Chuck C. Johnson Publishes “Clock Kid” Ahmed Mohamed’s Phone Number, Encourages Harassment

But the number has been disconnected
Wingnuts • Views: 60,956

Cyberstalker Chuck C. Johnson is circling the drain these days; since the racist nutcase was permanently banned from Twitter nobody much cares what he’s doing any more. He’s published a few articles at white nationalist sites like Takimag, and still posts to a Facebook account, but on balance he’s done an excellent job of burning all his bridges and alienating everyone he comes into contact with, on both sides of the political aisle. He’s even gotten on the watch list of the Capitol Police. That takes some doing.

However, he’s still a malicious piece of shit who loves to harm people, and today he published a phone number at his crappy website that he says belongs to Ahmed Mohamed, the Texas kid who put together a digital clock and got arrested for it. That’s right, folks — this evil fcker has published the phone number of an underaged kid, and encouraged his right wing followers to call it and harass Ahmed: BREAKING: Here Is Ahmed’s Phone Number So You Can Ask Him Questions the Media Won’t.

I’m not going to quote anything from this vile blog post, least of all the phone number, but I’ll just note that at Johnson’s Facebook page someone commented that they called the number and it had been disconnected. So not only is Chuck Johnson a disgusting horrible person, he’s failed again. As usual.

I was going to suggest getting Chuck’s number, giving it to the family, so they can forward that number to him. That way people can yell at him before anyone figures out who it is.

So when is CCJ vs. Gawker hitting the court? I think that’s what’s on everyone’s radar right now is to see how bad the butthurt is going to come down on the Rage Furby.

Besides, doesn’t Facebook have the same restriction on posting private phone numbers that Twitter does?

Yep, they’re limiting their exposure by making it so negative reviews can only be left for registered users. If you don’t sign up only positive review can be left.

Of course the obvious loophole is that almost certainly only applies to their star rating system and their profanity filter. Users will find very creative ways of slagging non-users under the guise of “positive” reviews.

They’re definitely going to get sued, maybe worse. What they’re creating is dangerous and the potential for extra-judicial repercussion, both on them an others, is very real. I personally don’t see the upside potential justifying the risk the founders are taking, but whatever, if they think what society really wants right now is a return to high school gossip rules it’s their right to try.

An interesting reply to the Rage Furby on his Vanity sire where he posted Ahmed’s phone number (where he claimed the snagged it from Youtube before his account got deleted:)

Methinks if this article got posted at Facebook and included the phone number this will count as a strike for a Facebook TOS violation.
The Rage Furby seems to suffering from a classic case of what the Sufi’s call the “Commanding Self”-do you control to Commanding Self or does the Commanding Self control you? In CCJ’s case, it’s definitely the latter, as his firing of the rifle of righteousness ricochet’s and blows the the old boy’s argument into tiny little Rage Furby Pieces. He’s been promising the big expose on Huckabe’s gastric reduction surgery and hasn’t said squat. CCJ is going to make Jayson Blair look like a saint when it’s all said and done.

re: #97 Great White Snark

Yup. That comment works way better without the quote that sparked it. :-)

I was on my squadron’s Hurrevac team, down in South Texas. It was a great idea: we’d send out four-plane detachments to bases that were out of the way of the storm and within a an hour’s flying time. Once the storm was over we’d return with ready-to-fly aircraft to pick up flight ops while they unpacked all of the planes they’d stuffed into the hangar (Getting them all back out and ready took nearly 24 hours.).

Then one of the hurricanes did a buttonhook toward the base to which we’d evacuated. They had no hangar space for our birds which left me, as the Airframes guy, with less than three hours to figure out how to keep four TA4Js from being blown all the way to Houston while being filled with rainwater. I turned them so that they’d be facing into the worst of it, let the gas out of the landing gear struts so that they were low and nose-down then secured them with 16 tiedown chains each. “200 mile-per-hour” tape combined with the various covers and plugs we brought with took care of the rest. Later that day, the anemometer snapped off after reading a wind speed of 144 MPH. Although it took a few extra hours to get the aircraft back in shape I busted ass and we were back in time for me to stand a midwatch.

Ah, youth!

I see there is a new Amazon Fire 7” tablet coming out for an attractive price.

Is the 7” big enough for comfortable reading, like a paperback book? I’d really like to be able to use my RPG game books easily.

Can the cloud storage (mis)feature be disabled?

How well do users of Fire devices here like them?

Thanks!

I could not stop laughing. I, too, didn’t know he talked like that. Scary. Reminded me of Palin when she tries her hardest.

So, about 5 hours ago, I tripped over one of the cats.
I’m back from the ER with a bottle of pain pills, my right arm in a sling, and contemplating how much fun it’s going to be typing with one hand for the foreseeable future.

Oh no! You poor dear. Chicken soup. It won’t make you feel better, but it tastes damned good.

Seriously, please get better soon!!

I have the slightly larger Fire (I think it’s 8 point something inches and I got it about 15 months ago to replace a Google Nexus). It’s my go-to for reading in bed. My only complaint is that Kindle is a walled garden and either you have to accept what they have in the Kindle app store or jailbreak your device. So far, I’ve gone with the former. I have no experience with the iPad so I don’t know how they would compare.

Years ago, I purchaed my first tablet, a 7” Nook Color tablet with the intended purpose of having my RPG PDFs readily available. I found that it’s not the best size for the larger RPG books with page art and layout (unless you don’t mind scrolling around the page), but many indie RPGs tend to have .epub formats that allow you to adapt the font size to your preference.

For full-color RPG PDFs in the format of D&D and other RPGs, I’d say a minimum would be 9 inches, and if you can go 10 inches, even better. I’m currently on my fourth tablet, a Samsung Galaxy Tab S, and it’s much better for reading RPG books.

My $0.0204 (adjusted for inflation).

I said this in the Rush Limbaugh article, but it bears repeating. The American Right Wing have morphed into a cult. After watching Going Clear the Scientology documentary I noticed the similarities. Scientologists harass their critics and ex-members. The harassment online and off line by the Right is cult like behavior.

Mine positions himself strategically across the bathmat when I’m in the shower. Not only are my glasses off (which means I’m blind as a bat) but there’s the added embarrassment factor that the paramedics would have to pick me up soaking wet and nekkid.

This is what felines are plotting when they’re all curled up in a ball with their eyes closed, I’m convinced of it.
