I am seriously concerned that somebody is going to get killed or seriously injured in campaign or convention-related violence before this clusterf*ck of an election year is over…

Even worse, it will play right into DT’s hands and totally derail any attempt to talk about real-life policies or goals.

Trump Camp Plans To Make A Play For Sanders Voters Who Won’t Back Clinton

Trump’s plans sound a lot less scary when you accurately reformulate them as “I’m going to double down on shoring up my support among white men”.

re: #13 Eclectic Cyborg

I see it all like balancing on a scale.

You take some left extremists and put them on the right side. Then you take a bunch of sensible conservatives on the right side that want to jump to the left.

It will all come down to how many people view Trump as way-too-dangerous and crazy and will want to vote for Hillary knowing that they may not like her, but if she is even close to the Obama years they will vote for her in a second.

Sure there has been a lot of rancor from the right over the Obama time in office, but any sane person can look at the time and figure it has not been too bad considering what he inherited. That thought alone will cause people to think twice about Trump.

Add in women, African Americans, Hispanics, Muslims, and Trump is going to have a real tough time.

Overall Americans are pragmatic. Sure if you are on the ‘net and watch cable TV you see and hear the nuts. But that is for horse racing.

When in the voting booth Trump presents way too much to worry about and that lever or button/touch screen will be pulled/pushed for Hillary.

BS has shown that there is a sizable bloc of voters in the US who are tired of the 1% economy and want to develop an economy that works for everyone’s benefit.

I can admire him for that.

But it is not a large enough bloc to win him the Democratic nomination, and it is time to recognize that and stop whining and lashing out at Hillary over it.

I can neither confirm nor deny reports of an amazing night back in the 90s which consisted of seeing the RHPS in Greenwich Village , a three letter hallucinogenic compound, and a rather handsy exotic dancer who confused my lap with her seat for the entire show.

Heh…gotta love the ‘net…

From the link at http://www.rockypedia.org/

What theatre has been showing RHPS for the longest time?

In the US…The Graceland Theatre in Columbus, Ohio, which had been showing RHPS regularly since 1976, has closed. The Austin Cast’s run, with two weekly shows since May 12, 1976, was disrupted in 1997.

1976 to 1997…21 freaking years.

But no problem…Studio 35 here in Columbus still runs it the first Saturday of every month. And that, I believe, has been going on since The Graceland shut down in ‘97.

THE STUDIO 35 CINEMA & DRAFTHOUSE

Gotta give them credit!

It’s actually in San Mateo County, about 4 miles South of where I’m sitting right now. So for the CAGOP, this is like being behind enemy lines. They’re in Jackie Speier’s district, right next to Nancy Pelosi’s.
