More: “You Want Her to Die!”: Watch Pam Geller and Anjem Choudary Brawl on “Hannity”

Last night on “Hannity,” anti-Muslim activist Pam Geller and outspoken Islamist Anjem Choudary barely even attempted to have a civil discussion about the intersection of faith and free speech in America, choosing instead to shout at and over each over for as long as Sean Hannity would let them.

Hannity began the segment by repeating the unverified threats against Geller’s life made by an English-speaking jihadi. He quickly reminded his audience exactly why he invited Choudary onto the program — he’s a caricature of a Sharia-desiring, women-hating Muslim extremist.

Hannity turned to Geller and asked whether the FBI has contacted her about the “fatwa” put out on her. She said that the FBI has not reached out to her, but that the NYPD counter-terrorism task force had. Geller added that the person who should really be providing her with protection is President Barack Obama, “because he created an environment that raised the stakes on this,” noting that she had held a free speech conference on September 11, 2012 — the same day that the embassy complex in Benghazi, Libya was attacked.

Hannity turned to Choudary, and asked whether he supported the “fatwa” against Geller.

“This isn’t Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck they were drawing,” Choudary replied, “this is the prophet [and] this woman wants to have people draw cartoons that insult the prophet knowing full well that carries the death penalty in Islam. So definitely, she’s asking people to attack.”

Oh lord, I’m kinda too embarrassed to even watch.

Can’t we kick all of three of them off the island? Just like shithead Sean to get a Muslim fanatic on the show rather than an average Muslim. Pathetic pieces of crap all three of them.

Yep. As if Pamela Geller and Anjem Choudary represent reasonable mainstream positions on Islam and Islamism.

Seriously.

I watched one minute of that video. My IQ subsequently dropped to zero.

Stupidity is infectious.

What a circus.

This is typical Fox News propaganda, though. Put this raving Islamist on with Pamela Geller and present him as an example of Muslims everywhere, when he’s a totally marginal figure with no real followers.

Fox trots out Choudary every time they need to scare their aging audience.

8 Nyet  May 7, 2015 1:41:10pm

The most ironic thing is that Choudary, ISIS and Pam all agree about Islam.

Heh. I like that Charles.

The FOX Trot.

Dance suckers. Dance to the noise.

And that is all that video is…noise. Three raving loons trying to top one another. And this is watched by millions.

Talk about ‘porn’ that should be censored. This would be for America’s safety against stupidity./

But I appreciate those who do.

I couldn’t even watch if Hannity got a regular Muslim and anyone but Pam. Hannity is just as vile as these two are.

I would watch but I respect myself too much. That and I cannot afford to burn brain cells on stupidity. If they all had a spontaneous grand mal seizure….Well, I might consider watching that.

20 BeachDem  May 7, 2015 3:06:45pm

And if Pammy’s visage isn’t enough to haunt your dreams, take a look at the lineup for the upcoming South Carolina Freedom Summit (not to be confused with the New Hampshire Freedom Summit or the Iowa Freedom Summit that preceded it.) That’s an awful lot of freedom, folks!

Jeez what a scary bunch. (sponsored by Citizens United because of course it is.)

First paragraph of the article:

The First GMO Is 8,000 Years Old

With the recent approval of GMO apples and potatoes by the FDA, it’s tempting to think of genetically-modified organisms as both modern and scientific. But it turns out that the first GMO was produced by another kind of scientist…nature. In fact, reports NPR’s Michaeleen Doucleff, soil bacteria created the first genetically modified crop 8,000 years ago. […]

And then they do those stupid polls as they did in Iowa which put Scott Walker in the lead and Jeb Bush at the very bottom.

Probably because Jeb has the good sense, in this case at least, to not participate. (How would he compete with Marsha Blackburn and John Bolton, anyway?//)

Vicious Babushka,

Of course Pamela Geller is going to try to pin the attack on Obama, and of course Fox News is going to look for a Muslims fanatic so they can make it look like people like her are correct.

Anjem Choudary and Pamela Geller probably secretly love each other, ( not in a sexual or friendly way ) because they both know of they can use the otherone to promote their bigoted agendas. Geller can use Choudary to demonize and attack Muslims, while Choudary can use Geller to promote the myth that all non Muslims are the enemies of Muslims and are out to destroy Islam.

As for Pamela Geller’s claim that cannon law was never meant to be applied to non Catholics or non Christians, you have to ignore the fact that it was used to justify things like the Inquisitions and witch hunts.

Oh and off course the misogynist idiot Anjem Choudary thinks that we’re “oppressing women” by treating them as equals. Yeah porn is “oppressive” to women and its “more oppressive” than the Saudi regime.

ISIS propaganda assures its followers that the West is at War with Islam.

Pam Geller’s first amendment right to (engage in vile hate speech) demonize the entire religion of Islam is useful verification for ISIS propandists to recruit more soldiers to their cause.

37 krypto  May 8, 2015 11:38:46am

Neither one of them deserves to be dignified by being misidentified as the real opposition to the other.
