Stupidest Man on the Internet Leads Charge to Defend McKinney Cop, as Commenters Spew Overt Racism

It didn’t take long for them to start pushing the same old racist counter-narrative
Wingnuts • Views: 29,463

DERPThe renowned Stupidest Man on the Internet, Jim Hoft, has a new look to his crummy blog, but the same old hateful, illiterate content. And today he’s leading the charge to defend out of control McKinney police officer Eric Casebolt, who was featured yesterday at LGF in this article, with video showing him manhandling and abusing a black teenage bikini-clad girl and drawing his gun on unarmed black teens.

In Jim’s usual absurdly overheated fashion, he titles this post: Here’s the REST of the STORY Behind the Police Abuse at the McKinney Pool Party - the Gateway Pundit.

Hoft quotes a message posted at the following Facebook page, purporting to be from a local resident: Steve Noviello - This Message Sent to Me Re: Situation In…

Michael Cory Quattrin

Facebook friends and family - PLEASE HELP! That (now viral) video of the officer in McKinney subduing a girl in a bathing suit was in OUR neighborhood. The situation was NOT what is being reported…

A DJ setup in a public space next to the private pool in our neighborhood on Friday and played loud explicit (F-bomb) music for multiple hours (it is unclear if he was invited by a resident as no one has claimed responsibility). The teenagers (both black and white) were being brought into our neighborhood by the carload because the DJ was tweeting out invites to a “pool party” for $15 (obviously unauthorized by our neighborhood). The teens began fighting with each other and pushing their way into our private pool. Some were jumping our fence. The security guard was accosted when he tried to stop the beginnings of this mob scene. Some residents who live around the park/pool area tried to come out and settle things down. The teens started yelling racial slurs at our neighbors and started assaulting people and property (throwing bottles at cars and attacking a mother at the pool with 3 young children). The first officer on the scene was by himself. At that time, the party had grown to a large, aggressive crowd. As the officer arrived, many teens started running through our neighborhood. Many of the teens were being very aggressive and yelling at the officers as more arrived.

This was a very dangerous situation for the officers AND the teens/residents not involved. The news media has refused to hear the neighborhood’s side of this story. The video being distributed is only a very small segment of what happened. This information being distributed by the media and others is extremely distorted and in some cases outright lies.

PLEASE HELP US STOP THE BROADCASTING OF THIS IGNORANCE. The media is trying to make it look like our neighborhood is a white’s only, racist area. Anyone who has spent even a few minutes in our area knows this is an outright LIE.

The unfortunate result is that our neighbors are now being threatened. We have also had cars and property in and around the park area vandalized this weekend. Unfortunately, the press and social media are trying to enflame the situation.

Um, OK. But you just know there’s going to be a problem with this, don’t you? Because it comes from the SMOTI? Well, you’d be right… again!

First, here’s the page at Facebook where this message was originally posted — and guess what? It’s been deleted (or possibly set to be private). You now see this Facebook notice instead:

The post is still in Google’s cache as I write this: Facebook Friends and Family - PLEASE… - Michael Cory Quattrin.

Deleting (or hiding) it seems like an odd thing to do if you’re trying to get your story out, doesn’t it?

And that’s not all. Here’s a video interview with a 19-year old girl who was at the event, telling a very different story:

YouTube

19 year old Tatiana speaks about what started the fight between her and another lady. This event sparked the police coming to break up the pool party. @ejohnsoniv on instagram @ejcreoleboy on twitter to see images and follow the story.
To use this video in commercial players or broadcast please email licensing@storyful.com

So we have a young black woman interviewed on the record saying she was attacked by a white woman, versus a Facebook post that was apparently deleted. And by the way, there’s a video that seems to back up her story that white women were attacking some of the teenagers:

This video starts when the fight was already in progress, so we don’t know who attacked first. But it definitely supports Tatiana’s statement that white women were also involved, and it’s impossible not to notice that none of them were manhandled or forced to lie on the ground by the police.

This right wing counter-narrative is even weaker than usual; and let’s not forget the video of Officer Casebolt, clearly and obviously acting completely out of control.

Oh, and let’s also not forget to check out what Jim Hoft’s commenters are saying about this. I’m hiding these quoted comments by default because they are, as usual, disgustingly racist. And Hoft never deletes these (although he does delete comments that challenge his bogus blog posts):

Why can’t Blacks act with decorum and grace? If they did, trouble would not follow wherever they go.

[…]

they always pissing&moaning about being TREATED like criminals……HEY, stop acting like criminals

[…]

Sheboon alert!!!

Notice how the black men sit down and shut up, but the sheboons carry on full speed ahead!

To any black man reading this post, the sheboon bitch WILL get you either [DEAD] or [INCARCERATED]!

Yes I know your ‘mamma black’ but she is still a sheboon selfloathing detriment to the black race/culture in America!

Notice, the monkey in the bright orange was the one starting the fight in the first place with the 40 year old white woman. These black teens crashed a gated community pool party.

[…]

Everytime there is mass social trouble, there is a sheboom bitch at the center of it… sad but true …sad but true.

Now I know I am a house Ni@@ER for saying this and I am DAMN proud of it:

A white/black/other police man/woman with a 9mm tells me to leave the area, I don’t need to ask how fast because I am [GONE]! The sheboon BT-1000 Teminatrix can NOT be reasoned with! They can’t be stopped! They can do NO wrong ever!

Black sheboons are the most tragic life form on the planet … just a waste of energy and resources … a complete waste!

[…]

one of the main reasons black males seek out white females

[…]

As a black, I have COMPLETE respect and give a thumbs up each and every time I am out in public a see a black male with a non-sheboon female on his arm.

Most times. this signifies the black male usually isn’t a street ni@@a thug. Non-black women don’t suck the dicks of losers… sheboons do suck the dicks of losers!

And the sheboon wonders why she is the least married of all American women … she wonders why … she wonders why…

[…]

Obviously Andrew Martin didn’t view the video but just shot his stupid little mouth off. I wouldn’t be surprised if in real life, Andrew is just a sheboon hidding behinds a white man sounding name… A lot of sheboons and their ni@@a simps do just that. They make up white sounding accounts and use these accounts to justify the animal actions of ni@@a America.

Trust me, I know first hand the sickness of the sheboon and the street ni@@as they produce … trust me!

[…]

I’m sure it is just a coincidence that all of the perps were black.

[…]

Listen to the ferals bleating when their game is up.

[…]

No way?! Blacks acting out of control? I’m shocked! They act like feral animals then expect society to deal with those who oppose them in a civilized manner (lawsuits, firings, negative media coverage) I’m so sick of the Obamafication of America.

I do not understand the Tweet caption “When @Keef_Cakez beat that ass”

Video shows the same young black girl who was thrown to the ground and sat on by the police officer, being attacked by two white women, one of whom is trying to pull out her hair extensions attached to her scalp.

These comments look familiar. After Mike Brown, my neighbor posted on his FB, citing Ted fucking Nugent and said, “If you don’t want to be stereotyped, don’t be a stereotype.”

I stopped talking to said neighbor.

It’s not the same girl.

I guess we should just be thankful the cop didn’t start shooting when he pulled his gun. Hoft and the rest would still have defended him if he did.

8 Lord Of The Pies  Jun 8, 2015 12:12:12pm

The “barrel roll” would have been entertaining if it wasn’t accompanied by assault (and possibly sexual molesting of the young girl in the bathing suit while he was sitting on her)

9 Targetpractice  Jun 8, 2015 12:12:14pm

And Dim Jim can explain why not a single teen was arrested, right? Seriously, the charges I’ve seen by “witnesses” have generally all included trespassing, but have run the gamut from assault (at least one security guard is always beat up in each version of the story), harassment (white mother and daughters “attacked”), underage drinking and illegal drug usage, and of course refusing to disperse.

But not a single teen was arrested or issued a citation.

The second woman did hit the girl a couple times, but over all it looks to me like she is trying to break up the fight. She restrains the other woman when the two break apart.

Yeah, that’s one bit that seems to be totally dismissed by the wingnuts, that you can watch the white people in the video being totally ignored by the cops. Hell, the person who was shooting the video was white and, by his own admission, the cops totally ignored him while Casebolt was screaming at everybody with skin darker than a paper bag to get on the ground.

18 weave  Jun 8, 2015 12:27:59pm

Even if you assume the call to the police was justified and it looked like a riot was going to happen before the videos started rolling, what happened later clearly was not right.

* These were kids in bathing suits. Kind of hard to hide a weapon that might threaten the life of an officer.
* They weren’t concerned with the young girl in the bikini that was later arrested at first. It wasn’t until she started to say something to them. Assuming she was mouthing off to them horrible things, that response is hardly appropriate.
* The white kid filming was left alone, even talked to politely
* Pretty obvious only the black kids were being singled out and targeted.
* I’m not sure what the big deal would be if a bunch of them ran off. Why chase them? If they were looking to disperse a crowd — mission accomplished. They were running off.

In the original video, the heavy middle aged white guy in the blue shorts annoys the hell out of me the way he swaggers about inserting himself into the situation like he has been deputized or something. How come the cops did not tell him to clear the area? He actually shoved a couple of black women who were approaching as the cop was knocking the girl down. He should be arrested for assault.

Yeah, that’s another item that pokes a hole in the “eyewitness” stories from the uniformly white residents, that they keep saying the kids refused to leave. Yet when we see the video, the kids are either walking or running away, to which one cop was heard lecturing the kids on not running when the cops show up, while Officer Fuckhead was yelling at kids to get on the ground and (of course) threw a 14 yr old girl who was leaving to the ground because apparently she back-sassed him on the way out.

31 Shiplord Kirel  Jun 8, 2015 12:42:19pm

At least the SMOTI-philes spelled “feral” correctly this time.

That word seems to be trending among RWNJs these days, since it is obvious that many of them would not have encountered it in any other context. Its habitual application to certain humans reveals much about the ideology and outlook of those applying it, however.
Generally, an animal is referred to as “feral” if it is wild but of the same species as a familiar domesticated type. A feral hog or a feral cat is one that does not have an owner.

Just ….wow. An author doesn’t like that someone left him a 1-star review on GoodReads.

An excerpt from early in the thread (I’m still reading through, my jaw keeps dropping):

I hope it does someone good then. Passively or actively condoning an individual to leave a 1 Star review on someone’s work and for that author to just accept it is WRONG. It’s like telling someone who just got hit to keep quiet and accept it because it comes with the territory.

From the article, added emphasis is mine:

But rather than being a novel threat from IS, these messages and threats are really just the latest development in an ongoing conflict between the authorities and Islamist rebels in Chechnya. […]

Hitting Out At Kadyrov

The Chechen messages calling for IS to take over Grozny are a direct challenge to Kadyrov’s control of the Chechen Republic. So it is no coincidence that one of the messages was photographed in front of a powerful symbol of that rule.

The inclusion of the Akhmad Kadyrov Mosque in a message calling on IS to invade Grozny is an attack on Kadyrov himself, his pro-Kremlin stance, and his attempts to legitimize his rule by promoting traditionalist, Sufi Islam, a branch of religion that IS and other Salafist Islamist groups despise. […]

LOLWUT—traditionalist, Sufi Islam? Kadyrov? Um, no.

NO. I don’t want you to do anything because you’re immoral. Leave this up so that every person henceforth can see ALL OF YOU for what YOU ARE. DESTRUCTIVE to consciousness and humanity. What you’ve done to me, you do to YOURSELF, because if you KNEW anything about anything, you’d know we were all connected to each other, and instead of destroying each other’s work, you’d be supporting each other, which is why I will NEVER behave like ANY of you immoral people, and I won’t go seeing what you’ve written or done in the world so I can destroy that. No, I will only defend my work against EVIL.

And today, all of you see why EVIL IS KICKING HUMANITY’S ASS, and why the human condition is SLAVERY.

I’ve self published. It’s less exciting and rewarding than you’d think. But with four million e-books published last year and four million the year before that the chances of being successful are about the same as winning the lottery, but with more work.

Also reviews can be…interesting. One reviewer said one of my books, “…found a way to make me excited about vampire romance books again.” Another accused me of homophobia and racism.

And I got one in Swedish, I think, recently that said, basically, the book was confusing and didn’t finish any plot points. Still confused about that one.

The suit alleged that officials had limited Section 8 housing to the east side of town, thus creating a segregated city:

My first thought was the Louisiana city where my wife lives. Coming from a city as cosmopolitan and multicultural as Toronto it was a jaw dropping shock to realize how segregated the place she lives is.

I live in a subsidized apartment building that sits in The Beach which is one of the more upscale neighbourhoods in Toronto. No complaints that I’m aware of. The building doesn’t even look like low income housing.

Among the states that saw the greatest drops were Hawaii (30 percent), New Mexico (24), Nevada (22), Rhode Island (22) and Connecticut (21). Notably, none of these states have recently passed laws limiting access to abortion clinics or medical practitioners who provide abortion services.

Judy Tabar, the CEO of Planned Parenthood’s southern New England division, attributes the decreases in Rhode Island and Connecticut to easier access to contraception. She told the Associated Press that insurers in the two states now offer full coverage for contraception methods that may have been previously unavailable to women there.

Louisiana and Michigan led the pack among states with rising abortion rates. In Louisiana, abortions were up 12 percent, even though the state has passed laws limiting access to abortion. In an ironical twist, Americans United For Life voted Louisiana as the state that is best at “taking steps to reduce access to abortion,” the AP reported.

Yea, I’m funny that way.

RBS

Strange but I can see both of those styles working together in a rather fabulous way.

I am not sure what will be worse: Driving through a storm or sitting another hour in a building whose air conditioning apparently decided to stop working.

Or start driving and if the storm is bad stop into a nice bar and chill over a drink. That has worked well for me over 4 decades of Texas flash flooding. Made some lovely friends that way.

You ought to be 100 mi from that storm now. As long as you don’t have to go much past 460, you should be OK.

The militarization of local police is clearly a problem in contemporary America.

I wonder if that will make it into the political debates?

Legally, what is the status on something like that? What degree of liability does the city have on something like that?

RBS?

I can so believe all of that. What other kind of adult man would assault a pretty young girl in a bikini that way? He’s pathological.

re: #281 RealityBasedSteve

Let a court decide the merits of each case. A good lawyer could probably assert some form of deadly force not being a requirement in this case, esp if there was a hostage (was the 9 yr old home alone?), but there is precedent in different forms of police intrusion. Courts have ruled against plaintiffs before. And depending on the ins co, they could also get involved.

At any rate, with no renters insurance, these folks are going to have to probably refurnish the entire house as well, so there’s that, also, as well as a loss of valuables and family memorabilia.

The city lawyers need to take a hard look at the liability exposure he presents them. The city insurance carriers need to speak up also about rate increases or policy cancellation.

Fuck insurance liability. The DA should be looking at him for criminal sexual assault.

Any reputable martial arts school would immediately bust his ass - and apparently has. His was not defensive maneuvers but purely overtly aggressive against an unthreatening, weak opponent. It’s unconscionable.

And I would add, it was also willful, negligent and reckless endangerment of multiple minors. He probably thinks he’s the Fred Astaire of martial arts movements, but many of us saw his tumble-and-roll maneuver for coping with some unexpected tree roots. Maybe he will soon be claiming “I meant to do that —I was just showing off for the camera.”

Insurance and legal liability will have more leverage than the DA. He needs to be fired and charged but what are the odds on that.
