In Which Right Wing Troll Chuck C. Johnson Gets Hit With a Subpoena From the National Abortion Federation
Chuck C. Johnson poses with Center for Medical Progress head David Daleiden, October 25, 2015Yes, folks, the other shoe has dropped tonight, as cyberstalker Chuck C. Johnson announced on Facebook that he’s been served with a subpoena by the law firm for the National Abortion Federation.
He posted this page from his subpoena:
“Patriotgeist” is the anonymous person Chuck publicly boasted had supplied him with the Center for Medical Progress videos. He also publicly announced it was a “Congressional staffer.”
Tonight Chuck boasted he’s not going to comply with the subpoena, and begged his Facebook friends to help him find a lawyer to fight it.
But wait a minute. Didn’t Chuck just tell the Washington Post he has five lawyers on call?
Johnson then uploaded the first video, a mere 76 seconds in length, to YouTube. Then, he said, he got a call from one of his five lawyers saying that the NAF wanted to file a restraining order against him, claiming he was an “agent” of Daleiden’s.
Why does he need a sixth lawyer? Just askin’.
