MACROBIOTIC MILKSHAKE INGREDIENTS

1 cups warm unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup cooked millet, sauteed in cinnamon
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup of Amazake
1 tbsp cinnamon
Stevia to taste
1 tbsp almond butter

Blend all in high-speed blender. Serve in long glasses to delude your mind and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg!
