Chuck C. Johnson’s Epic Drunken Racist Meltdown

Pure hate
Wingnuts • Views: 51,713

I kind of hate to write another article about this disgusting creep, but his descent into open racism marks another milestone on his journey to outright unemployable white supremacism, and it should be documented so that anyone considering an association with Chuck C. Johnson in the future will be aware of what sort of person he really is.

Last night’s Twitter extravaganza began with Chuck admitting he was drunk, and boasting about his drug use… and about Andrew Breitbart’s drug use.

From there, Chuck veered into blatant racial slurs. I’m posting screenshots of these tweets so that our page doesn’t contain a text version of the N-word, repeated over and over by this hateful moron.

And in the middle of this vile spewage, Chuck retweeted a white supremacist he follows, as he’s done many times before (check out @RealDoctorWhite’s timeline if you doubt my description):

5 lawhawk  May 1, 2015 1:15:10pm

Wildstein’s a liar, Kelly was fired, and Christie’s still in office with delusions of living in the White House. All because he wanted to goose an election he was sure to win without any shenanigans like screwing around with GWB traffic (which isn’t great even on a good day).

Fact is that the Port Authority needs massive reforms, and nothing is happening on that front because Christie and Cuomo have vetoed efforts to reform that passed the state legislatures in both New York and New Jersey (House/Senate in Trenton; Assembly/Senate in Albany). Cuomo and Christie want to retain control over the top level personnel, even though it was that control that led to this mess in the first place (which originated before either Christie or Cuomo took office, but which they took advantage with patronage appointments like Wildstein in Christie’s case).

Satanic Temple Member Claims State RFRA Exemption To Missouri’s Abortion Waiting Period

Friendly Atheist reports this week on plans by a member of the Satanic Temple to challenge Missouri’s requirement for a 72-hour waiting period for abortions by asserting a religious freedom claim. Missouri has a Religious Freedom Restoration Act (MO Rev. Stat Section 1.302.1).

Missouri law (MO Rev. Stat. Section 188.027.1) requires that: “The physician who is to perform or induce the abortion or a qualified professional shall provide the woman with the opportunity to view at least seventy-two hours prior to the abortion an active ultrasound of the unborn child and hear the heartbeat of the unborn child if the heartbeat is audible.” Using an exemption form developed by the Satanic Temple, the Missouri native identified as “Mary” claims that her sincerely held Satanic Temple beliefs are that her body is inviolable and subject to her will alone, and that inviolable body includes any fetal tissue so long as it is unable to survive outside her body as an independent human being.

I’m seeing a lot of CONFLICT OF INTEREST! ELEVENTY! about that and about the state’s attorney being friendly with the Gray family lawyer.

You know, because those things negate Freddie Gray’s spine being severed and his windpipe broken. They negate the ME ruling his death a homicide. They also negate the private videos that managed to catch the moment of arrest AND the unscheduled and unreported stop made by the van.

Instead of sanctimony and claiming that they did nothing wrong, a better response would have been to start off by issuing a statement of remorse for Gray’s tragic death and that the FOP wants to see justice done. The officers are entitled to a presumption of innocence and that the facts and evidence are still being gathered. Also, the FOP believes in the justice system and that the officers do as well.

Of course, the response to that would still be that the FOP is nuts because these very officers didn’t give Gray a presumption of innocence, didn’t protect his civil rights, engaged in gross misconduct, violated all manner of rules, and he died on their watch in their custody. This is on the officers, and the lies and obfuscations by these officers shows that these officers had a reckless disregard for Gray’s life and that but for privately-shot video, they might have gotten away with still more lies.

After Shutting Down Christian Bakers’ Fundraising Campaign, GoFundMe Makes Policy Change

The popular crowdfunding website, GoFundMe, quietly changed its public policies Wednesday after coming under scrutiny for shutting down a campaign setup for the Christian bakers facing a $135,000 fine for refusing to bake a cake for a same-sex wedding.

Instead of prohibiting “campaigns in defense of formal charges of heinous crimes, including violent, hateful, or sexual acts”—as it used to—GoFundMe now bans “campaigns in defense of formal charges or claims of heinous crimes, violent, hateful, sexual or discriminatory acts.”

GoFundMe announced the change in a blog post titled, “Protecting Our Community.”

Heh. I had a job as a sales manager some years ago and one lead named “Gary Glover” had his e-mail address as “gaglover@….”. Cool if you’re into BDSM, I guess.

Also, baseball reference, an online database of pro baseball players had each player’s URL as his first 5 surname letters followed by the first 2 letters of his first name. For Kevin Youkilis, who is Jewish, it was….”youkike”. To their credit, BR changed it when it was brought to their attention.

I don’t really understand how blogging works, but how does this man support himself? Seriously. I don’t get it. I know he gets a lot of love from the RWNJ and white supremacist. Can there be enough clicks to generate a decent income? I also don’t understand how he has not been confronted personally. Perhaps he stays at home, holed up in the basement because I’m sure his paranoia is off the charts and he sees enemy combatants everywhere he goes. His looks are pretty distinguishable.

I feel about that the way I feel about shark attacks. One person gets killed by a shark, the news won’t shut up about it for a week. Sharks kill maybe 100 people wordwide per year. Humans kill about 100,000,000 sharks. I think we’re ahead.

There may be such a thing as “attacks on law enforcement” (although I’m more than skeptical), but if so, they are negligible compared with law enforcement’s attacks on the public, and aren’t worth even discussing.

On the issue of conflict of interest, there is no conflict of interest. Even if she had an anti cop bias, which is ridiculous because she comes from a cop family, so what? She is the prosecutor, prosecutors are always adversarial to defendants. Should she recuse herself from drug gang prosecutions because she has an anti drug gang bias? The prosecutor tries to prosecute crimes, the defense attorney is biased in favor of the defendant and the Judge is supposed to be neutral. What the hell is everyone talking about?

It would be so cool if everyone in Baltimore just stayed home, had BBQs and little block parties.
Then we can ask: “What if LE predicted a riot and no one showed up except for them?”

Well, I suppose when you feel as occupied as they do right now, numbers do count. I mean, the cops were even harassing people on their porches the other night. And they’ll try to start getting people to leave the streets by 8:30, like they did last night.

In the 1850’s there were public discussion forums in the “letters to the editor” section of the newspapers.

“Threads” could go on literally for years, and there would be like about two weeks between each reply (for a daily). Longer if it was a weekly or a monthly magazine.

wait…WTH??

Late Thursday night, the House of Representatives voted in favor of “H.J.Res. 43: Disapproving the action of the District of Columbia Council in approving the Reproductive Health Non-Discrimination Amendment Act of 2014.” If enacted, the legislation would make using employer-based health insurance for in vitro fertilization or birth control pills a fireable offense in Washington, D.C.

snip

I sat down near D.C. voting rights activists who were attending the hearing and began to take notes on a steno pad. A congressional staffer came over and informed me I was not allowed to take notes.

I witnessed testimony from Representative Tammy Duckworth (D-IL), a combat veteran whose radiation exposure made it difficult to conceive a child. The Congresswoman recently gave birth; she believes in vitro fertility treatments made conception possible for her. H.J.Res. 43, if enacted, would mean a boss who disagrees with in vitro fertilization could fire an employee for getting pregnant that way.

Also on the floor last night, Representative Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) dubbed H.J.Res. 43 “Hobby Lobby on steroids,” Representative Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) called for D.C. statehood from the house floor, and numerous Republicans defended “religious freedom.”

The relationship between right-wing fundamentalists and sex has always been a bit of a weird one. Publicly, they say “no sex before marriage” and that outlawing contraceptives and preaching “abstinence only” is the way to go. However, they certainly seem to be eager about participating in illicit sexual relations themselves, often being exposed by their own foolish adherence to “no birth control, only Sex The Way God Intended”.

He who controls the purse…

The GOP attack on climate change science takes a big step forward

Living down to our worst expectations, the House Committee on Science, Space and Technology voted Thursday to cut deeply into NASA’s budget for Earth science, in a clear swipe at the study of climate change.

The committee’s markup of the NASA authorization bill for fiscal 2016 and 2017 passed on a party-line vote, Republicans in the majority. The action followed what appears to be a deliberate attempt to keep Democrats out of the loop. According to Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson (D-Texas), the committee’s ranking Democrat, her caucus “did not even know [the markup] existed before last Friday. … After we saw the bill, we understood why.”

As outlined by Marcia Smith at SpacePolicyOnline, the measure would cut NASA’s Earth science budget to at most $1.45 billion in fiscal 2016, from $1.77 billion currently — a cut of $323 million, or nearly 20%. Under some circumstances, the budget could shrink even further to $1.12 billion, a cut of nearly one-third. Compared with President Obama’s request for fiscal 2016, which is $1.95 billion, the proposal would amount to a cut of at least 26%.

Did anyone notice that Upchucks GoFundMe site originated in Monterey Park? That got me curious because I lived in MP for a year in 1960. He was copied by a letter sent to Steve Lonegan in the below situation and sent to the MP address on May 2, 2014.

While working on the campaign for Steve Lonegan, he was involved in a smear campaign against a guy named Tom MacArthur, also a Republican candidate, and received a cease and desist letter from MacArthur’s attorneys. I have bookmarked that letter.
