A Meeting of the Alleged Minds: Donald Trump and Alex Jones

100% clown show
Politics • Views: 43,148

GOP presidential candidate Rand Paul has appeared on the show of raving lunatic 9/11 Truther Alex Jones many times, and now he’s joined in this horrific pandering to conspiracy theorists by the dancing clown currently leading the pack.

It sums up the state of the GOP that this isn’t a career-ender. The conservative movement has become a self-parody.

Pretty soon an Alex Jones appearance will be mandatory for all GOP contenders.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. Trump loves himself some serious conspiracy theories, and infowars is where he goes to get that itch scratched. It’s little wonder Trump and Jones had a lovefest (and not the first time Jones has shown his love for Trump either (do-not-linked) ).

We’ve seen Trump get his news from infowars before.
We’ve seen Trump get stats from neo Nazis.
We’ve seen Trump retweet white supremacists.

This is Trump’s base: the ignorant, easily deluded, and delusional.

And Jones will help him with that.

If this indeed is going on at the Inland Regional Center in San Benardino, then it’s affecting a nonprofit provider to the developmentally disabled.

And their site is now down probably from everyone trying to figure out what the heck is going on.

Black Friday Gun Sales Soared, F.B.I. Data Shows

185,345 background checks on Friday

The story goes on to say that 40% of gun sales don’t require a background check.

My hope is that almost all of those guns were purchased by people who already own guns, not a lot of first time buyers. I suppose a lot of them were purchased as gifts for a family member. How thoughtful.

2002 article on Atrazine from Berkeley

Hayes doubts that atrazine has such severe effects on humans, because the herbicide does not accumulate in tissue and humans don’t spend their lives in water like frogs do.* Nevertheless, the effects of atrazine on frogs could be a sign that the herbicide is subtly affecting human sex hormones, too, interfering with androgens, such as testosterone, that control male sex characteristics.
…..
The findings come at a time when the EPA is re-evaluating allowable levels of atrazine in drinking water, which stand today at 3 parts per billion (ppb), and has drafted new criteria for the protection of aquatic life, limiting four-day average exposures to 12 ppb.
