasich believes he is more moderate and less crazy than the others in the car currently. But scratch the surface and it is the same bullshit just below the paint.

The Columbus Dispatch - Ohio Politics Now: Gov. John Kasich takes next steps to possible presidential run

-cut-

If you didn’t believe Gov. John Kasich when he said he was seriously considering a presidential run, maybe you will now. Supporters started the first step in the process to fund Kasich’s unofficial bid for Kasich this week, incorporating “A New Day for America” with Ohio’s secretary of state.

“Word of the new campaign organization surfaced on Thursday as Kasich is scheduled to speak Friday and Saturday in the early presidential primary states of South Carolina and New Hampshire, before returning to Columbus on Sunday for an appearance on NBC’s Meet the Press,” Dispatch Washington bureau chief Jack Torry writes.

The official announcement of the group could come as soon as next week.

“By doing this, it gives him a more formal option to access his chances,” said Rep. Pat Tiberi, R-Genoa Township. “He won’t do it if he doesn’t think he can win.”

-cut-

Ohio being a major battle ground state would make Kasich attractive to the GOP and a lot of the political media actually thinks he is a good governor. I am hearing some saying he is a better Scotty Walker than Walker.

Local NBC news had Chuck The Todd from Meet The Todd on this morning and he was going on about Kasich being on MTP tomorrow.

Uggh.

Beware of any company that warns you about discussing wages with other workers. They don’t want you knowing they’re probably screwing you.

I found this out the hard way when discovering a pay scale for upcoming raises and that a receptionist was making $3K/yr more than I was as a paralegal. I managed, with that info, to negotiate $5K more in salary and a paid parking space in the bldg (a high rise).

The receptionist knew several men who were associated with the sr partner and liked to brag about it. This was the same firm I later filed a sex discrimination/harassment charge against when I was fired about a year and a half later and got a settlement, and also reported the fact that the sr partner said he would never hire a Black person. It’s been almost 20 yrs, and I doubt that has changed (there are no Black attorneys at any rate).

I’m afraid that’s because you are mistaking Socialism with Stalinism.

Socialism is a rather practical method of government to ensure that the most people in society have a minimum level of security and wealth.

Stalinism was something created by a vicious psychopath so he could gain power and murder at will. Tovarisch Dugashvili called this system socialism so that it would appear he was doing this for a higher purpose.

I’ve found that in the States Socialism is a code word for unfettered and absolute evuhl! The word invokes this vision in the American mind.

And not to be overlooked in a campaign is that Bill would be effective enough support for Hillary he could be turned loose on his own - or even as the designated attack dog on whomever the GOP eventually nominates.

I think it will be an interesting balance with Bill. One of the things Hillary will probably want to avoid is having her run be seen as Bill Clinton’s third term because I’m getting the impression she would like to do some things differently. During the primaries, she’ll be trying to avoid such things as triangulation and bank deregulation. During the general election, she’ll be trying to avoid things like cigars. Bill’s usefulness is more limited than a husband who hasn’t been president.

Actually, DO we have a record of him voting to fund any military adventures?

He seems like an old-fashioned isolationist, and we all know his father was one…if—God/dess forbid—he became President, he might well pull the rug out from under operations that were ongoing when he came in, and give the finger to NATO, not to mention the UN.

Now this isn’t any better for the country than having an interventionist-type Republican, because the number of countries outside of an opponent’s orbit decreases rapidly; but I still think he’s an honest isolationist, and thus about the only R we can count on not to touch off WWIII.

For that matter, I’m not sure WWIII can or should be avoided; if it would start because Russia tries to reabsorb a Baltic republic, can we really justify looking the other way and letting NATO die?

After catching up on the thread main theme, one Jeremiah True, I wonder if True is an expert on fake rape stories because he has been accused a few times himself. With what happened to him in his arrest I am thinking the dude has many cases of sexual aggression, maybe even a rape, and his whole thing is to make himself an expert on fake rapes to use it as a tool for himself. A way to make young women back off on allegations because they know he is going to turn it on them.

The story seems to fit two old phrases. The lady doth protest too much and a tiger never changes his stripes. In this case, the lady protesting is True.

2. A Republican becomes president and pushes a bill to legalize it.

Uggh.

Kasich is a mean, little (as in petty) man. I have friends who have known him since college and he has always been an asshole.

Hopefully, there is enough footage of him being said asshole (his obnoxious traffic stop on 315—his repulsive roundtable with the Plain Dealer) to stop him in his tracks.

I don’t see them getting past their right-wing authoritarian streak. The end of the insane, terribly destructive drug war will continue to come from the left.

Edit: I do welcome ANYONE left or right who will help end this war on the American people. Drugs are at worst a medical problem, and drug abuse is a symptom of social and psychological problems. It’s not something we should be jailing people over.

Some drugs, like cannabis and mushrooms are obviously less destructive than alcohol or tobacco. It’s time we were honest about this.

Water board announces revised water cuts for California cities

sacbee.com

(snip)

“The new, more nuanced proposal, released Saturday morning, recommends nine categories of cuts, ranging from four percent to 36 percent. State officials, in a press statement, said they hope “to more equitably allocate the conservation savings necessary to reach the statewide 25 percent reduction mandate.”

“This updated approach lessens the disparities in reduction requirements between agencies that have similar levels of water consumption, but fall on different sides of dividing lines between tiers,” the water board said in a statement on its website. “Adding additional tiers to the conservation framework also better reflects past conservation efforts.”

“Locally, the new proposal will slightly ease the burden on a handful of water districts to make cuts. But several districts will see their percentage reduction goals increased marginally.

“Sacramento area residents on the whole are among the biggest users of water in urban areas in the state. Most Sacramento-area water districts used more than 165 gallons per person per day in September of last year, above the statewide average of 124 gallons. San Francisco used 46 gallons per person per day, Los Angeles used 93 gallons and San Diego used 82 gallons. Although I would expect something like this from quite a few UKIP supporters, this account appears to have been a fake.

Acct has been suspended. twitter.com

And Upchuck isn’t.

Maybe, but maybe not…

UKIP is publicly stating it does not approve of the contents of those tweets and the account was fake.

This is just one of a zillion examples of how Twitter is turning everyone into juveniles. In listening to various podcasts I am hearing more and more people stating they don’t want to use Twitter.

It very well could be a fake account. But on the other hand I don’t necessarily trust UKIP’s disavowals either.

What is it with these old(er) GOP candidates, who think using 40+ year old Rock hits will somehow garner them followers?

With our cats, the heads are on swivels, so I would say blades.

Yes, that was in 2013.

We don’t need to rely on UKIP on anything.

1. The police has already arrested the 22 y.o. suspect. Wood was 22 in 2013.

2. The real account is apparently twitter.com

3. The troll is apparently well-known in certain circles. From a news item:

The Twitter troll is believed to be known by a number of aliases including Joshua Bonehill and Alex Wood, claims to be a member of the UK Independence Party.

‘Joshua Bonehill’ has a history of posting messages on Twitter promoting right-wing organisations, including the English Defence League.

And it doesn’t seem that he’s a member any longer.
